know if i hit this guy i know to repercussions is more likely i'm going to kill them if i had him so being that i know that i know what i'm capable of doing it makes me humble in a sense to just say hey walk away should this sport be talked to kids i mean yes and i'm going to tell you i mean kids small kids yes really yes i start at age of seven what it did was it allowed me to be able to look at bullies and if if if they first of all allow me to stand up to bullies ok i put them in a place if i needed to segue of all it taught me that to just walk away from these guys and not try to prove to my friends that i was tough and the third thing you did was that allow me to get rid of my energy as far as you know you have a lot of energy as a child you have to use it up you know you would be destructive and on you know it really helped save me kept me out again that kept me off the street life it kept me
