welcome back to our best of show now we've told you about several political movements throughout the past year and the burger movement is definitely one of them a movement that says that obama is in fact not a citizen of the united states even though he has presented his birth certificate now the leader of the burghers as they call themselves is orly taitz and she was none too happy with a painting service of her giving birth to a pancake so we decided to ask orly to come on the show and talk about this painting is to say she definitely gave us her opinion. well how much arch how much does art influence politics here remember that hope poster with obama's face on it was plastered all over the country during the two thousand and eight presidential campaign you might say a lot but what if the art comes from a man known as dan lacey the pancake painter painted an image of orly taitz moldavian dentist and lawyer that most americans know as the burger queen and it's
11:35 pm
of her giving birth to a pancake so now mrs chase has subpoenaed lacy to give up the name of the person that commissioned this painting because she feels that they did it to intimidate her from running for california secretary of state and orly taitz herself is joining me from our studio in los angeles to discuss this hopefully i can call you orally you don't mind me doing that can you guys talk to me thank you first. what's so wrong with this painting to you. well you've seen you've seen the painting it's extremely insulting he made paintings of politicians and. those paintings. on the head but the way he is it to me. giving giving birth with my legs. and holding something that you know he says it's a pain but it looks like it's. with blood gushing out of it's extremely insulting

inappropriate. to do and. we're talking of a. person running in a statewide election to the third most important office in the state secretary of state and as a matter of fact we still have only about a third of the ballots counted even though they're trying to call the election however this stating between thirty and twenty between twenty seven to maybe fifty percent of the ballots were counted so far in orange county a hundred seventy thousand votes were not counted here it's riverside hundred sixty thousand and it's an important election important here i have two degrees and both an attorney and a doctor i'm married to have city children and to do something like this is totally inappropriate symbol chris matthews on an overly let me let me interrupt you there i mean to be honest you know politics is a dirty business when you put yourself out there in the public eye of course people
11:37 pm
are going to attack you you've seen the campaign ads that certain candidates the road each other they're completely trying to break down tear down their characters with this if you ask dan lacey the artist you just thought that this was a piece of art i mean isn't that fair. well it's more than that a lot of things have happened during this campaign for example there was tampering with my car with when emissions hose was disconnected and. a few ohms were going back to the car the car could have exploded and not only i'm trying to see who paid lacy to make those serious of paintings he was planning to have a whole art show. of the forest in minnesota who is paying for this are chill for the place for all those paintings i want to know who paid people to tamper with my car that was hacking into my paypal account so i wouldn't get any of the nations that was hacking in my websites and. so i couldn't reach the voters this is.
11:38 pm
a very very serious matter of voter fraud the elections fraud i was running against . i pointed to was somebody who was not eligible who was a lifelong democrat who was suddenly so i'm the opposite republican and defrauded the voters by disclosing on his voter registration card the fact that he was a lifelong democrat and he called florida asking them to delete his records from the database while not disclosing this in california now laura ling. let me jump in here is so are you think that somebody well the art is damn lazy has admitted that somebody did pay him to make that piece of art he hasn't said who did it but you think this is all connected to the same person is that the commissioning this artwork is also paying for people to tamper with your car and to break into your pay pal account why would someone want to do that. well. as you know i'm an attorney who was the i'm by the media queen of the bursar's and the media
11:39 pm
which is very much for all obama has attacked me time and again just during the election cycle on the day of the. election. chris matthews and am must and b c i peer at. national t.v. stating. i should be tied to a stake like a witch i mean something it's it's beyond it's beyond abnormal it's beyond me the norm of decency is beyond civilized society for something like this to happen in the media for something like this to go on this is criminal and i have a case as you know i brought a case in washington this see where i. asking for discovery on the issue of obama's soldiered votes in light of the fact that scene had to partition offices
11:40 pm
just provided an affidavit that obama doesn't even have a valid social security number the number that he's using zero four two six eight four four two five was. really early my last question here is like i said i mean a people definitely people can say very mean things i don't know if it's criminal it's the way it works is the way the media works the way politics work but if this painting this piece of art as the artist calls it depicted you in a more positive light then would you still have a problem with it. it's not the issue i mean they artists is clearly deranged i mean the i'm a person would not to be engaged in something like this but the fact that he is crazy it's beyond any question i don't care about him what i care about is people who. engage in this campaign of massive fraud of the voters. of records and i have no choice lambert orly you actually stated george soros is
11:41 pm
name here you think that he might be involved. well thank you for asking this question george soros is a billionaire who has put millions of dollars in the project secretaries of state to make sure that each and every secretary of state is is a democrat to make sure that when there is a contested election it goes towards the democrats and as you know during two thousand and eight election and number of artists where paid in order to promote obama and i am questioning who is paying this man who is paying this ranged artist to provide to paint such insulting paid paintings and keep in mind those paintings were mailed. emailed the images to my city children boast it's all over the internet in local papers. this criminal what is being done this is harassment this is intimidation of a candidate running in
11:42 pm
