on the united states, it wouldn't be able to carry out uh these crimes without the full ideological, political, military and financial backing, so uh, whatever the israeli regime does, it does so with the green light uh from the united states and this entire narrative that the israeli regime is targeting hamas fighters which they refer to as terrorists and has been copied now and recycled for so many years and to also remember that hamas was founded in the late 1980s, that is exactly one century after the colonial ideology of zionism emerged in europe, and four decades after the so-called state of israel was uh established and proclaimed a genocidal this possession of the palestinian people, however this entire terrorist narrative has been so productive and it's a very lazy narrative that has been,

dramatically, almost exponentially after operational flood, but the violence and the killings have increased uh um as well in a step with that, one of the reasons is that the resistance fighters in the west bank, well they have increased their actions against the israeli regime, the other is that the regime feels that the resistance fighters are increasing in numbers, including the flow of weapons to fight off the regime forces, as we're about to see in this report. before dawn, israeli military vehicles stormed genine once again, turning its streets into battlegrounds, air strikes and chilling devastated residential areas, government buildings and schools. the destruction is overwhelming. 15 schools have been severely damaged in just the past week, jeopardizing the education of thousands of palestinian students. in a horroring incident, math teacher ahmed jabarin and his fellow educators were attacked by the iof while in route to school. tragically, one of his colleagues lost his life in the assault,

leaving ahmed grabbling with the trauma. every day, mr. alam and i went to school together. on the day we were attacked, we heard distant gunfire, but didn't think we were in danger. suddenly, direct fire hit our car. it felt like a horror movie. when it stopped, we realized mr. allam had been matered. it was indescribable. at the school, another colleague realized he'd been shot in the shoulder. i panicked, screaming for help, but there was no one around. this is the life of palestinians, everything is targeted, the occupation spares no one, yet when a teacher teaches and a student learns, both are resisting. efforts to restore normality in schools are ongoing, but the reality is grim, children struggling to focus on learning amid the trauma of air strikes and violent israeli rates, education has transformed from pursuit of knowledge to matter of survival. in northern west bank cities like tulkaram,

give us more about the lives the palestinians are experiencing there. well, we have this one year uh that is coming up, the operation also flood to have taken off um back in october 7th, but what's incredible? is the fact that palestinians have endured what they have, and i think if you agree, and you could add more to it, one of the worst uh attacks was what happened in the jane refugee camp, where in a course of 10 days there was so much infrastructure uh that was ruined, but overall the types of tortures of the palestine's experience, even for a student for example to get to school uh, he has to or she has to go through checkpoints or just have tough time even going through that simple uh journey, you can maybe add to that. well yes, through the last year we have been seeing many horrible stories about about various aspects of the lives of the palestinians over here, but regarding to that report, if we are going to talk about education, for example, this very simple right of the palestinian children have been

stripped out of of their hands. we are talking about more than 504 palestinian educators have been directly killed in gaza and in the west bank. we are talking about. got more than 3,500 injured and we are talking about only over here in the west bank, more than 200 palestinian educators have been imprisoned by the iof, well as you have said it's just a simple right to be educated for a child, but over here in palestine they have to go checkpoint, they have to go and endure even attacks by the iof almost a daily basis on the uh on the schools, also the they have endure and survived attacks by settlers, as we just have seen in ararabne where settlers have attacked a an elementary school, putting bears covered in blood inside the school's playground and also beating up the uh the educational team

and arresting the principal of the school only for asking the help for his students. if we are talking also about janine and tool karem as we have seen in the last two days we are talking about all almost a se 70% damaged infrastructure, even if the schools are not totally damaged, we are talking about 15 schools that has been hit inside genine only, not to mention to karim al fara and and nables, only in jenine we are talking about 15 school that has been targeted, also we are talking about streets that can't be walked in by students going to their schools, that's very unfortunate, thank you very much for that, correspondent talking to us from romala uh coming to you ranjit on this uh, you know, i i i can't uh obviously fit in um over seven decades of uh the violations of the apartide regime has exercised against the palestinians, but that snapshot um that a reporter who herself i'm sure has experienced these types of uh challenges um is quite

everything there, so as you mentioned, the schools, the educational infrastructure, and in particular the targeting of of journalists of educators of professors of poets, the imprisonment of, if we look into the history of palestine, major palestinian thinkers, writers, resistance figures have been illegally detained, have been kidnapped by the israeli regime, have been assassinated, because what the israeli regime fears most is knowledge, because it's entire narrative is based on lies and racism, um, and so this is very much an existential fight for the israeli regime in order to suppress and oppress the indigenous people and um very unsuccessfully trying to cut them off from the outside worlds and thank you for that, well uh the israel regime has made an or did make announcement on 25th, it warned on that day that hasbullah wanted to carry out an operation similar to operation flood, that

was their claim, aside from mentioning how had attacked the northern part of occupied palestine since day two of operation flood, well it said it was preparing the world for the carnage that it would execute on lebanese lands, justifying why it would attack lebanon, let's take a listen, a short while ago the idf identified terrorist organization. preparing to fire missiles, rockets towards israeli territory, in a self-defense act, to remove these threats, the idf is striking terror targets in lebanon from which hizbala was planning to launch their attacks on israeli civilians. this follows more than 6,700 rockets, missiles and explosive uavs fired by hizbala at israeli families, homes and communities since october 8th. "hizbala will soon fire rockets and possibly missiles and uavs towards israeli

not held back when it comes to the way that they have blasted the israeli regime for its crimes, including the apartthy practices. as you you see in this uh particular legal consequence of the construction of wall statement that has come out in terms of a summary uh the 204 advisory opinion found israel's separation wall and settlements on occupied palestinian lands illegal. now in terms of the next piece of uh information on this aside from the icj's lack of enforcement, unfortunately the rulings mean nothing of third states and uh international community fail to hold israel accountable uh and uh in a move that that was blasted, the israeli kenness actually came out and rejected through a resolution the establishment of a palestinian state. the resolution said the creation of a palestinian state would pose an existential danger to israel, that's what they said. let's bring our guest into this, see what they think. uh, and my last questions uh to both of you when it comes to the way that the israely regime

has actually erased the possibility of a palestinian state. ranjit, what do you think, is that just to put an end? to any notion that the world may have, including uh any uh countries to stand and support uh the palestinian statehood. i'm sorry, i lost some of your question there, would you mind repeating it? the whole notion that the israel rejected uh through a resolution of the uh support for a palestinian state, that there is no longer that opty. yeah, so it's not within the perview of the israelis to recognize or reject. the the stathehood of the palestinian people, what's abundantly clear is this latest period has destroyed the notion that two-state solution is possible, many people had mixed feelings about it, i think at the time that the arafat, yes arafat made the oslo accords, there was some brief hope, but when you know netanyahu had a part to play in this, but when he encouraged and the israeli zianis assassinated their own leader in order to stop two state solution

happening, from that point on they've driven relentlessly towards the total destruction of palestine, was very clear is that... whilst the overwhelming majority of people and nations in the world do support palestinian stated and have recognized it, the israelis have no intention of recognizing it and what they're doing, you know, as they did during much of the period when they seemed to be negotiating is stalling whilst they create facts on the ground, and their facts on the ground are ongoing genocide, ethnic cleansing was a subdivision of the west bank with their border border crossings and and checkpoints with... their ongoing settlements and we we know full well that they have their eyes in particular on the gas fields off of the gaza coast which technically belong to the remaining palestinian state and the real estate which they are. beliefully selling off you zionist parties and events in new york and in israel and they've already decided to fully colonize these territories and they are busyly in front of the world you creating and
