thank you thank you thank you according to metro spokesman dance deciles quoted in the washington post after we were told that no one from the better off thought he would be speaking to the media until after the investigation of the wheelchair assault he said quote we've certainly heard from the public about it and it has been announced of the absurd assault charges against the victim of the wheelchair police assault have been dropped well more on that and simcox from go joins us to explain how g o o o o o o eight get out of our house is not actually pronounced group rand paul despite being the subject of absurd attacks from silly lefties a stand out for their own rights to he's been doing his best to stop the patriotic

version of choose your own adventure and hopefully will be doing some more of that i had a concern specifically that wasn't being addressed in the investigation and so i caught up with metro police deputy chief ronald pavlik after press conference he was having this afternoon about a recent robbery at the largo town center met the station but i wasn't so interested in their failures to keep us safe as much as their success is in weeding out men and wheelchairs is there any plan to investigate the false information that report the case in turn over the d.c. u.s. attorney's office i was told that case should not include investigation of the false report put out by tom and again a case of internet use the attorney's office and we can't comment on that i did have a chance to speak off the record with one of the public information officer personally asserting that the description of the victim here. as falling out of his chair was actually due to an actor inaccuracy filed in the

report by the officers involved in the incident and his mental state it's been banned sessile said to the washington post quote we've certainly heard from the public about it and thank you to all of you who have helped make sure this case gets the attention it deserves by helping out with our block dot org call flood not that we can research enough of what happened to pull a trump and just take credit for this but i'm very relieved to know that the assaulting a police officer charged against the victim here has been dropped. join us now is ten cox founder of g o o o h that's get out of our house a movement to systematically purge congress of the career politicians working to empower citizens by electing true citizen representatives as they say sending

a special interest puppets packing now how that differs from our current system not really sure there have been lots of the times like this to organize events or efforts rather to throw out the bombs to get the incumbents out of office so there's something else that's interesting about salmon and i want to get into this with him but he originally started in the technology field contributing to numerous innovations including the first gas pump credit card reader which is a fitting testament to a spirit of american entrepreneurship he left this lucrative career as a technology professional after twenty five years and it really says something because going from that perspective and taking the perspective of of an engineer of someone who. really doesn't have room in what they do for. for. delusions or fanciful ideas or

propaganda or lies it's really a matter of whether it works or not and apparently we don't have tim cox in the line so to our next story. about entranced politicians we also have senator rand to celebrate with what he's up to in the u.s. senate this week because democratic majority leader senator reid is up to his usual tricks and despite the valiant efforts of senator rand paul it appears the un patriot act will live on short of votes needed to kill the unconstitutional powers rand paul introduced several amendments that would have significantly reduced the existing powers granted to the united states government under this act of course not caring about the civil liberties of american citizens the senate leadership rushed to take the bill to vote without debating the amendments paul perry by taking to the floor tuesday evening using a significant portion of his floor speaking time in an attempt to force
7:06 pm
a lapse on the current patriot act powers however the debate will unfortunately be ending even sooner than expected harry reid took the bill in its entirety killed it and then shove the text of it into the text of the legally unrelated house business bill fearing that even a few hours or days elapse of the current monstrosity harry reid was power and on through with his loophole approach in a transparently phony show of sympathy and appeasement he claimed the senate really rudely wanted to discuss how important our bill of rights is. but they just can't take precedent over the security state it was in every desire from my perspective and i think this might have a fool. to be on. the today. senate
7:07 pm