a statewide election this is intimidation this is harassment so the pain to himself is really less important important people who are paying for all of those acts and that's why. the u.s. district court in the district of columbia has the case in front of him here we have to you have to go and that's all the time that we have actually i want to thank you for joining us and perhaps we will find out the identity of the person that commission this artwork from dan levy the pancake painter and who knows they might just be some average joe thanks so much now the a lot of show isn't only into politics we also love learning about the latest tech crazes especially when it comes to the military but we found out about this next concept from the experimental pentagon division darpa it was too good not to talk about take a look. there's a new military strategy underway in afghanistan but it's one that doesn't involve
11:43 pm
weapons no this new strategy actually involves stories. and literature that's right experimental pentagon division darpa has recently requested information on a new program called n.a.c. negotiating across cultures now the purpose of the program would be for cross country understanding through human terrain officers and narratives darpa argues that this approach to improving civilian relations will be their best bet when it comes to improving the u.s. image in the eyes of the afghans i think it's pretty clear by now that for the most part they failed to do this in the last nine years but they've decided to give it one more very creative shot so now you know there will be some technology involved the civilian communications but for the most part the department wants to pull from arts film and literature to reach out to locals but this nontraditional approach seems very unlike the tech oriented firm for example darpa wants to use

11:47 pm
again friday so it's not about a little bit of fun george w. bush his memoirs are due out soon so he released a trailer i think somebody forgot to tell him the books and movies aren't the same thing and one candidate is placing revolution on the table and christine o'donnell well she's got some pretty high aspirations when it comes to u.s. foreign policy maybe somebody should remind her that voodoo isn't going to help so joining me to discuss those stories and many more madam peter slutsky the co-founders of double speak media gentlemen thanks for coming back on the show i want it starts tonight with christine o'donnell i mean i say i can't get enough to make you jump right at you so my campaign added staff so she now thinks that if elected she's going to be on the senate foreign relations committee yes not easy as
11:48 pm
committee to get on but have to say that a and b. she also just can't wait to chatted up with hillary because she thinks that they have a lot in common. yet if if christine o'donnell is on the senate foreign relations committee god bless our country god bless me i don't want her talking to overseas leaders but i don't think going to happen and i don't wish to be elected and i don't think hillary clinton would even take a call if she was just i mean i think you know you have best friend yes you know if you have your bags with hillary clinton at home want to be fast with hillary clinton's going to happen size i think she's kind of delusional i mean i i would say she's delusional i mean you're spot on there i mean do. woman this campaign has been the most fun to watch and it's one if even if the republicans have a wave election and sweep i don't think she's going to be swept into office because she's crazy and she proved it to us once again i want to move on now to another congressional hopeful this guy is a texas g.o.p.
11:49 pm
candidate his name is steven road and he's not a big fan of the government these days right i mean none of these aspiring politicians are fans of the government these days they're always doing something wrong but he was saying that you know if it comes to the down to it and we have to get rid of this government this violent overthrow is on the table let's take a listen. the option is on the table i don't think that we should ever remove anything from the table as it relates to our liberties and our freedoms. ok i get it when like barack obama the president of the united states says that all options are on the table with iran yes we love this guy who will what table who is on his table use in his army never take anything off the table first of all that they want to take it off the table whatever looks so good on their outside the mainstream and then there's just crazy and this guy would be probably pure crazy but yet he's apparently had a lot of statements over his long career comparing the u.s. government to nazis and you just don't play that game but this is why texas made sure he was do it and i mean it's actually working fertile people to grab their
11:50 pm
guns right in the second i mean are you well that's that's something that people need to think about because this tea party movement this independent whatever it is there is a real angry streak there and i'm actually concerned about if some of those people do get into office how they act how their supporters act and what when they come to washington with their guns that they but i don't think we i mean i think that the american people are the angry ones so much so that they just become blinded by the light of what they think is a third party with these crazy loony party candidates and these people might actually be lawmakers it it freaks me out you know they're stoking the flames i mean it's actually. it's truly dangerous right now to be doing that and i that's another reason why america should wake up a couple days here before the election and rethink the way to think well maybe the following story will make them rethink what's happening george w. bush oh yeah it isn't. about to release his memoirs which i'm sure someone else
11:51 pm
wrote for him watercolor you know here it's all in watercolors which is beautiful i mean that's the news we've released a trailer for it so let's take a look at a clip of this trailer. the book opens with a personal decision quitting drinking at age forty a decision i could not have made without face. i write a little bit about the experiences that forced my character growing up in west texas being the son of a president meaning. oh i have missed that do you people like didn't get the memo that movies are the things that have trailers right exactly and it looks like a lot of his p.r. folks were either like on to new jobs or on vacation because him in front of a black screen with a look at me with a messed up hair just doesn't work it's not becoming of an espresso here is my stuff but that man he quit drinking so he says but i want to i want to see what i'm doing now you know he may have had a few shall i say i don't hear a lot of this in itself but everybody that every time i've seen him since he left.
