6:02 pm
if the ukrainian government run by the comediant vladimir which is a zionist too will send the billions that they do not have to to to face the russians so this is the situation i i don't know if we can expand the borders of hasan now but i'm sure that since 2006 it's a game changing in middle western and the zientity is not anymore the... the the last of all do the the they can they can lose, they lost in 2006 and may they may lose again. um, if we have asha with us, esha, the the russia has came out and made a statement about what is going on here, and and wondering if there's further reading that you can make in terms of russia stance where it says that palestinians need to be uh entitled to their own uh state, to their own country, what what do you make of that statement coming from russia, what? uh, does that show
6:03 pm
in terms of um russia's, i guess relationship with israel, if it comes out making a statement like that, russia is changing their position, but we must understand that in the in a closed last quarter, the in a closed circle of vladimir putin in 10 oligars, at least three azions, they have more than i would say... more than 100 years ties connecting them with the the zionist entity, of so the russian should be more independent in their foreign policy and more, i would say aggressive, at least guaranteeing the strategic alline in the region which is suria which is syrian, i've never seen russia as aggressive to defend palestine as they are to defend syria, this is the may be the momentum to do this facing that israel is a strategic
6:04 pm
allly of us and the apec organized the hugest lobby in the world inside the defense department inside the state department. they committed 5 billion dollars in less than 12 hours. russia should do the same thing at least to defend the syrian infrastructure. this will be a hand to the palestine liberation movement and they they may they may be more aggressive of televis at least saying you must respect something, the because tel aviv does not respect nothing, and the other situation we are facing on the last on the next days, we will be the default netanyahu, netanyahu will pay like the like gold may payed in 1973, i'm sure of that. thank you for that, let's look at some pictures that have come through from uh janinne a refugee camp in terms of the way the palestinians there are uh reacting to the... news of what has uh developed and here
6:05 pm
you have them. i don't know if we have some sound to that if we can listen to it. all right, there's no sound to it, but they are reacting in a positive way and uh they are happy to see what is going on. um, just a quick reminder, this is the refugee camp that has been the target of israeli regime forces uh, for number uh of times throughout this year a rather consistent basis, of which many... uh palestinians have been either injured, have been detained or have been killed, and so when you when you see this uh type of jubilation that's happening uh, it's something that is the only natural when they have seen now how israel's uh getting taste of its own medicine so to speak, so they're showing their happiness regarding how the palestinian fighters are uh waging this war against the israelis, the statements coming
6:06 pm
from the hamas officials is also noteworthy the deputy head of hamas saying that this operation is uh for the liberation uh of our sanctity's goal which involves alqs and also prior to that uh another hamas official i believe had said that uh we're going to continue this fight until all the palestinian prisoners are freeed uh okay and here we have pictures coming through from nablus where palestinians are celebrating what is going on, um, you know, when you take a look at these palestinians and these pictures that we're showing to you, you got to keep in mind that many of them have lost their loved ones or have been impacted, not only through a uh death or injury of their family members or friends, but also years of occupation have accumulated and has impacted their lives in one way or another, obviously negatively, from all the lost opportunities in terms of uh job from the economic restrictions, from
6:07 pm
all the core issues that lie in the when it comes to the palestinian conflict with israel "these are people that have been impacted, so when they see what has transpired today, they are showing their happiness, because that just comes out as as a natural reaction, so here you have the jubilation being shown there in nobleus prior to that, we showed you the janine refugee camp, and there other parts of the world where there have been reactions, positive ones that have come through, but also saying that israel in a sense deserves what is happening, that's the'. gcamp that you see over there, and uh, the frames that you see on your screen are different places uh that uh, except for janin, different places where the palestinian fighters have been involved in in terms of their offensive, either through the attack
6:08 pm