and we were. in a lot of things reid said of the invasive powers quote we cannot let this patriot act expire i have a personal responsibility to try to get this bill done as soon as possible. i guess that's a personal responsibility to trash the constitution and give government more power a little or as harry always looking out for the nation heap in a safe congratulating himself on a con job well done he had this to say quote we have words over the last several days to work something out that i think is an excellent compromise and this bill something everyone in the congress likes i think the answer is no but we all agree it's important legislation senator reid if it's such important legislation please explain to the american people why you felt the need to shove the thing in its entirety down our throats by subversion funny how so many democrats seem to care so much about our civil liberties under the reign of george w. bush but have now become champions of the surveillance state so all right now we
7:08 pm
have tim cox back on the line computer science experts i would say mean highly rational people have to constantly apply the specific qualifier does it work clearly our current system of government once trained far away from our founders vision is not working so for him developing a system that can effect actual change in our congressional house was the solution tim thank you so much for joining us many thanks for having me so did you do you think your background as an engineer influences your perspective on politics and how you approach this project for get out of our house. and absolutely i started this process that we've developed with that in mind not how would you solve problems politically if we see how the two parties that but how can we solve this problem from a process perspective right that a fundamental problem is that we have politicians instead of representatives thirty
7:09 pm
euros and i set out to build a system using my background and i expect peace it would focus on the root cause of the problem which is removing career politicians you know many say that the root problem is the career politicians don't we have i mean i know that the democratic process of voting in electing represented in this country isn't as transparent open as it should be elections aren't fair by any stretch of the imagination but if if if we do out of another the connection there i think between the the people and the leaders that your plan is even possible then how can we expect it to change by simply electing new people. but at think about this how could you possibly have a congress that has a fifteen percent approval rating have ninety four percent of incumbents get reelected every two years on average and then the reason you get that result is the
7:10 pm
system is rigged so that the incumbents win and the incumbents as they get in office they don't go up there to serve the people they go up there to serve their party they got there to serve the special interest groups that fund them and i go there to serve and further their own political career so our contention is as our founding fathers said when they created a system let's pick a true citizen representative sinan the washington or whatever right to represent us for a couple of years and then let him go home they warned us against career politicians but the people in office today had to change the system so that's exactly what we get is career politicians and they're so worried about doing what's politically correct that none of them have the courage to do what needs to be done even polar ryan this recent you know budget plan is catching all this he he doesn't propose to balance the budget for twenty six years so that's outrageous that anybody would think that that's a reasonable step in the right direction we need a balanced budget and a couple of years i owe you point to that disconnect just to go back for a second fifteen percent approval rating whatever thirty percent of americans
7:11 pm
voting in midterm elections are of potential voters actually going out and voting i don't think the problem's a little more with the american people here and the fact that we are tolerating the system that we are letting i mean in an election where thirty percent of the voting public goes to vote that means that you only need a fifteen percent. score to get elected to win that election you only need fifteen percent of the population not less than fifty percent of those you get fifty percent of voters to vote for you that's fifty percent of the vote in an election where only thirty percent of the people turn out yeah that's a very fair comment but again think at this how many people do you believe don't. bother to vote because the outcome has already already known eighty five percent of the districts are so gerrymandered you don't know which party's going to win in two thousand and twelve and we're a year plus out so many people have given up now you know it's what you say is
7:12 pm
factual and not very many people bother to vote i think in some cases that good. but the reality is more people would go if they had a legitimate honest choice you know we on a number got on the map guy a computer science guy we've done a survey extensively and what we find is most people don't bother because they already know who's going to win so tell us how the system is distinct from other efforts in the past to just throw the bums out and how people can get involved. getting involved simply go to the website to go dot com gee triple i thought come and become a member of that type so his email address the way we're different is very very subtle what we're trying to do is let the members of the district choose a candidate to compete in the primaries what we'll do is we'll take all of our members into district let's say we have a palpable whatever the number happens to be and will randomly sort those participants as a pools of t.n. and each group of ten will sit down on a saturday morning and among them so they'll choose two people out of that pool to
