oh my god did you see what some did to the government credit rating i did and i still wouldn't loan our government any money so i think we've got magic real americans for tax reform to break down this past week spot from the debt deal a big police state i think a message from anonymous about the shooting service saturday more waivers from obama and an update from syria we've also got a video riley of students for concealed carry on campus don't worry i'm usually not packing during out on versus the man.
7:01 pm
on friday the credit ratings agency standard and poor downgrade of the federal government's ratings from a rating from aaa to the boy plus an everyone with a stake in the financial system has been. freaking out all week it seems makes me wonder why we even have a system that rates the government on the same scale as other major financial institutions i mean how stupid do you have to be to loan our federal government money at this point. well most people doing that are doing it in their name and some other kind of personal kickback while the rest of us are screwed right that's how the financial system works well joining me now to explain this is not a career of americans for tax reform added thanks so much for being with us because for arianna so this is this is precedent it is people make it out to be historically true floyd it's a double a plus and why couldn't that have been a punishment for me get in trouble in high school all right well really. given that
7:02 pm
these credit rating agencies are the same credit rating agencies that totally missed that financial meltdown and gave gold plated ratings to fannie mae freddie macin all these other subprime mortgage lenders who essentially caused the financial crisis to how credible is this really this downgrade in american debt not very how do we even i think you told us that they'd probably be downgrading us for growth we reached a debt limit deal or not simply because of the political longer going on in so much faith in the political system are you saying that people in charge of this country have no credibility left to lose the amazing things here at the dodd frank financial bill that was passed last year actually give the credit rating agencies last credibility than they even have now which isn't much it's the government doesn't have to abide by anything the credit agencies to the rating agencies tell them what's tells you exactly what the government wants to do is what they're going to want to do regardless of what their rating is what the agency ok so is obama right in the one point that he made in that this is
7:03 pm
a political assessment that they're not the standard and poor's and going. looking at the books of the united states federal government which are already probably more messed up than any other financial institution that they're rating but the obama said it was a political assessment it was a condemnation of washington's ability to be responsible on behalf of the american people so is he right on that point i mean this is probably the one thing that president i agree on is that these rating agencies are one and only objective is to be a political entity they're there to give a talking point whoever is in charge unfortunately obama who's trying to take this downgrade to saturday because you believe you have that as an excuse to raise taxes on the american people to deride the cuts spending cuts in that deal and to say this isn't good enough because we haven't raised enough revenue from the overtaxed american people aren't they already are ok well speaking of having no credibility left whatsoever someone we shouldn't really be listening to at all tim geithner
7:04 pm
from earlier this year. is there a risk that the united states could lose its aaa credit rating yes or no no risk of no risk no risk no risk really no risk no credibility yeah exactly and this is something to that we saw with treasury in the debt limit debate telling us keeping it moving the field filled posts and where we're going to default supposedly you know first of all it was going to be in may and then all of a sudden it was sometime in july and then it was in august and then later in august you know so treasury never was giving us the whole story and it's because one thing again they were trying to use the credit rating of the united states and the threat of default as an excuse to push their political agenda well you know let's bring back that. unimpeachable story on monetary policy issues alan greenspan because he was caught recently as well saying something that maybe it's just this
7:05 pm
is from sunday maybe should have been off the record there's a mainstream media hasn't been quick to point this out obama hasn't been quick to point this out in any of the recent coverage let's hear what alan greenspan. is not . the united states. and he. has been. one of the. few rule probably of the four zero probability of the fall would have undercut all of the propaganda but also just so we're clear what he's saying we the united states first of all we the united states the government separate from the people can and will not default or doesn't have to default on any of us because as he said we can always print more money which is to say we can tax it by inflation we can her it's. so what are we doing about reining thing that greenspan failed to mention is that we actually don't have to default because there is enough money in the coffers to parent that we take in ten times that doesn't matter anyway as if they are debt but we can't
7:06 pm
