how the transitional national council the t.n.c. is able to secure the country right now there's still sporadic fighting in tripoli and as you said strict gadhafi stronghold in sirte is still up for grabs as this conflict progresses will be more clear as to what happens clearly there will still be gadhafi loyalists after the country is under control of the t.n.c. what matters is if the t.n.c. is able to provide the sort of security and policing required to prevent any sort of insurgency in the coming months yet you think they're able to i mean there are critics calling into question the ability of the n t c. to bring back order and control and you're talking about armed demands then on the street how do you think they're going to be able to do that do you think they're capable. this is one of the biggest challenges that is facing the interim government right now. with the forces that they have it's a very diverse group there are over thirty major tribes one hundred forty tribes in

general there are over forty eight at last count into it. but have to come under the authority of a national government in order for there to be real security and being said the transitional national. clear steps to bring everything under one transport parents already without without doing this. there could be independent militias targeting cut off the loyalists in revenge killings it would be much more difficult to proactively targeted any loyalist insurgency that happens. it will be remaining it remains to be seen if they will be able to do this it's a major task it's one thing that we did not happen in iraq or afghanistan. it's a large task for the t.n.c. but i suppose it is possible for your bringing up a lot of the possibilities for still continue to violence

a potential conflict in the country so as bringing them together as one challenge what about them talking about a potential election in eight months you think that's even realistic you have you been painting the possibility of taking a conflict in the country. i think that is neither realistic nor a good idea. but the first step that the t.n.c. needs to take is security without proper security any sort of elections will be a farce even the most minor case of violence can just can throw the elections in turmoil. not to mention the fact that in eight months the there won't be any political parties or there might be political parties but they'll be in the very beginning of organization and won't be effective campaigning election in eight months i believe would just be confirmation of the t.n.c. giving them more legitimacy and it would basically guarantee an election of the current leaders rather than a free and fair election ok let's just look at how this the rebels got this far the

rebels say that they would not have managed to take the op rising of this far without nato assess as to how much of a nationwide revolution is that really. i think it would be an error to discredit the rebels for what they have done so far clearly nato played a major role in this revolution without nato the revolution would have died probably a long time ago however without the the rebels on the ground themselves nato would not have been able to do anything to sort of a mutual dependency between the too. much credit needs to be given to the row. ok i've just very quickly according to the pentagon the u.s. has already spent almost a billion dollars in its campaign in libya and this is at a time where the country's economy is struggling to stay afloat now what does that say about washington's priorities. well a billion dollars is a lot of money to a lot of people for the united states to spend six point nine billion dollars in

universal in russia yet staff say these on the main reasons for their success you know that it doesn't matter how good the facilities are here or what care the children receive we are all of the staff here still know than an orphanage is no substitute for a family a quick straw poll shows as much if you know that our young there are three of us here me and my two sisters we really want to be adopted by the same family but not everyone wants three kids to orphanages track record is anything to go by they'll soon find a family there may care for a new families for these children are commendable but i've only so much of an orphanage can do to solve the problem of adoption that cost them and not only adopted four children from orphanage number one but also sits on an adoptive parents committee yes the bill can you be i think the problem is the social attitudes towards the children it's not a case of money where an average family all of the state support is really there