7:13 pm
represent them those two that are chosen voted they asked for me to the different pools all the advancers of the mangled and to do pools and they would choose two and that process repeats three or four weekends until ultimately one person rises to the top of the system chosen by their peers and that's very different than a republican or democratic party working in the backroom to get some good ole boy has been part of the system for twenty years and say hey let's put you know nancy pelosi on the ballot here because the congressman in her district passed away we get somebody in and i just kind of hand pick somebody and channel them through so we're going to have put the people of the district and pick a candidate to compete fairly in the primaries the other thing we're going to do is we're. going to raise but that we need among the people that participate so rather than go beg for money from special interest groups and raise on average over a million dollars per kid and we're going to pool all of the money from all of our participants and we're going to run a national advertising campaign that effectively ask america wouldn't you like to
7:14 pm
fire congress wouldn't you like to replace that with true citizen representatives and our polling data shows that ninety five percent of america absolutely would like to power congress out stand well this could be the way we get the end run around the two party system but you're going with the go and not goof so that you can just say like get out right yeah that's how i know if you're at a club in front. of a set of a you so much that was jim cox the founder of go not group that is get out of our house gee triple zero eight dot com when we come back you get the scoop on what's going down in utah with the restoration of gold and silver as legal tender but what does an anarchist libertarian have to say about that stuff on molyneux and why does this mean the end of the locker c. in utah and possibly the entire united states. that happen or at netanyahu speech yesterday apparently while that yellow was praising the freedom of protests here in

7:18 pm
because each time the dollar begins to flatline its reanimate with the help of cash injections from the mad scientists the federal reserve which lead to further devaluation this is the perversion of most monetary systems before big government in which the currency or medium of exchange actually have value of its own but is it consisted of something of value like a precious metal or was a certificate that was backed by something as the u.s. dollar used to be backed by gold and now we have somebody banks zombie dollars somebody voters anyway i've had a shotgun but utah has decided to try its own hand of the black arts of resurrection i'll be at with far less an affair is intentions than tyranny or the destruction of the productive class honest currency has fallen into the realm of myth and legend
7:19 pm
but in a story sure to make waves around jekyll island the state of utah has just approved a measure making it legal to use gold and silver as legal tender within its borders that's right in utah the federal reserve's not believing is no more the evil retaliation plot is pending. governor gary herbert signed the bill effective on may tenth two thousand and eleven making it possible for folks to buy groceries guns and even gasoline with coal and you might be wondering how this would actually work and me too but the important thing is that freedom has been significantly increased and we will get to see what the market that is the cumulation of all the needs of consumers leads to in terms of practical alternative currency rad galavis the republican state representative responsible for this bill has stated this is not an attempt to return to the gold standard quote we're too far down the road to go back to the gold standard but this will move us toward an alternative currency so in
7:20 pm
utah they're not even going to wait for the feds to try to come up with something new when the dollar collapses this is an awesome assertion of states' rights yes i know stands don't have rights only individuals but in addition the sale of precious metals will get a free pass on state capital gains tax now uncle sam still gets a cut on the federal level but from those who aren't rich enough to hire the accounts to get them out of paying federal taxes altogether that is before nixon took us off the gold standard in one nine hundred seventy one the us dollar was technically backed by gold even though regular citizens couldn't just go to fort knox and buy gold at the official explains rate the value of the dollar was paid at thirty five dollars per ounce of gold since one nine hundred seventy one the dollar has been backed by drum roll please.