afford it is ballooning discretionary spending and of course. liabilities by all of our entitlements that we refuse to confront and this is something to that's and p. had said months ago that you know if you don't look at these entitlements there's one hundred trillion dollars now coming liabilities we're probably going to downgrade you that i think this is somewhat of a. this isn't. somebody said it was it was kind of political for obama and even standard and poor's may have been doing this with political motivations we have a montage put together some some clips of some people who might be trying to take advantage of this role that members of the u.s. government were standing up in public and saying maybe it would be ok if the u.s. government defaulted on some of its obligations there was a deeply unsettling moment but let's look at the history of this the fact of the matter is that this is essentially a tea party downgrade this is without question the tea party downgrade this is the tea party guys and they're totally unreasonable and doctrinaire and not founded in
7:07 pm
reality i think they've been smoking some of that just breaking their. daddy have even smoke in the back of the ineffable thinking you know this is something that i think it shows how on serious we have the president and his allies in this entire debt limit debate because. we want four trillion dollars in cuts we came to a table with about one and a half which is pretty darn good for a president who wants to tax its way out of this problem and the thing is that you see democrats now requiring at the idea that they're going to have to touch these entitlements and i think that what they need to take away from this downgrade for its political purposes as it may have bad is that you can't continue to spend at the levels you're spending but you also can't pretend to make the promises you're making and think that there's not going to be any consequences that to it in the long run sounds like the democratic party are really the loop the leadership or system is trying to implement austerity measures by any other name with this anyways that we thank you so much for being with us about it correll a.t.r.
7:08 pm
americans for tax reform a.t.r. org thanks so much for being with us. you know i think a lot that like to just opt out of our government and until we deal with all this federal stuff i've given it a lot of thought and i just think the system isn't working as it was intended i wait for congressional reform because it doesn't seem to be going anywhere so i'm just going to wiggle around it on my own i mean i even be willing to go through a pat down if it meant i could opt out of property tax income tax sales tax or scary tax inflation tax and then i get out of the in the two so. i'll just write myself a little rewrite here and. there you go free pass right i can just hand this to any busybody micro tyrant i encounter and should be fine film that i'm free i'm a sovereign citizen if the government gets to opt out of its own standards why shouldn't i be able to write well this is what they're doing when it comes to their federal disaster of an education program no child left behind the obama
7:09 pm
administration's been calling for reform over the program but hasn't seen any action on it from congress says they're too busy trying to determine the rules for college football playoffs so we ought to go the autocratic route and start reform by instead states that the administration things qualified by standards yet to be specified will be able to receive federal funding without meeting the standards originally set forth in the no child left behind program i'm certainly no fan of the educational standards a sub by the feds but i can't imagine that establishing in it ministry of a roundabout is going to be an effective solution not to mention the fact that it's another example of executive overreach but that's little besides the point here though it seems one person government has figured it out education secretary arne duncan who said the following i cannot overemphasize how loud the outcry is for us to do something now our job simply put this is support reform at the state and local level we need to get out of the way wherever we can. make good on that leave
7:10 pm
their posts and shut down the department of education it's only i have an idea maybe we should quit trying to micromanage an entire vast expanse of countries educational system from here in the beltway and already let's quit trying to micromanage anything from this town remember washington d.c. is a place that can't even run escalators correctly. and now some news from anonymous. last week we defaced and destroyed the websites of over seventy law enforcement agencies on shooting sheriff saturday we release ten gigabytes of confidential information that is sure to end barris discredit and incriminate it includes thousands of private e-mails with passwords addresses social security numbers credit card numbers snitch information training files and more when analyzed this data demonstrates the inherently corrupt nature of law enforcement
7:11 pm
and will hopefully lead to firings and charges against the most offensively corrupt officers if we must we will break the laws of politicians to expose corruption we are doing this in solidarity with topiary and the anonymous pay-pal lower but i am canon defendants as well as all other political prisoners who are facing the gun of the crooked court system you may bust a few of us but we greatly outnumber you and you can never stop us from continuing to destroy your systems and leak your data we have no sympathy for any of the officers or informants who may be endangered by the release of their personal information for too long they have been using and abusing our personal information spying on us and arresting us beating us and thinking that they can get away with oppressing us in secrecy well it's retribution time we want them to experience just a taste of the kind of misery and suffering they inflict upon us on an everyday
7:12 pm
