standing right now in front of the red square and he was very emotional about his retreat saying big thank you to all of his supporters. i see we have one in an open and fair battle but this wasn't just an election of the president it was a test of political maturity in independence and we have shown the nobody can impose anything on us we have shown our people were able to tell the desire for renewal from political provocations aimed at ruining the russian state and usurping power we have won with the support of the absolute majority of voters it's a clean victory we will work honestly and hard we will be successful and we call on everyone's united with the interests of our people and our country yes i did i promised you we would win. and we have won.

of the russian economic story pretty strong at the moment we have four point three percent growth last year the third fastest growing major economy in the world and the r.t.s. index is up twenty six percent so far this year but today hasn't gone up all that much because today's victory was pretty much factored in if there are big protests and i. protest result in violence then we would expect to see some kind of reduction in people well let's talk with one creature that you were mentioning there russia's economy prospering and definitely we can see that if it is feeling healthier than the ones in the in the european union in the united states with this recession and a crisis do you think this is the achievement of the current political establishment i think the current political establishment can take a lot of credit for this you know no one told putin when he came in in ninety nine two thousand he had to take on the oil and gas lobby and install cooter who at the time is very unpopular and all of russia is there russia now has total software in day about ten percent of g.d.p.
