morality verses in telling people they have to have values that align with a certain religion and i think more people now the tenants are saying this thanks so much thank you. i'll be right back we're taking a break. the the older the police the welkin of the the uh what it wants us to nobody seems to know. but never a proper scrape to face the argument that they're being overly dramatic. you know see a story so. you understand it and then. here's the part of

to the capitol and mr. you. guys it's time for you said it i read it take time to respond to my brilliant and engaging viewer comments from facebook twitter and you tube because we've got something to say i listen now first i want to respond to the viewer that watched my interview with colonel morris davis former chief prosecutor of military commissions at guantanamo bay and the marquis said on facebook brutal honesty this sums it all up and it's not just get mail either obama's balls also dropped off over tax cuts universal health care public option defense spending education reform l g b t
6:33 pm
rights and so on and you are in for truth is that president obama has disappointed many of his most ardent supporters time and time again closing guantanamo was one of the first promises that he made on office but simply part of a long list of unfulfilled commitments one of his first major accomplishments health care and that was marred disappointment a lot of people think that president obama's chief of chief ailing was not going as far as promised as the public option was sacrificed all name of political expediency next up president obama extended the bush tax cut something he vowed not to do while campaigning and in fact it was as something a piece of his campaign i don't even get me started on the rule of law extra judicial killings state secrets you've heard it all before but yes well we don't all have to use colonel morris his rhetoric save his balls fell off something happened this president when he got an office and it wasn't for the better and next on respond if you are the washed my interview on the stop online piracy act also known as so political hell commented on you tube i wish more people were aware of

this all the videos i saw on the subject only had a few thousand views kept videos still get millions little do people know this b.s. can make videos illegal so yes listen to him but watch this video our video in the millions but i think our viewer here brings up a really good point and that's the failure of the people and of the media that makes. certain connexions american people spend a huge amount of time on the internet on youtube watching viral videos some of which happen to be about kittens and yet they don't spend a huge amount of time educate themselves about the threats to their beloved internet which is exactly what soap is so what would change and in many ways break the internet as we know it to every out there if you want to continue watching you tube videos of kittens in the millions but i suggest you watch a video or two or read an article or two about sopa rabbit now finally i want to respond to a kind viewer group w. lock said on you tube just discovering alone at wow she's in a new one so it's really good to hear the new viewers enjoying the show so thank you keep watching and spread the word that's it my ranting save i'll be back with

more as usual later in the week. it was announced today that p.f.c. bradley manning queues of leaking classified information to wiki leaks will have his first day in court at a pretrial hearing at fort meade maryland of december sixteenth would be the first time the nearly eighteen months of minutes confinement the arguments by the prosecutors and defense will be heard in a courtroom is a welcome sight of news to manning supporters compared to the white house's announcement last week that they will not be answering any questions about his case in this new we the people initiative the white house has promised to answer questions or receive more than five thousand signatures in an online petition now despite the petition having more than the necessary amount of signatures on nov eighteenth the white house even official response on light citing that they are required to decline to comment on specific cases in the military justice system a little are considering that we've heard the president himself comment on this case before. we don't even begin with
6:36 pm
a call on the. way or. the. world war i actually asked him to go. the procedures that have been taken terms of his confinement are appropriate and are meeting our basic standards they sure be that they are. i can't go into details about some of their concerns but some of this has to do with problematic safety as well. now how much can we expect to learn when the hearing actually begins to me to discuss it is going hand fair founder and publisher of firedoglake ok i want to thank you so much for joining us and as i mentioned before it's been almost eighteen months of confinement for bradley manning why do you think that it's taken this long to even get to the pretrial hearing. well that's a good question the government will blame it on manning's attorneys who were trying
6:37 pm
to start his solitary confinement and him from being stripped naked and so they said that required the delay but i really just don't think that they wanted this trial to proceed i believe that they were trying to get manning to flip on julian assange and and wiki leaks even the government acknowledged at the beginning of the year that there was no connection between assigning wiki leaks so it was it was sort of. a false confession i think that they were trying to elicit using extreme measures but we were lucky and manning was transferred out of quantico where he was under the in these conditions to fort leavenworth kansas where he has been since june in much better conditions so you know that i don't think that that worked how much do you think iraq is going to be allowed to say so far the defense attorney has said of this hearing might take up to five days that will be great except for areas where they're discussing classified information but the way the government isn't treating this entire case makes me feel like they're going to call everything
6:38 pm