basis let us serve as a warning to would be snitches and pigs that your leaders can no longer protect you give up and turn on your masters now before it's too late we allowed as we watched the news reports come in quoting various sheriff's who denied that they were ever hacked or that any personal information was stolen that they did not store snitch info on their servers for example based upon past releases of information the content of these releases are sometimes manipulated and edited in an attempt to embarrass or discredit government agencies and law enforcement. also in their release they threatened to publish the names of inmates and confidential informants informants and other sensitive data are not kept on the website and we believe any information that would be released would be false in an attempt to hinder future investigations by law enforcement baxter county sheriff john f. montgomery don't worry john we want to release the photos of you having sex with a horse in your police car many levels have been had as we taunted the sheriff by
7:13 pm
exposing their social security numbers passwords addresses and private e-mails despite active f.b.i. investigations and there are additional security measures they could not stop us from owning their servers stealing their identities and dropping all their data the recent v.h.s. bulletin has called us script kiddies that lack any capability to inflict damage to critical infrastructure yet we continue to get in and out of any system we please destroying and dropping dox on the mightiest of government systems that are supposed to be protecting their sick nightmare of law and order give up you are losing the cyber war and the attacks against the governments militaries and corporations of the world will continue to escalate hackers join us to make two thousand and eleven the year of leaks and revolution. when we come back i'll have a video riley in studio to explain why it's important students are legally allowed to carry guns on campuses thoughts we've got convicted cops in new orleans police
7:14 pm
force resignation and peaceful protests that turn into violent riots across the new got it well police state update and the world from air all the word on the street with a look at how skin jake negative new can actually deliver all coming up on adam vs the man. archie is the state run the english speaking russian channel it's kind of like. russia today has an extremely confrontational stance when it comes to us.

commander in chief of the imperial japanese navy who don't most on the prospect of invading the united states during world war two our second amendment is a treasured one and more than any tax funded bomb tanker plane is the deterrent that kept millions free those rights are constantly under assault from those who seek more state control but luckily the opposition to the gun grabbers remain strong vocal across united states fact just across from across the street from us here at the national press called the students for concealed carry on campus are holding their first national conference this week and they're dropping in to share a little more about what they've been up to we're joined by even o'reilly the southwest regional director of students for concealed carry on campus serving on the national board of directors she start with the organization of the campus leader of oklahoma state university's chapter and then as the director in oklahoma for the past year aging thanks so much for being with us tonight thank you for having me this is this is really an incredible group that gaining momentum you're here for your first conference and this issue really is on the front lines and
7:17 pm
cutting edge of gun rights activism here in the united states is really active it citing can you give us kind of an overview of the of the issue because i think most americans when they hear about concealed carry rights for students on campus that's like will there aren't any right right and people don't really have any jerk reaction to just hearing about concealed carry on can't it's actually our second national conference in the theory we had another one in two thousand and eight and basically our organization feels that concealed handgun license holders where licensed to carry concealed virtually everywhere else in our nation should be able to do so when they cross that invisible boundary that separates on campus from off campus because campbell these aren't crime free zones and they have signed that they. they're gun free zones but criminals don't obey the law that makes them more crime prone zones wrote ok so if that's the case what's the reaction going our students do since get this i mean this is really basic concept around where i was in college there was a desire to want to be like in the campus bubble so now i have to worry about the
7:18 pm
outside world i can get drunk and throw up on the sidewalk and some campus safety officer is going to screw me and so we're going to clean it up the next and i have to worry about that and also we're going to her security are soon our students in that bubble receiving your message well some of the students do feel like a campus is a crime free zone until something happens and unfortunately they realize that there's a huge difference and even a life changing difference between feeling safe and actually being safe and sweep wrote concealed carry on campus because it's another form of it's another option to self-defense when students are on campus we do have students however who are fully in support of our issue because they are stage elders and if i think kerry when i go to work off campus go to the library off campus why can't i carry when i go to school or why should my very own sonders often be less and remains a writing or a class so why do you think we the educational establishment has gotten away with
7:19 pm
