sorry did i hear her right did she say fake news but what the hell is fixed news that somebody needs to tell this blondie hoops i mean red head the liberal and conservative networks are the same they take ten percent of the truth and then sprinkle ninety percent of their own spice lies you know what this girl is just a part of this problem in this crazy world. oh terrorist killer one i think you're missing the entire point first of all the daily show by jon stewart is fake news by definition it's parody it's satire it's not news and even he calls it the big news so i was just hating the obvious but you have to be one of those people who thinks of the onion israel's who because if so you and i'm sure talk but just because i called the daily show fake news as it is doesn't mean that i'm saying that the store fox news or m s n b c or c.n.n. or any of the other mainstream channels are any better i spend day and day out trying to bring to light the lies of the misrepresentations of both the liberal and conservative networks and in fact i think you and i would probably even agree on

that the united states spends on the military it's not only out of control it's wrong our priorities are wrong our politicians have all been bought so pointing out these numerical examples like that to really put it in people's faces so they can see the discrepancy that's important so thank you i'm going to have more responses to all of your comments later on this week. and now if there's one thing that wiki leaks has shown the world for the release of u.s. state department cables was some point out the obvious but dirty truths that the u.s. tries to interfere in the domestic politics of sovereign nations to suit america's agenda for the agenda of american corporations even have thoughts all detrimental to the economic development of the attempts to democratize those nations the ones which we claim to support through diplomatic announcements of foreign aid packages and all the grandstanding we do about spreading democracy and haiti is a perfect example of this as nearly two thousand new weekly leaks cables released this week for a partnership with the haitian weekly newspaper haiti live today are showing us the

state department cables released so far details to glaring examples of u.s. arrogance and hawkers. the first story is one of the u.s. government working with oil companies companies like exxon mobil and chevron to sabotage a deal for haiti the joint petrarca rebate venezuela's oil alliance and the u.s. admits itself in these cables of the deal would have saved haiti one hundred million u.s. dollars a year money that would have gone to development of schools health care and infrastructure and the second story details the u.s. government lobbying heavily against raising the factory wages in haiti and just three dollars to five dollars a day working with contractors for u.s. companies like hanes levis and for now keep in mind haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere that houses the fourth largest u.s. embassy in the world earlier today i got it became eyes out of there with the weekly newspaper hey the protégé i first asked him to give us more details on both of these stories including exactly how big of a role the u.s. government and u.s. corporations played when it came to putting on the pressure. really which is some

way old they were of oil companies distributing oil with the truth there were americans in those two were the principal opponents of the trick really big deal because it was a local issue company or was done right down with the program and it was a french company that didn't give too much trouble but there was a sort of bid of. resistance from chevron texaco exxon mobil. both of which give their own lives to find ways to appeal to the u.s. government embassy played the role really. sort of were not the it's a silicate they were the ones who were sort of going pressure fishing government officials set up meetings through that sort of thing so they were really.

presidents completely sovereign nations even to threaten them with what they can do but at the same time i think has said they're just playing the role of the needy it or the facilitator for these big oil giants in our country so are they the ones that are telling us gov what to do and they're just passing on the message. yeah i think you was government plays the role. sort of yet a lot of the time people who are working for these corporations the. really not exactly bursting where you go about pressuring you are private and government official and so the us government plays that will be the us embassy place that will be the place you go to to figure out how to interface with the government where the soft spots where the chains me wonder who are the best officials who are the most amenable or the most lenient sever so. you can see this

in the cables throughout the week in the cables. you really see the detail that they go into. basically psychoanalyze not just their opponents but the governments that they're dealing with and seeing really. who's who and who we were there times now obviously you can point out a lot of hypocrisy in these actions when it comes to what the u.s. says it does in terms of the aid packages that we have around the world in terms of what our diplomats say when they say that we support democracy around the world why if they know the corporations have so much power that these people can just pull out of haiti is three dollars a day better for haitians than the nothing on the alternative. well yeah sure that's that's always their argument which is that listen it's better than nothing and if we go away we're going to do. generally go.

he is the best bargain you can hear this year it was the cheapest before and it was cheaper even after the minimum wage increase but then they always cry wolf that the bill will be bankrupted looked close so there's this constant it's sort of made a game of chicken happens but at the end of the day. you know these corporations are just like peanuts because they're paying people pennies to make clothing and look tronics and other. assembled words which oh so for one principle. here in the united states and europe so this is an extremely lucrative. arrangement but with patiently alan comes the story of the oil deal of the u.s. trying to sabotage of course there are

a lot of geopolitics that come into play you have in a statement from the u.s. official saying that whatever it would. just can't let you work with chavez we can't let you work with venezuela that would look very bad for us but if you think about haiti right it's the poorest country in the western hemisphere there are no minerals no resources there the us necessarily need so what's the point of trying to exert so much control of worrying about the geopolitics a is it all just to suggest game. bro so much of it is a question that example we saw we're going to need three we're going to impeach but not get richer. because. it's the truth. so he has ten million people are spread throughout there for the u.s. to meet with. so and so very important for the great in the middle. of the u.s. considers its own yard. so i think he. got