that has taken place like on the gaza border and the tank that was targeted, or in ashkalon where some of the videos that we're going to probably bring up for you uh showed scenes of a... pretty much a war on one particular street that had some uh dead bodies that were scattered there uh so this operation obviously very expanded one that has been executed by the resistance fighters uh let me come back to you bruno bruno you talked about uh i think you touched on the fact that uh this may somewhat spread out regionally um what are the chances of that happening and uh how do you think that that that would uh transpire? mean do you see that being a um a higher uh possibility as the war extends? yeah, yeah, uh, i'll answer this question, i'll have to leave to another commitment, to another appointment, my my dear friends, i believe that netanyahu will
6:09 pm
will go on uh, all destroying operation against haza, they will bomb gaza as far as they can, we try to destroy all the infrastructure and make... maybe they will risk a ground force operation door to door, street force, street by street, trying to rescue their general at least that was captured by the hamas resistance forces, we we our responsibility as commentators and scholars and people who studies the the situation, we cannot say now that what will happen or not or what what not to happen, but knowing the... mean the is entity, the only certain we have now that they will try to destroy haza and use the situation to do more oppression and more expositions of the houses in the west bank, this this is what they will face the palestinian people, they are facing
6:10 pm
this since i would say 2002 and they will be still facing this situation, i apologize for all of you, must leave now to another appointment, okay? okay, we do appreciate however your input uh, that is uh, our guests are talking from uh puertoegre, bruno, bicley, academic and political analyst, so uh, you're having different types of updates that are being given to you in the bottom of your screen, the iranian foreign ministry making a statement and reaction, an advisor to iran's leader khamani also, showing how proud he is of the palestinians and their anti-israeli operation, i guess there from uh... puerto agra made an important point that maybe opens up a window into what may be happening from the israeli side. we know that for example in the war that was called operations castled, that's one of four wars, that there was a door to door operation that took place based a ground incursion that the
6:11 pm
israeli regime forces made into the gaza strip, and uh the casualties accumulated in that war. at this point we're not looking unfortunately. and hopefully this won't happen, but we're not looking a casualty rate from the palestinian side that is anywhere close to uh some of the previous wars, like operation castled where you had over a thousand palestinians that were killed, but part of that operation included israeli regim forces going into the gaza strip, not too deep, but still um going door to door, uh, this may be something that israel may do, if something like that happens, it's obviously going to be met with the resistance by the... the groups there, the resistance fighters, but maybe it won't happen, i mean we're we're looking at an upgraded more powerful uh army by the resistance that comprises the resistance fighters uh to at this point incurring some heavy casualties on the
6:12 pm
israeli side, whether it's on their military equipments and or the number of israelies that have now been are in captivity and also the number of towns that they are involved in, there are 21 locations, actually, i shouldn't say towns, but 21 different locations that palestinian resistance fighters are in, in terms of some of the locations it is reported. that uh they are um there and they actually have some israels in captivity in those towns not on the ghaza side uh many of the captives which we uh have been informed is about 50 of them all right we're going to go back to nobles and janine celebration uh video footage to see what people are doing there. this i believe is noblus uh people there there's a lot of people that have come out there uh marking
6:13 pm
this uh obviously this operation and uh the the way that is successful these are the latest images that have come through. حط السيف قبال السيف حط السيف قبال السيف حط السيف قبال السيفه طوفان الاقصى دلهم والقسام خلهم وقولوا لاكلام الشباب قولوا لاكلام الشباب
6:14 pm
الله اكبر الله فاتح تهدف للطيب وهي فاتح تهدف للطيب حط السيف قبال السيف حط السيف قبال السيف حطار السيب وايفات so you just saw obviously an important piece of news, but let's go to general rahim safavi, the image that you see there, as he's speaking, he is the advisor to iran's leader, and he is giving a speech on what has transpired today, of which he has said live from tehran. of which he has said in so many words that uh israeli crimes is something
6:15 pm
that israel is paying because of its atrocities that it has exercised on the occupied territories. he has also said that uh era of hidden run is over. amongst his statements, palestinian children's flight will come to an end through resistance. he's making a speech there. these were some of the highlights of the speech that he has given. and it's important to note the type of support that iran and the islamic republic of iran that is has given to palestine and his flight, especially for palestinians, but it's interesting that he also said the flight of palestinian children will come to an end through resistance, so iran stance is being revealed through mr. general rahim safavi, who's an advisor to iran's leader.
