richer. i don't know that i have heard that phrase that they've had an older brother of them the richer their problem is also that when you talk about rich you have also put a big divide the haves and have nots china are reported to have four hundred fifty thousand millionaires they're reported to have one hundred fifteen billion as a proud of the precise. but they have seven hundred million people who live in the rural areas central parts of china who live on four dollars a day so they're not all getting richer. they are much better off than they were forty years ago there is no question about that about the wealth has spread over everybody is ok in the sense that they are better off than they were but still big difference there is still a long way to go twenty million people paula believe