11:52 pm
one morning to me answers like i don't care i don't want to hear about your drinking problem i don't want to know what it was like to be this son of a president because oliver stone already made all of us feel bad for you and his movie w one of the on here about iraq i want to hear about your big decisions one of the big things that was coming out today was that his biggest regret in office was not privatizing social security now at a time when we have you know economic turmoil and the markets are in flux like crazy that's his biggest regret that he didn't invest the social security net of the american people in the stock market come on iraq all these horrible decisions like i can't i mean it's just suppressing what he did say that he's going to come out and submerge and do the book tour or get a little press and then re emerge and then read i've never heard. of it i don't want to know commentary i'm going to go to her you know and i'm going to. i want to bring up another story you know justice clarence thomas you have the music and we
11:53 pm
had his wife calling in media hill demanding an apology and now we have another woman who is releasing a little dirt she says that this guy loves porn can't get enough yet you know he he's known for not speaking during the supreme court hearings i think he said. he's asked for questions in the last ten years now we know what he's doing he's going to have total our yard as an i pad and. you never know oh my god i want to someone to check his cookies i don't know if you know it tells us so much about the supreme court that's all the time we have tonight there is almost i want to bring up that in fact there's a study that came out that said intelligent people drink more it's friday night we went for our final segment tonight we bring you this sovereign citizen these are people who believe that the law is don't apply to them they don't want to pay taxes they don't believe that they have to follow any rules and they believe that their homes our embassies have to be honest i wish that was true but either way we wanted to interview these people because we were just so interested in somebody who could
11:54 pm
simply say the laws don't apply and we tried this on two different occasions to interview sovereign citizens and both times where that up with some pretty interesting interviews so we're bringing you the best of both check it out you you live in the united states do you do you do you drive i know you do or do you drive on the road here that are paid for by the federal government so. you're saying some things but you don't know goes those are presumptions you're saying the united. states is a corporation it's ten square miles of the district of columbia by definition in the united states code do you drive on roads paid for by the federal government i don't drive if you're going to drive and i don't stoop to such an activity driving is something that is a part of the labor class ok do you walk on a road paid for by the federal government paid for by the federal government yet were paid for by people paid their taxes that are taken by
11:55 pm
a federal government bill is i think about is this not about the tax it's about the saw groups and the public servants doing our bidding they pave the roads for us and so they have to protect us from them all the laws of the united states are there to . text the people from the corporations that's what it says united states code so if you want the government to franchise you then why won't you pay taxes to the federal government oh that's not a matter of taxes ok because you're making a presumption but if we're not part of being a sovereign citizen of that you're to pay to actually know it so you see the thing about it is is that sovereigns are their own government they have their own independent economy and they don't have to do business with the united states or anybody agencies corporations or subsidiaries we can do business with our own selves with our own kinds of clam shells or whatever it is that has a trade value that we can use in the commonwealth with other sovereign nations
11:56 pm
around the world other sovereign entities a single sovereigns for community sovereigns that exist in the earth stablished on paper i'm sure i'm curious as to you are how do you go about your day to day life as not a person but a human being i mean do you have to drive on the roads that are paid for by. other taxpayers and that are billed by the government. well when it comes to driving. i don't really drive i never really have that's for a lot of i like it was built by the government. well sidewalks are public property you know like they belong to everyone and it's the final action somebody has to pay for it in order to lay the concrete guy on the ground well it's thing is everything's been paid for that's a think that most people don't understand about this and about society in general there's real it hasn't been a paid for by. it has been paid for by your government it has
11:57 pm
been paid for like ok. tell me this has it has been paid for by by other people by taxpayers so you know i think it's a fair question to ask whether you're perhaps kidney advantage of other people that actually do pay i i understand i understand what you're saying i'm not saying i'm not take advantage of anybody is the way i see it the thing is you have. and this is all going to be edited and i know little bits will not be edited this is the interview well ok well whatever better i'm just curious is that i don't really have any real chance i've been really busy the last couple of days but i just want you to explain you know your lifestyle your ideology and how it is that you go about day to day life living in sin in civilization but not wanting to necessarily be a part of it well the thing is as i said everything isn't paid for what
11:58 pm
you pay taxes your tax money isn't going to infrastructure it is going to a debt that has been incurred by our governments for the last who knows how long right ok seventy years. so where your money come from for the inner infrastructure. that money well i couldn't tell you exactly but tell you somebody a while ago curtis i want to move on very quickly because i want to ask you a question. you know i know here in canada the southern poverty law center here in the u.s. recently wrote an entire report about sovereign citizens they said that now in the u.s. there they have amassed to about three hundred thousand people but they essentially painted sovereign citizens as as dangerous people they mentioned humana father and son team that murdered two police officers they did an entire profile of some of the leaders and you know how does that make you feel to have them label this group of people as as a danger perhaps
11:59 pm
a threat to society i would say that anyone who label sovereign citizens. as a broad group like that as dangerous or extremists i would say that that is ignorant and an educated day obviously haven't researched into what sovereignty is they obviously don't know what we're all about like i'm a very peaceful person i do not condone violence of any sort i think that violates general is up for it and would make. it like getting what he's saying that obviously as i said always he has it done their research but perhaps so our listeners are too bad seeds that this father and son team that ended up murdering two police officers i would call them softer and i would call them like obviously they broke to common law by murdering someone day cause harm to someone so they broke to call the law.