possible. somebody said it's going to be open to the public the same way that the super committee was open to the public all of their meetings were supposed to be open to the public too but they put in a closet in their petty things any time they were eating meals together that they could have it in you know they could they could have it closed and somehow they were always eating whenever they were in these meetings so i don't know that we'll get to know that much from the public being allowed to attend but it will get a first indication we've gotten about what the government's case is there have been many leaks about what it potentially is but we believe that it will come down to what they can prove based on afrin success of manning's hard drive of his computer in the systems that were used or not used as the case may be here in italy so i do know is when is this completely separate from the grand jury if they've been trying to form in virginia to go after we find criminal charges against the innocence and against wiki leaks or can we see some overlap. well this is a military trial so it's not a grand jury but it is the equivalent of
6:39 pm
a grand jury and a judge will decide whether there is sufficient evidence to go forward and prosecute manning given the fact it is a military trial and the bar that they have to pass in order to prove that he's worthy of trial is much lower than it is in a civilian trial and also given the fact that as you mentioned the president as commander in chief has already said that manning broke the law and we expect that it will proceed and it's expected bradley manning's attorney david coombs will calm as many as fifty witnesses and we will get to see which ones are allowed as witnesses and which ones are not and that will be the first indication we'll have of of what the government is going to be allowing in and what what they intend to approach by let's talk about this online and this we the people thing that was supposed to be great for the white house to. people are furious about a question the answer it it happened with other way people asked about u.f.o.'s or the white house had to come out and say no they haven't provided exists in the case
6:40 pm
of this bradley manning question they had enough signatures for a long ago and yet the white house is. like we already pointed out already has commented or least the president himself has said. what he thinks going on well that was at a private fund thirty five thousand dollars a plate fund raiser so you know the president is not only willing to talk about it but to break his you know he could violate his duty as the president not try to pick an energy not to say things like that before people who have paid thirty five thousand dollars for the privilege of getting in and that is versus what they'll say publicly is that this is going on i believe since the transition team obama ever got this they put a similar device up on the website asking people to request their requests that he addressed their top subjects and in every category it was marijuana legalization and they wouldn't address those either so this is sort of a longstanding history with this and i don't know going to keep doing it. we want
6:41 pm
to know if. you find out i guess they don't actually want to have to address those questions let's talk about one vendors really quickly. run toward for who has for a very long time asking to have a one on one meeting with bradley manning so that he can assess his condition now he is going to have to release a report in a couple of weeks but do you think that he might get access to manning at this military hearing at all i don't know i have my serious doubts i know that dennis considered has already been always has been requesting access to bradley manning as has amnesty international and they've been told that manning can allow them you know can give them permission to come visit him but that means that they'll be watched they'll be under surveillance by the prison officials at the time that they're having their exchanges so it's hardly an exchange where manning can speak candidly and it's another indication that you know there's one law for the people that pay thirty five thousand dollars a plate and another law for the rest of us you know clearly they don't want nannies
6:42 pm
conditions looked into they don't want the u.n. repertory reporting on this has not been a transparent situation and it makes it very incriminating regarding the conditions that manning has been not under i know that there is an action planned for the. hearing the next day is also his birthday tell us more the details i mean can you get. people involved in this or are they might see eye to eye. i think that will you know when they took over the port of oakland when to shut down the port of oakland it really warmed my heart that the banner that they trapped was free bradley manning so i think that there are already is a lot of native interest there are people you know with bradley manning masks at the occupations and i very much hope they do show up there have you know bradley manning support network is that agree in planning these rallies so i hope people that really come out and show their support for bradley because it really is unconscionable what's happened to him i have no idea whether he did this or not but
6:43 pm
nobody. who is not. in a position to know should know at this point either so i don't think that he's been given his day in court and clearly you know it has the right to a speedy trial has not been respected and so i think that we're really happy that this is finally happening i hope people turn out to show to support bradley and should that this is not an acceptable thing to happen in the united states are to and i thank you so much for joining us tonight and we'll be sure to keep covering the story too because eighteen months in confinement for some of those months in really horrible conditions or for getting a trial it's no way for citizens to be treated thanks thank you. i will take a quick break but coming up here can president with cabinets actually pay for child labor laws are stupid i tell you who said that our full time segment and all the men for happy hour occupiers take their message straight for mayor bloomberg store sat anti-psychotics after the graphic.