7:21 pm
write nothing except faith but the us government will be able to repay its own debts. and with costs of everyday goods coming fast the american public is increasingly interested in gold and silver backed currency after all since when is the government's word as good as gold and joining me now from ontario canada is my favorite philosopher and host of freedom radio dot com nolen insta fun thank you so much for joining us tonight and he said i know you said that this potentially marks the end of democracy which by the way by definition is bad for minorities we should only be so lucky but what do you mean by this is it really have that much significance that in utah they're allowing all this legal tender yes the first you don't austrians i've ever heard of in terms of economics but yeah it is the end of
7:22 pm
the system as we know it if they could actually manage to reinstate goal now that doesn't mean the end of the government or all of the things that i would like but it doesn't mean the end of the existing bride ocracy because that's what democracy has really been an escalating form of at last four years old it's all throughout the books it's important they're not really trying to institute any kind of gold standard or anything all they're doing with this bill so far is simply freeing up people to have their alternative currency effectively to opt out of the bribe and billing system. right which is like opening up eastern germany to immigration i mean how many people are going to swarm our currency system and go to something hard like all this going to be everyone this is a question which is never asked adam at least in the mainstream media is why is every single western democracy in debt it's because democracy can only work with your currency and with that it's been true from the roman empire all the way through to the present including the greeks and the reason for that is that you
7:23 pm
can't bribe people with their own money while keeping it for yourself how on earth has the greatest generation since the post-war period got three to four dollars in benefits for every dollar they paid in taxes because of two things over printing of money and debt and so in order to bribe the population you have to borrow and you have to print money which means you have to stand it so this was your experiment in free flowing currency if there's any chance for people to get out of it and to use something else with legal tender and you have a comment when you said well i don't know how people are going to do it they're already entrepreneur are stepping up saying hey you know i'll keep your gold in a vault with a receipt and i will give you a debit card so that you can go out and spend this in whatever denominations you balance and we will just use it that way so it will be exactly as currency was supposed to be and be representative of the gold that you hold so i think it's a very very exciting development it's not the biggest it's like it's not as full as you'd like but at least it's entering into the national debate and that can lead anyplace but now i think i might have some kind of idea with how you're going to
7:24 pm
answer this but as long as i've got on the air here i really can't resist so far what's the matter with democracy. the matter with democracy is that it's greed every form of avarice and dree and irresponsibility in human nature democracy would collapse tomorrow if we all just stood on our own two legs and started asking for something for nothing and start asking for the government to take care of the poor and therefore we don't have to give to charity to take care of education and therefore we don't have to choose the schools for our kids to take care of the old so that we don't have to save for old retirement every time the government offers you something it's like an episode of the sopranos you know tony soprano comes up and says i'm willing to give you a favor i'm willing to give you some free money it's like you know that that money is going to come at a very high price that it's going to end up with some horses head in your bed all we have to do is start i think the government stop being tempted by the fantasy
7:25 pm
that we can get something for nothing that's a voiding the running out of debt and the selling off of our future children into certain as is just happened in ireland my goodness the people have just been sold off for generations for the sake of stuffing the pockets of money losing private banks and surrenders so yeah the democracy is simply a privacy where you steal from everyone you can the future of the poor and you bribe people and you write people into bright people until the system collapses it is rendered and by its very definition it is the majority and i was in its will by force on a minority but then you mentioned you mentioned ireland was also back monster proselytism in a love you said earlier that the. i.m.f. is taking over ireland no guns no tanks how do you substantiate that. well this is the standard thing so i don't have a boom because they start pointing at many guns of their citizens they lower corporate tax rates that make things more friendly to business and they had what was called the irish tiger and they had a big boom and then the banks all began speculating in real space and the
7:26 pm
government began over printing money because whenever you give the government money in the form of increased tax revenue it simply uses that as leverage to steal more from the future and so what happened was the banks all ran out of money they couldn't pay off their debts the government in two thousand and eight in ireland guaranteed the debts did ask the people was there a referendum was there any kind of vote from the citizens about the future of billions of dollars of their future earnings no of course not they simply ignite the yes they guarantee the banks and then when that wasn't enough and it began to run out of money even for that they nationalize the banks and now they can't pay off the debt they can't pay their bills and so the i.m.f. is coming in and saying ok we'll give you money and in fact originally they were only going to take that possible payment of the government but then all along no i don't think you know that or do you think that that is something that we have to look forward to in the united states as our system gets printed just as. well. all right well that was
7:27 pm
a philosopher and also freedom in radio dot com so far molineux and i think what's happened in ireland is very scary considering a lot of those dynamics with the currents are happening right here in the united states as well so remember yesterday we covered the interruption of the netanyahu speech let's play that clip for more time. as we share the rule. you can't have these protests in the foreseeable parliaments and. tripoli this is real democracy. well guess what apparently you can have these kinds of protests in america without getting beaten back this is ray i believe the protester in question was hospitalized as a result of injuries suffered from being tackled who was not tackled by capitol police the so-called the mocker see that netanyahu was praising was taken over by