6:16 pm
is what i mentioned to you, um, the israel is paying for its atrocities and its crimes, the era of hidden run is over and that the plite of palestinian children uh will come to an end through the resistance that is happening. we're going to continue with our rolling coverage of what you're seeing there, uh, some of the scenes in the frames that we're playing for you, involves many locations that the palestinian fighters uh have been involved in. based on one of the pieces of information that we ran at the bottom of your
6:17 pm
screen, it appeared like the palestinian fighters had actually taken over a police station in starat from what we understand, so uh the advances by the resistance fighters are continuing, a police station to have been overtaken by the resistance fighters, trying to get a confirmation on this, some of the news that that we getting here obviously based on the outlets that we have uh is something that uh we verify uh and and this is something that maybe you don't see on on other stations. but given uh the different connections that we have, that's one of the most notable uh developments to come out of the past hour in which a police station has now been overtaken by the resistance fighters. this is also important, what we just reviewed for you, the statements from general rahim safavi, advisor to iran's leader, who said that israel is paying for
6:18 pm
its crimes against palestinians. we're going to add that uh takeover of the police station amongst uh some of the... important highlights of the day here, let's get the thoughts of muhab abasarada who's a lecturer and political analyst joining us from gaza, mukhaber abasarada, welcome to the program, so this is quite an operation that we're seeing by the resistance fighters, i'm sure you'll agree, uh, tell us uh, how you think this is going and uh were you surprised by the form and manner that the resistance fighters combined, that is all of them to have carried out this uh very complex operation. good evening, um, i totally agree with you, what we have been witnessing since
6:19 pm
the early hours of this day, in terms of its magnitude and in terms of... it's the the performance of the palestinian resistance fighters is definitely unprecedented, we've never seen something like this, we've never even imagined that a group of fighters will be able to infiltrate inside israel, in in the depth of israeli cities and towns and villages to be able to kill many israelis and according to israeli sources that more than israelis have been killed today, at least 1,00 have been injured, and many of those injured israelis are in in critical conditions, in addition to that, the group of palestinian fighters were able to bring israeli prisoners, more than 50 israeli prisoners have been brought into the ghazas
6:20 pm
in addition to armored israeli vehicles which have been seized by uh the... the resistance and also brought into gaza, as i mentioned to you, it's not only israel which is in shark and in in in in total collapse, the palestinians have never imagined that hamas and the palestinian resistance will be able to perform this way in a very complex operation where roughly 100 fighters infiltrated inside israel and in the meantime, around 5000 rockets were fired from gaza this morning to cover up for for the infiltrators, it's definitely a very complex military operation by the resistance, but in the meantime it is very successful one that in my opinion will be studied and will be
6:21 pm
analyzed deeply in the future by military academies around the... yeah, the gassam has said the security agreement with israel is no longer in place, i'm wondering what type of security agreement that they had, but really the big question here is, i don't know if you agree or not, given the fact that uh this operation is so extensive uh that it has um broken anything that has happened in the past, it is actually uh expanded into new boundaries in terms of the type of uh military uh capabilities that the resistance fighters have and given. the fact that you're looking at at this point about 50 people who are taken into captivities, number of them, at least five or six of them are israeli uh soldiers, some in the rank of a cornel, do you think that uh there's there's even a room to go back, not to go back, but to even negotiate, mean this looks like an all-out
6:22 pm
operation that israel has to uh give back palestinian land that it has taken, mean what could be that? could be the end game here, how can this thing be over unless palestine, unless palestine is given back to palestinians? well, look, until this moment, to the best of my knowledge, there is still shootings and clash out between the palestinian fighters and the israeli army inside the areas where the palestinian fighters infiltrated, according to israeli police sources, seven spots are still under the... control of palestinian resistance and there are still clashes with the with the fighters and it has not been cleared by the israeli army it um and it depends on what's gonna what's gonna happen in in the next few hours and days, whether there will be an israeli ground operation against gaza and against the palestinian resistance or not,
6:23 pm
but i think it's too early to expect what what to happen, but i can tell you that what was said stated by the israeli prime minister netanyahu in which he said that israel is in a state of war, meaning that this is the first time israel has described itself in a state of war since 9 1973 when egypt and syria launched a joint war against israel to liberate their occupied territory, which would mean that we are still waiting to see, maybe israel is is trying to clear the areas which have been infiltrated by the fighters today, and i believe that we are still expecting the worst from israel, there might be arial bombard. there might be a ground invasion of some areas of the ghaza strip and anyway there could be more casualities on the israeli side, there could be more prisoners