this for so long and it's got away with carving out the second amendment free zone well look when concealed carry was first allowed in our various forty eight and now forty nine because wisconsin now has concealed carry states these legislators all designated campuses ice the specific area where concealed carry should not be allowed is always a political concession or get the bills passed in the first place in most cases only. yes they have to be provisions in each of the original concealed carry laws that said that the college can't is would be viewed as a special place but it's only special in the sense that it's one of the only places in our nation that criminals have a government guarantee that every legal globbing says. and on that campus is disarmed ok and so virginia tech we saw just this past week another scare there two twelve year olds apparently saw a man carrying what what like it could have been a gun under some cloth and it got from the school though certainly predictable and understand it understandable after the shooting the prior shooting virginia tech
7:20 pm
how do you take these issues for your cause and say well if we just had concealed carry then the people wouldn't choose these spots for their targets well i think and we know that criminals would definitely reconsider their current plan of action if they know that their victim is not defenseless that their victim has a chance to fight back and one of the region one of the strong reasons that i'm involved in campus here is because as a female and i don't have the same options of self-defense as my male counterparts do no matter what i do i'll never be as strong as my male counterparts and so a firearm is the only thing that will level the playing field between me and males would you say gun control laws or massage mr. that's a little far maybe a little bit i don't know but i do know that it's the only chance i have somebody decides to attack and they certainly put women at a disadvantage are dangerous thank you so much for being with the study with us and really appreciate it thank you.
7:21 pm
first up tonight are police state update some good nose and some justice for new orleans police officers have been found guilty by a jury in the slaying of two on our men and the wounding of four others who were trying to cross the danziger bridge after hurricane katrina tore through the city a fifth officer was found guilty of a cover up both the gun and false witnesses were planted in an attempt to absolve the officers of their crimes against the people of new orleans finally some justice and a larger tragedy that still has far too many crimes to answer for and many at the hands of the state but there is no justice for mr fiddlesticks not the police it should come as no surprise that they can jail you for that too now and read in washington the local police have decided to celebrate their disdain for the first amendment by sticking an anonymous cartoonist they're calling him that i use it
7:22 pm
loosely here as you can see with arbitrary trunked up charges of cyber stalking you see they didn't much like that in extra normal account mr fiddlesticks had been creating videos not in the misbehavior of the police department's abuse corruption and sexual misconduct so this was the result mr phillips appears to have acknowledged the government pitchforks and it is a way that doesn't seem fazed. these viewers i hope you have enjoyed the entertainment for those of you who think you have been on fairly mansion well. and one thing is it an arche in the u.k. yet well not really but it's getting there is fires vandalism and looting sweep across the streets of dolly old england according to the guardian demonstrators on saturday evening march through police station the tottenham area of london to protest the death of mark to get a twenty nine year old father of four who was saying what they described as
7:23 pm
a shoot out with officers from the trident unit of the metropolitan police which is the department that investigates gun crime reports say at least one hundred sixty people were arrested over the weekend with thirty five police officers injured including three who were hit by a car arrests of climbs to two hundred fifteen for today going into the third day of heavy rioting the shooting situation may have been the spark that lit the fuse but outrage was already brewing as the financial embattled country is putting into place its own austerity measures and maybe the police should be more careful about shooting citizens given that governments the world over have already brought this line watching armies of black boots horses and shields part of the streets to hand out citizen downs likely isn't going to crawl but escalating fury with the threat of government spending cuts in the united states a steady measures across europe and violent crackdowns in syria perhaps we're finally seeing that long rumored global summer of rage and now thanks to our friends at blog dot org we have these wonderful new door hangers let's pull this
7:24 pm
out full screen we've got on the left there i love this come back with a warrant and a cop lot org website and where it says government bureaucrats not welcome this is genius this family is self-sufficient and can take care of its own problems without government intervention if you are from a government agency and are here to help we ask that you quickly move a log conversations on this proper. we are subject to audio and video recording you can go to cop blog dot org for more on that and tonight in our world premiere of our new segment word on the street i'm joined by luke and jake our own adverse of the main contributors down and thanks so much for being with us tonight right here behind our a lot of lot of enthusiasm that i had our i know i know everybody every time we're here with luke exciting my take is i know i'm going to be boiling with anger by the end of the good to see about it glad you're here so we do have a couple serious issues to start with here and i don't want to there was an
