to both new and herzegovina which it wasn't supposed to have under the dayton agreement and this is creating a problem finally it should be said that the serb republic in bows nea established itself as a tutorial subject of those near and dear to govern and it was founded in one thousand nine hundred two as a result of the disintegration of the former yugoslavia undoubtedly those new and herzegovina represents a counter process that was going in the territory of the former yugoslavia in those years all the republics of the former yugoslavia were formed in a way that the homogeneous nations who live there got their own states and like them both me and her to govern a had to follow the path of the former yugoslavia it consisted of three constituent ethnic communities and then of them had the majority because of that both he and her to govern will continue having problems with regard to international relations it's a deeply divided country the only way it can continue to exist is to find and preserve the balance established by the detainee agreements in strict compliance with its

should be observed and protected and the political life in both me and herzegovina should develop in this vein if you will be considering a real constitutional reform would you need a permission from the great powers dominating the country now i mean the e.u. and the united states will they allow such a constitutional reform. until recently all the attempts to change the constitution have been initiated by the americans and the europeans there have been too well known processes known as the will and the processes which ended with no result they lead is demonstrated in an constructive approach to finding the solutions expected to achieve other conditions were unclear and consistent in what way we should continue our development what representatives of this republican vote said was that they were ready to discuss confusion and changes but couldn't accept the leading role of foreigners in that process it means that neither america nor europe connect
