fixer. ziens. taxpayers could be on the hook for nearly $1 billion of defaulted loans. new details about the nevada middle school shooting that left two dead, including the shooter. he fired the shots outside of the school and tried to enter the building before shooting himself, and he couldn't get inside because the school went into lockdown, and the whole thing lasted three minutes. the shooter got the 9 millimeter from his own home, and the motive still remains a mystery. an emotional moment for the brother of the hero teacher that gave his life to protect his students. he says it's no surprise his brother risked his own life

committee is calling on house democrats to condemn the e-mail. grayson however doubled down saying the tea party has frequently used insensitive language to attack president obama, my ntpho minorities and . if the drone strikes violate international law? u.s. drone strikes have killed dozens of civilians overseas many more than the white house has admitted. amnesty investigated drone strikes in pakistan from 2009 to 2013, and the strikes left 29 civilians dead. according to human rights watch 57 civilians were among 82 people killed in six strikes in yemen, and two of the strikes clearly violated international law because only civilians were

that may be sick because of jerky treats. the pace has slowed since 500 deaths were reported last january, and it's likely because jerky treats were recalled for an unrelated issue. and then reaching an historic high. 39% say pot should remain against the law. when galup first asked the question in 1969, 12% felt marijuana should be legal. colorado and washington state legalized recreational use of marijuana within the last year. the federal government shutdown may be over but it will impact many americans heading into the next year. the irs said it will delay processing early tax returns until late january because of the shutdown. that means millions of americans

that file early will be put on hold for two weeks, and refunds could be delayed longer if we get another shutdown early next year. taxpayers expected to file tax returns by april 15th. later the city of detroit will be in court as a taefpl lawyers will try to convince the judge that the motor city is eligible for filing bankruptcy. they cited about $18 billion in debt. unions and retirees are expected to play a big role in the hearing as they fight to keep pensions at the current levels. many face some reducktions in the pensions if the judge approves the bankruptcy. now, a jobs report means the fed is unlikely to drawback the stimulus program in 2013. and wow, how about this?