7:25 pm
accident over the weekend everybody's heard about this the helicopter crash in afghanistan we're hearing all the reports out of the military conflicting reports and you know the first ones are what we saw one fact and we spun it into this big story that's going to feed the military narrative right christmas coming out a lot of people died what do you what do you make you know basically what we know about this situation it has been reported this is gross negligence by the commanders on the battlefield because seal team six should never reinforce a ranger battalion it should be grunt infantry either marines or tenth mountain or third i.d. or one of these base group basic groups and why are in the in the national guard helicopter that isn't it well you know i mean there's a lot of things that are fishy about this story but i let you know i haven't always been as he doesn't sound all these random details and all these conflicts i think is changing even if they're inviting because i heard that it was a conspiracy of parts really done by in my opinion the idiots to get ratings really
7:26 pm
it's a tragedy it's a military tragedy because it's because of a unit was used not in its expertise to seal teams don't reinforce rainfall and you have only the bills can do it we can't even say at this point like if that was if there was culpability there because those are the details that are really changing to look at the seals clearly empirically look at the seal the scene say stuff going on here some people are even saying that this is the team that killed bin laden that was killed in that raid over releasing his they do. ruin that story because none of that was the one hundred no nonsense you know you know it's not nonsense because the government's out so many different conflicting stories if the government puts out a story that's that's a lot of on a scale of one to ten this isn't as in the we have to go to the surely he said and well how much of us preserved means article said it was a seal kind of a diety so beyond those subtle but i think that's unlikely that would happen during the raid in pakistan when the pakistani news and eye witnesses reported the helicopter that was flying out exploded we saw the debris we saw the pictures and then later you could also right by the government and then no one else i was not
7:27 pm
right they did this he did this in vietnam and they added up covert deaths to other accidents just so they could cover them up and i think this is this is ok well we're all there's one there's one scary point here is that one the government has to lead to some release of so much information have so much power manipulated hypothetically they could even manipulate the timeline that we get information based on when they release it and play with the reality there you know that's how this is a good way to seriously you know. there is this government doesn't need to cover up its own negligence it can you may or it's a bad job it would be a bad decision to go smoke you know listen listen are you sure we should go bad decisions by the command of a chase sock to made a mistake don't be all you need help so they can try to ok understood but i remember that you know. a guy he was eager to have to come back to this after some more of the details of come out but you know from the government we don't know if we can always trust or a quick story from going back to london to the news corp scan i want to put this up
7:28 pm
here if we can get this full screen. oh no my taps been phone is this part of a people now are starting to dismiss what's happened in london as british tabloid culture or do we have to worry about that here i don't think so i mean we have enough tabloids i mean look what's been going on like with casey anthony and all this other criticism of the same i don't know about us were vincey of the british tabloid culture that encourages editors to grow. the law well i actually think the guys we have we have plenty of tabloids but i just don't see no i think rush limbaugh is a tabloid media asset i think that i was john's fervent liar like i absolute hell he's an absolute liar only one guy he has said tell me what my right now that alex jones i said what was written one lie right now right now claim that right now you're clearly island they claim that he made about bin laden he has absolutely no creates a conspiracy theory it's a lot of government invites conspiracy theories but you change ago there's no reason at all they still there i think with machine guns using body shields they
7:29 pm
taze up the whole story i said it was a ritual in the lord at some point the law as you keep your head so you take seriously oh ok i'll give it over there is something i'm very glad i did the story of a seder god is a pretty serious accusation to throw out because washrooms always a liar too no rush limbaugh is a liar it wasn't good although this is different from what we're talking about with the sensationalism and the fervency of the tabloid culture in london that is allegedly led to this hacking scandal maybe suggesting how the united states we have a sort of conspiracy theory thing that has the same social purpose of filling that void and if you will start to talk about it's more in the realm of hypotheticals and of than hard facts even if there are legitimate hypotheticals there's a lies involved but we'll see i know it still is going to go on a lot of the spy not like our guy but it's a liar ok so everybody's a liar i guess that's all the time we have for today because you guys are light enough for the show that's our show for tonight thanks for tuning in at.