ok it's time for tonight's jewel time award and tonight it goes to delta airlines say the atlanta based airline is working overtime thanks for a p.r. nightmare involving thirty four u.s. soldiers who were those soldiers staff sergeants fred hilliker and it robert o'hara decided to document their outrage against delta with a camera and they posted the entire video on you tube so i'm going to listen both of these men here to help me explain this story it all started when thirty four soldiers tried to check in for a flight from baltimore going to atlanta i just returned from miami to see yesterday we. were on our way to land at thirty you know right over we had

a little issue with the bags this morning. so. staff sergeant hilliker says that they had a few issues checking the backs you know i can relate those that these are completely out of control but now it's time for staff sergeant o'hara to tell us exactly what it is that happens next here because you start. to think. through what he thought he could. be a six to your life stories that people seem to be. so wow is delta really going to charge a thirty four u.s. soldiers returning from afghanistan an extra bag fee i'm phrase tell me if this didn't actually happen yet it seems to be talking. to respect to these take how much you paid to write a song how much your are you doing it up to you know the profits or to those states

or dollars to thirty four of us still you know that's right delta made twenty eight hundred dollars an extra bag fees from thirty four soldiers trying to return home now delta says their policy is to allow three free checked bags for active duty military members the flying coach a soldier say the military orders allow them to check for attacks so why did the soldiers really need to check so many bags in the first place. it was a like that sticks for to. build bigger piece of it used to myself it's just. oh that's right the soldiers are carrying the weapons that they need to protect themselves when they're in a war zone that's totally worth charging them two hundred bucks for isn't it now i've got a long arc of the play the soldiers and how they really felt after being charged this extra fee but this is model delta i think you were actually happy to be back

to like the bodies of children but look obvious to. as many as thirty bodies are buried at what's described as a hole of course that. the residents here are said not to be cooperating but there . are two that sounds like a god awful orrible a story of mass graves up to thirty people all these maybe even childred and i don't know for some reason i really just member body parts or something in my head maybe that's what i already started building it up i then suddenly kind of just disappeared off the t.v. screen notice that i'm talking about it turns out it was a psychic of the police department was working with and the whole thing was a hoax i think wrong i was wrong i mean they were right to investigate it with so i guess problematic about the way the many stations cover news these days is that everybody goes with it because they want to go with it first even though it's not confirmed the thing that's interesting about this too is that in cnn's coverage they and only confirmed independently through

a source to that this had been the device had been discovered so i don't know who's going to make a lot of your words as the other guys aren't like there's someone out there is covering the story just run with it yes and we see actually did run with it yesterday they were still just replaying the chris matthews show. while they were still on wiener gate they just can't get enough of a dial of mass grave we don't give a crap as waiters all the way it was a preview of winter day is pretty interesting that it took the network so long to run with this story which we now know was completely true he wasn't it wasn't a prank so long to run with all your you know human events and i mean with you know you know you know there are told. us we did three days. over this here and there was you know it's all right you know really excited i mean in terms of are you going to do that for covering you know day wide so believe me they have been on top of this story but it is interesting because these days nobody wants to be left behind especially when news moves so quickly on the internet and people are tweeting about things and so out about it we have ones covering the story and then

it all turns out to just you know the sham no mass grave not a bummer and no one should pay that psychic reading. list move on. to the next story here's a couple that was arrested in polk county and this is in florida and this is because they were selling their homemade porn on the internet to buying thing is that the guy spent all this time investigating it even paid in one thousand ninety five membership fee to go to the woman's website and get it all or porn but i don't buy one can't you sell your own porn in your neighborhood if you feel like it or online well absolutely laws are like a very like regional and local thing and that's sort of what's great about them and horrible at the same time i mean the fact that there's a local test requirement the supreme court has said that is what keeps this nationally from having to worry about any sort of like national pornography or obscenity law still but what you do there if you don't know it when you see it exactly yeah and it's and if they happen to be ugly and old and live in polk county

or imperial polk county as we call it down in florida well kid doesn't get any cubs is not that much of a look yeah i don't know i don't know either way the punishment for that detective to have to look at this case or what but i think it doesn't really seem like it's very worth it to violate these laws in this region because i think we're only making seven hundred dollars a month off of this that's what i did when they were breaking laws and this is my favorite part is that so the woman the wife was allowed to post bail later that day but her husband off two to remain in the custody of prison officials to do a bit of hands on research for a new feature length dungeon or in the for cause i don't know you. can argue that i didn't learn their lesson and they're like johnson porn is next and obama should pardon these people they're creating jobs this man is so committed to reviving the economy with his own contribution that he decided to stay in prison do more you don't obviously you know the people i mean your own goddamn whole need for exactly . ok their bailout was more than i think they will ever make from their pornography

actually responded after they got hacked on twitter and he said we do have a comment i think we have it please have our web site i think you know. i mean these guys are good right where you issue a challenge and instantly your house ok and now he needs them to fix what they did i'm never buying his services either we have. three companies that we're not we're going to not going to go to the psychic and i'm. born and i'm going to use the guy's security web site or you can you let me because the more threats there are of hackers the more business they get from. his website and now he wants them to. actually you know yourself in a vulnerable area and if you ask somebody to hack your web site then you know that you have to ask them to and hack it but i mean it's always just been incredible for me to look at you know especially some of these f.b.i. affiliates to end up doing the security research and the fake haps of the government knows how secure their websites are they're the ones that easily get hacked by these random groups of people that don't even kids and children they just
