the early hours of this day, in terms of its magnitude and in terms of... it's the the performance of the palestinian resistance fighters is definitely unprecedented, we've never seen something like this, we've never even imagined that a group of fighters will be able to infiltrate inside israel, in in the depth of israeli cities and towns and villages to be able to kill many israelis and according to israeli sources that more than israelis have been killed today, at least 1,00 have been injured, and many of those injured israelis are in in critical conditions, in addition to that, the group of palestinian fighters were able to bring israeli prisoners, more than 50 israeli prisoners have been brought into the ghazas

in addition to armored israeli vehicles which have been seized by uh the... the resistance and also brought into gaza, as i mentioned to you, it's not only israel which is in shark and in in in in total collapse, the palestinians have never imagined that hamas and the palestinian resistance will be able to perform this way in a very complex operation where roughly 100 fighters infiltrated inside israel and in the meantime, around 5000 rockets were fired from gaza this morning to cover up for for the infiltrators, it's definitely a very complex military operation by the resistance, but in the meantime it is very successful one that in my opinion will be studied and will be

analyzed deeply in the future by military academies around the... yeah, the gassam has said the security agreement with israel is no longer in place, i'm wondering what type of security agreement that they had, but really the big question here is, i don't know if you agree or not, given the fact that uh this operation is so extensive uh that it has um broken anything that has happened in the past, it is actually uh expanded into new boundaries in terms of the type of uh military uh capabilities that the resistance fighters have and given. the fact that you're looking at at this point about 50 people who are taken into captivities, number of them, at least five or six of them are israeli uh soldiers, some in the rank of a cornel, do you think that uh there's there's even a room to go back, not to go back, but to even negotiate, mean this looks like an all-out

operation that israel has to uh give back palestinian land that it has taken, mean what could be that? could be the end game here, how can this thing be over unless palestine, unless palestine is given back to palestinians? well, look, until this moment, to the best of my knowledge, there is still shootings and clash out between the palestinian fighters and the israeli army inside the areas where the palestinian fighters infiltrated, according to israeli police sources, seven spots are still under the... control of palestinian resistance and there are still clashes with the with the fighters and it has not been cleared by the israeli army it um and it depends on what's gonna what's gonna happen in in the next few hours and days, whether there will be an israeli ground operation against gaza and against the palestinian resistance or not,

but i think it's too early to expect what what to happen, but i can tell you that what was said stated by the israeli prime minister netanyahu in which he said that israel is in a state of war, meaning that this is the first time israel has described itself in a state of war since 9 1973 when egypt and syria launched a joint war against israel to liberate their occupied territory, which would mean that we are still waiting to see, maybe israel is is trying to clear the areas which have been infiltrated by the fighters today, and i believe that we are still expecting the worst from israel, there might be arial bombard. there might be a ground invasion of some areas of the ghaza strip and anyway there could be more casualities on the israeli side, there could be more prisoners

on the israeli side, but in the meantime we are expecting more casualities and more uh sacrifices among the palestinians in the days ahead. all right, um, we are trying to establish connection with our correspondent there in gaza in order to find out what some these figures are in terms of uh number captured israeli targets etc. in order to at least uh see how this is progressing uh another concern here as this war is continuing is the fact that you're going to have the death doll that's going to increase and continue to increase um from both sides what are the chances uh how do how do you see regional countries reacting to this and the chances that this may expand be? just a conflict between israel and the palestinians, now what i know is that from the early hours

of this day, number of regional and international mediators tried to reach out to israel to try to reach some kind of seasfire or some kind of a truce to at least to try to deal with the with the dead, with the injured on on on both sides, the israeli side and the palestinian side. now whether these reports are act or not, it it's not even i'm not even sure about that, but i know that the turkish president erdogan and the egyptian foreign minister shukri have they both tried to reach out to israel to try to reach some kind of a true or seasfire, it have it which was until now rejected by israel, but i think we we we we we, i believe that if israel is is is

going to retaliate massively against the palestinians, that might lead to further clashes with the israelis in the west bank inside israeli proper by the more than 1.8 million palestinians who live inside israel, and if this if this up if this war goes on, of course there might be some other regional players part of this this this this tension which will be nightmare for israel, israel is is in a state of collapse, israel was not, mean there is a sense among the israelis that their country, their army wasn't able to to secure them, wasn't able to protect them, many israeli hostages, israelis who were in the area, in the infiltration, they say that they were calling for help for more than one hour and no one answer to their help, so uh,

i think that might even encourage other regional players, to join forces with the palestinian resistance in this fight in the in the days ahead. netanyahu has spoken with the us president joe biden, this is what he has said that um, oh the us president that is has said the us stands alongside israel fully supports israel's right to self-defense. okay, and then the other part that i want to ask you about is uh, while netan has thanked biden uh, for the unreserved support, uh, he said that made it clear that a forceful, prolonged campaign, which israel will win is necessary, so it sounds like we're heading for a prolonged campaign here, uh, when this campaign. takes place an extended period, as uh netanyahu seems to indicate that it will, um, and as you just indicated how israel is a weak footing, doesn't that uh put into uh

danger the israeli position? i mean, we're not looking at an israel that uh existed just even last year, israel is not a very stable footing, even in terms of uh, it's manpower, reservists have refused uh to head their calls when they've been called uh for active duty. uh, doesn't israel realize that it's risking itself by uh going for a prolonged i guess uh war here uh thank you very much for this question, you know what, the timing of this operation by hamas and the resistance is very crucial, hamas and the palestinian resistance know that israel has been deeply divided over the past nine months since netanyahu came to power as a result of the so-called israeli judicial reforms, israel uh was under a state of arrogance. like what

happened 50 years ago when israel was very much thought of itself after they occupied arab and palestinian territory in 1967 as this is the army that will not be defeated by any other foreign power and and and to be honest with you the israelis and the israeli military and security establishment are reconsidering their capability. is they are reconsidering the capabilities of of of hamas and the palestinian resistance, on the israeli side, there is lot of blame against netanyahu who has divided the israeli society for the past nine month, there is lot of blame for the israeli military establishment which is very much unprepared for something like this and and there is total failure on the part of israeli security which have not

even picked any little piece of information to prepare for itself, saying that israel has been monitoring by drones and by human manpower and other techniques that have been monitoring and watching what is happening inside ghaza, but all of that has proven that israel is is is is not in any way knowing what is happening. all right, let's do this now, we're going to um listen to a fox news reporter inside the occupied palestinian territories, and what he was experiencing and what he saw. let's take a listen to what he said. there are a lot of things i can't report right now because of operational security, but things are very, very bad along the gaza border, small arms fire, continued rocket fire into southern and central israel.