6:24 pm
on the israeli side, but in the meantime we are expecting more casualities and more uh sacrifices among the palestinians in the days ahead. all right, um, we are trying to establish connection with our correspondent there in gaza in order to find out what some these figures are in terms of uh number captured israeli targets etc. in order to at least uh see how this is progressing uh another concern here as this war is continuing is the fact that you're going to have the death doll that's going to increase and continue to increase um from both sides what are the chances uh how do how do you see regional countries reacting to this and the chances that this may expand be? just a conflict between israel and the palestinians, now what i know is that from the early hours
6:25 pm
of this day, number of regional and international mediators tried to reach out to israel to try to reach some kind of seasfire or some kind of a truce to at least to try to deal with the with the dead, with the injured on on on both sides, the israeli side and the palestinian side. now whether these reports are act or not, it it's not even i'm not even sure about that, but i know that the turkish president erdogan and the egyptian foreign minister shukri have they both tried to reach out to israel to try to reach some kind of a true or seasfire, it have it which was until now rejected by israel, but i think we we we we we, i believe that if israel is is is
6:26 pm
going to retaliate massively against the palestinians, that might lead to further clashes with the israelis in the west bank inside israeli proper by the more than 1.8 million palestinians who live inside israel, and if this if this up if this war goes on, of course there might be some other regional players part of this this this this tension which will be nightmare for israel, israel is is in a state of collapse, israel was not, mean there is a sense among the israelis that their country, their army wasn't able to to secure them, wasn't able to protect them, many israeli hostages, israelis who were in the area, in the infiltration, they say that they were calling for help for more than one hour and no one answer to their help, so uh,
6:27 pm
i think that might even encourage other regional players, to join forces with the palestinian resistance in this fight in the in the days ahead. netanyahu has spoken with the us president joe biden, this is what he has said that um, oh the us president that is has said the us stands alongside israel fully supports israel's right to self-defense. okay, and then the other part that i want to ask you about is uh, while netan has thanked biden uh, for the unreserved support, uh, he said that made it clear that a forceful, prolonged campaign, which israel will win is necessary, so it sounds like we're heading for a prolonged campaign here, uh, when this campaign. takes place an extended period, as uh netanyahu seems to indicate that it will, um, and as you just indicated how israel is a weak footing, doesn't that uh put into uh
6:28 pm
danger the israeli position? i mean, we're not looking at an israel that uh existed just even last year, israel is not a very stable footing, even in terms of uh, it's manpower, reservists have refused uh to head their calls when they've been called uh for active duty. uh, doesn't israel realize that it's risking itself by uh going for a prolonged i guess uh war here uh thank you very much for this question, you know what, the timing of this operation by hamas and the resistance is very crucial, hamas and the palestinian resistance know that israel has been deeply divided over the past nine months since netanyahu came to power as a result of the so-called israeli judicial reforms, israel uh was under a state of arrogance. like what
6:29 pm
happened 50 years ago when israel was very much thought of itself after they occupied arab and palestinian territory in 1967 as this is the army that will not be defeated by any other foreign power and and and to be honest with you the israelis and the israeli military and security establishment are reconsidering their capability. is they are reconsidering the capabilities of of of hamas and the palestinian resistance, on the israeli side, there is lot of blame against netanyahu who has divided the israeli society for the past nine month, there is lot of blame for the israeli military establishment which is very much unprepared for something like this and and there is total failure on the part of israeli security which have not
6:30 pm
even picked any little piece of information to prepare for itself, saying that israel has been monitoring by drones and by human manpower and other techniques that have been monitoring and watching what is happening inside ghaza, but all of that has proven that israel is is is is not in any way knowing what is happening. all right, let's do this now, we're going to um listen to a fox news reporter inside the occupied palestinian territories, and what he was experiencing and what he saw. let's take a listen to what he said. there are a lot of things i can't report right now because of operational security, but things are very, very bad along the gaza border, small arms fire, continued rocket fire into southern and central israel.