6:44 pm
the with the where the police corruption and to where the protester who nobody seems to know. the a whatever the face of the argument that they're being overly dramatic. you know see a story. is if you understand it and then something else and here's the part of it and realize that everything is all you don't know i'm sorry welcome to the big.
6:46 pm
blow to the counseling mr. hi guys it's time to night school time award and tonight because g.o.p. presidential candidate and current front runner newt gingrich had just the other day gingrich was giving a speech at harvard's kennedy school on the topic of income inequality was presented to him and according to news the problem begins in the school system and he says that schools that are failing are where the problem really starts so rather than letting kids carry out a difficult childhood attending classes new think that america's youth should have the option of working at a young age instead it is tragic what we do in the poorest neighborhoods in trapping children in child laws which are truly stupid are very serious already and shouldn't go to work before you are fourteen sixteen years of age find your child
6:47 pm
report. that's right he thinks that child labor laws are stupid because kids should be able to go out and get jobs collecting money no matter how old they are so according to new labor laws are actually in playing out a kid's ability to have a real chance in life now protecting them from exploitation slave labor of concepts that brought around these types of regulations in the first place and those laws were enacted in the early one nine hundred idea because it was to keep kids from becoming another form of income for a struggling family or making the children stay in school so they would have options for their futures i don't think the new obviously doesn't buy it as it is commentary against child labor laws were rough that he came forward with an example of how kids can turn their lives around. most of these schools want to get rid of the unionized generators one master janitor and pay local students to take care of the school the kids would actually do work they would have care you'd have pride in the schools they begin the process of rising. yeah i knew furrows in the kids at
6:48 pm
work as janitor as their own schools now he did say that in the speech that he'd be proposing radical ideas so surely this is no exception but c'mon fast up new ways smokey is the former speaker of the house really think that we should fire those union cleaning peoples of the children can work for approximate the price for their own good really i mean it's laughable that he's proposing sending struggling kids to work for me their wages as an engine to economic recovery and he gets to fire union workers while he's at it just out of class so recalling child labor laws stupid we're going to give it right back to him and make new gingrich nights. our guys time for happy hour and joining me this evening as our two please are joining churchill and mike riggs associate editor at reason i get seen and reason
6:49 pm
dot com thanks for joining me guys you know what if something i said even though you're even trying for that mr right as it should be given attacking you already and i haven't gotten a story that might ok so occupy wall street obviously they're not all that friendly with mayor bloomberg anymore and so they have this whole plan that they were going to go outside of near bloomberg manhattan house and area to hold a drum circle and surround him it didn't quite work out that way they had to actually be a little bit farther off down the street but but they still got their drum circle and. cuts. i just i mean i love the drum circles or like their way it's like death by drum circle can you imagine if mayor bloomberg actually had to stand in the middle of one for like an hour and we're going to happen to be excruciating i don't think could be worse than the sound of his own voice but i'm just glad that these people
6:50 pm
are not like wasting their energy by like voting or you know i trying to find a candidate to oppose him or something like signing petitions do that stuff is all unfolding idiots and yeah her total waste of time drum circles totally work i mean you've got to be a little bit closer for the magic power because i think there's like an aura around the drum circle and i think we're going south when you bend occupy wall street because the drum circle is literally the most horrific thing you will ever experience cause lots of problems really began the international visions with you know like if there's one thing that sorry to break or for a while was really breaking park was this debate over whether they would be here to some of the demands made by the people who live around the park and actually cut down their drumming to two hours a day versus those that say that that's what they were the energy comes from they get polling moving good. stuff great leader in the circles i think i had my i might propose a law that would make drum circles actually torture and i think i'm going to include you my one hundred loser on fairytales everybody does it torture when we like made
6:51 pm
all those people isn't like that's how i was going for a guantanamo or the woman who claimed that she was tortured by look i'm still running late you are standing on a street corner listen to a drum circle who cries if you're clearly not gay he has no choice who is in shackles history and is using his management at all. and all those are not he got canned because he couldn't leave it's only place i have to go. i just do your journey i have all i need it was associated by me because it would be a really good way to know him i don't think that drum circles are in any way i say we outlawed rush limbaugh we drive great oh my god freestyle rush limbaugh was a draw instrument every suggestion trying. ok let's move on to the next story shepard fairey i think everybody knows him because before when obama was campaigning to be president there was this hope poster you know it was everywhere i feel like every one of the risk takers they were all over cars you
