conference that he had is really a recognition that the dollar's dominance in the post-war period is coming to an end and if you've made billions of dollars from the current system you certainly want to have a say and what system would place it we're literally at a critical point here where the greatest tragedy and for. one hundred years would be for this figure out system that we have and dollars it's about to collapse for it to be replaced with something that would be a similarly bad system but i've no idea but i don't i don't think there was any talk this week as bretton woods two weeks ago about commodity back here and there was no talk about a true alternative system it's really just about keeping the current global scam that is centered around the dollar going with the new sensors that that's where it's basically a new system based on the products of trees which is paper myself i actually think the best currency system is one that would be similar to the swiss franc where you have backed by dollars back like gold backed by energy and the most important asset

and i think the u.s. government has to back her own seat which is land the federal government owns an enormous amount of land land that's that's formable and i think you need to have a sort of a perfect system would be one would be backed by many different commodities and the reason is because that would be a much harder system to be in if you're late for banks troops that are still in prep school in new hampshire at the most you put out a lot of good ideas in terms of you know immediate transitions away from the current system personally my idea would be no system where we have a currency that's in town by the market to actually meet the demands of the people in the market although that might be a bit of an ideal at this point i really think with the internet what we're going to be capable of in terms of creating currencies that are backed by multiple commodities as you suggest there with the franc we're going to have an opportunity that at a whole other level but before we get to that i want to throw some graphs on the screen here and we'll take a minute to explain those. but we want to show here we've got the price of gold

from the two thousand and two to two thousand and eleven real obvious there went from about two hundred fifty dollars to just recently passed fifteen hundred i think when we have closed today just under fifteen hundred incredible all right let's get the next graph up there all right this is the value of the dollar relative. to gold you have this here from one nine hundred thirteen when the federal reserve system was instituted losing ninety five ninety seven percent depending on how you want to count it of its value since the system was instituted they print more dollars you see the dollar or the dollar value of she's going to this is that which you see on the red line here is currency in circulation so what this graph shows is that as the amount of currency in circulation goes up the value goes down very simple supply and demand relationship here the next chart we have is gold and silver both showing their value going up concurrent with the dropping of

the dollar of the value. what does all this mean i think the the most ethical part is to understand we're not really seeing the price of gold and silver go up as much as we're seeing the value of the dollar come down i was like to say if you look back through history and you realize that prices really haven't changed at all when i was a kid for two silver dimes you could buy a gallon of gas today those two silver dimes were six dollars you can still buy a gallon gas but the prices don't actually go up it's the value the money that goes down and it goes down because of this over creation and as you say before without any backing without any restraint central bankers were literally putting us into zimbabwe or. germany and that's where we're headed so all the economic discussions we're hearing out of washington it has to do with the budget and raising the debt ceiling in the federal spending limit and getting to decide who's going to spend money out of washington how is this relevant when it comes to the bigger economic picture it's really not and the reason is that you don't arrest the federal reserve

if you don't abolish the federal reserve and prevent the opportunity for them to continue to water down the value of the dollar and frankly if you don't end the wars that we cannot afford to fight anymore if you don't do those two things it doesn't really matter what else it is that you're going to do it's not going to work well speaking of the federal reserve our next guest tonight is organizing a rally this coming weekend in philadelphia a continuation of end the fed now fed stock to rob joins us tonight he is down here from philadelphia organizing getting ready to organize this event filling next weekend where fans of good music and sound money will be gathering he is not only a committed sound money activist he also holds to elected positions as a school board member and is the constable for upper hand over temp township here he is representing ron paul's campaign for liberty. i'm involved with campaign for liberty which is a political activism group we've got some core principles but in

take the message to the street we are one of a number of organizers we want to rallies but kind of phony voice of ron paul you know ron paul has stated that probably the most important thing that we can do is the. it ourselves our family our friends and people around the so we take the message of sound money the dangers of the decline of the dollar or the federal reserve over inflating the money supply and what that ultimately means to the individual how we see the effects of rising prices in the grocery store rising prices of gas and we try to put it in terms that other people can understand and that's really our mission is to get out there and educate people and let them know what's really happening with the monetary system now i've been saying for years that there is a showdown coming as the dollar comes to its point of collapse there's going to be a showdown between the people that want to impose a new global currency system and those of us that want to see sound money and a lot of people have blown it off and said oh that's never going to happen you know the money masters are in charge you're never going to see

a showdown but it's happening already and it's like this is the counterpart to bretton woods and i exaggerating here i don't think you are a bit as a matter of fact i would argue that we've already seen the first part of intimidation by the government of people who were trying to take measures to protect themselves especially the ownership of silver we recently had a u.s. attorney and the obama administration say people who hold silver or use silver for carter are engaged in a unique form of domestic terrorism right and the people who try to create an alternative currency system here based on silver when they did it with the liberty dollar because they use the word dollar on the little silver coins they work and i know a lot of home koreans little silver rounds are going to be all right and this is why people you if you hear strange language around. in these alternative currencies that slice is all these legal tender laws that make it illegal for people to simply barter as a form of currency and like you we believe. that money should be

a creation of the marketplace absolutely we encourage people to take their federal reserve currency whenever possible convert it to silver convert their gold and if they can form their own networks and utilize this real money constitutional money. well i believe i'm buying guns too i think guns are a really good store of physical wealth in a way that's not subject to inflation but let's let's getting back to that subject tell us how you got elected to the school board and to constable i mean it was the night before the election you decided that we've got just a minute left here and what you're able to achieve in these positions i threw my hat into the ring to run for school board there was the threat of a seventy percent tax increase so i had friends and family encourage me to do so and the night before i made for the primary the night before the general election i had touched base with one of my republican committee men asking him what do what do you need help with you can put signs out what we need to do to be ready for the election to more and he said to me i need

that is possessed by americans personal information on their cell phones extracted by these devices that are known as you feds and these devices and the research i've been able to describe is what are they what are they called again it's called are you fed ok you fed it you fed and it's created by a company called. celebrates and the database can extract is so precise second passwords you can even pull g.p.s. logistics from your group will now go directly out of your phone so they can scare young people you've been in everything this is legal it is legal carry without question this is absolutely a violation of the united states constitution and it's you know i said travesty sure i mean what if this is what does a federal lawmakers have they empowered people to use this law enforcement or whatever but who says here's the loophole the loop there was that if an american goes ahead and allows them to do is then it's perfectly legal but it's up to the

american people to stand up and say at these at these points at the point of interaction with the law enforcement for them to say sorry you don't you do not have the right to do it i do not consent and first and officer to get the ground that's required by law to make it legal. so you think it's going to work for people to just take their cell phone and if they put it in a grove box they've removed at oxon does that at least protect them that that media traffic stops if you wait. on the circumstances of the traffic stop if you put it in a glass box and you still consent to having your vehicle certainly open to grab out if they find a pound i mean it's a it's a. very highly let people found if they feel the family is part of the you know the the investigation of the reason for the stop as we see in the state of illinois you can talk going to say i found that you're driving texting and driving is not a legal you know if you don't have a say if you don't have a seatbelt on they can pull you over so for any reason now they can pull you over
