enough of that ok and i think it needs to be done it doesn't have to be a place where you just you show your pay your dues and show you're for the for the current political establishment you have to get out there and roll up your sleeves and actually do something that's what united russia should do because i'll tell you like it or not the communists do that but they do it for the wrong reasons so united russia needs to get out into the into the structures of russia and really start getting on the common road going to come to get you know how do you the parliamentary elections of two eight hundred seventy and also said right now and some of these are very good ones very honest very transparent they're looking at less than half the population is interested in them ok that's far different than it was before was two thirds for in the last place when you said when you talk about you know that half the population or even less not being interested i was just going to ask you where is the support from a medvedev and putin like is this a moscow based support quote is it national international support very very national they represent values that russians feel very strongly about the you know you know i've said what i spoke earlier about leadership qualities this is what something russians very much a value they like a strong leader for good or bad reasons that's part of the political culture here.

at the same time it's not just about popularity and being strong spirits actually producing the goods ok it's the contract the social contract the government will do this you support us ok if the government doesn't do doesn't come through in a way that people are satisfied they can they can they can fight back and say we won't vote when you won't vote for anybody about the government being involved with the everyday person you know when when the current prime minister said to be president vladimir putin was manning the helm on his first speech of the annual conference he was saying the pensions over the past few years have been risen to upwards of forty five percent salaries were flat one hundred twenty percent growth pace from a low base well look we live in the one of the most expensive cities in the world ok you want to give me a pay increase of ten percent it's not going to make a big difference in my lifestyle ok my point is here you go from a low base it still. you have and there's never been with here and you have also the tsunami that were coming in where they are going to also say this but when it comes to job one job employment the employment levels unemployment is down zero point is are also also he also said that in the past couple of years six million