6:52 pm
just saw this poster everywhere then now sure faeries kind of having mixed emotions about president obama and so he's done a new poster where he is supporting the occupy movement and there you see the guy with the guy. with a little hoodie you probably look like a hoodlum but he's still rope a he sees obama as a potential ally for the occupy movement. i know you're a huge so i don't know not that well because you i started making money off all his crappy obey giant posters is this because you support a democrat which is like the least here rebellious and. i mean i do i like these two i hate the hope and i also hate this idea you feel like crappy story taking about you know their crappy posters but i don't hate them. posted i don't know they don't really like inspire me to do anything but. this stuff is like i'm not going to get sell it thing i've ever seen i have this poster everyone lives and that's what people don't like obama anymore and now everyone i talk to my wall street so he's going to put
6:53 pm
a different face on the thing because he has been expressing his discontent with obama for a long time you know basically a couple months after obama got into office people obviously want to follow back up the shepard fairey because he was somebody that helped make his face such a staple and he has been saying that he is not happy with the president so it's not necessarily like oh something else is cool now it's all going on but if you want to blame what i do you can try to play both sides and i want to know if you plagiarized to me. because i wasn't his nose because we played or i got no that was like a whole debate with an atheist and i sat with your eyes a photo of you take a picture and make like something else that's just the way artists are there's no such thing as plagiarising in the same way i just wonder who you are not a dog not plagiarise just want to be ripped off i just i just think i think it's you or they don't want to care oh you don't want to be told to be ripped off to do it. you know what that i don't know i'm rather sorry i'm not you know i you know andrew breitbart should get to the bottom if he were i'm sure. because he watches
6:54 pm
the show you know. who does. writes made me angry tonight i'm just getting let's move on to pamela geller another person that drives me completely up the wall. she claims that she loves muslims take a look at her this is a clip of her explaining why she loves them so much even though she constantly talks about how horrible they are. i love muslims the ground zero mosque is an offensive insult it's a stab in the eye i have no problem with mosques across the city but we're talking about history and islamic history of building triumphal mosques on the chair sites of conquered lands. all right so is that i guess you could say that's how she really got her name first was because she was so close to this ground zero mosque or you can just call it a park if you want to mean in the center. of all of her triumphal march. but no
6:55 pm
this is really just getting crazy so she's calling for a boycott of butterball accusing the company of selling stealth whole lot. she's angry they're prepared in accordance with muslim dietary laws excuse me and sit across this great country on thanksgiving tables nationwide infidel americans are unwittingly going to be serving hold all turkeys to their families this thursday turkeys that are whole all certified who wants back especially on a down which we're giving thanks to god for our freedom i think the whole turkey is the closest butterballs ever going to get to like aligning yourself first with the slow food movement as it takes for ever to like make your turkey kosher right or what's the lesson you were not in love with yesterday that is apparently it's only exist at all being they were different and they like this race wildly different jibberish when they pray it's not a whole lot different and i'm missing it also it's so similar that in countries where they've banned you know these whole foods they've also banned kosher food
6:56 pm
because they're so similar and it's just crazy to me because if you caught that quote she does the whole g.'s slash thing because she's jewish and it just makes me so saturated if you're right and they make a lot of. blasphemy kind of but so it just makes me so frustrated because you know that she's never going to go out and be like americans and ballparks everywhere are eating kosher franks we must end. here let me go out and get her made some good points about this today about oh that's not a society of these. you know responding to market demands things you could call it a very clear she's not she's not accomplished because if you were she had been fine with the park fifty one percent or so which was like raising its own way to build a yacht so fairly if you buy butterball turkey you are waging jihad against the united states according to my father so our last story this one is called f.b.i. friday and this is the thing coming out from anti-septic to work. as part of our ongoing effort to expose and humiliate our white had enemies and we targeted
6:57 pm
special agents supervisor of the california department of justice in charge of computer crime investigations we are leaking over thirty eight thousand private e-mails which contain detailed computer forensics techniques. right so this is really really scary being like the breakdown of the war dig into this not just anonymous going after a pay pal because they shut down some you know weekly leaks you know they're getting personal and this is and i say going after the white hat hackers because they don't like helping this is like baltimore going after doubled or something like nerd armies are preparing for war and it's absolutely terrifying especially with that peanut man monocle thing i don't know. what i'm going to have a need for making these jokes on your show. i got a rival if you have ok you can rack up a happy thanksgiving guys as every night so thanks for standing invitation to come back tomorrow for reasons anthony randolph is going to be back on the show in the meantime don't forget become
