with the supporters of the president and they're cracking down on them and i'm getting reports of very close friends childhood friends or physicians volunteering in the field hospital telling me that they are counting over one hundred victims and their shift alone over the past eight hours most of them were actually shot in the head and i'm curious i mean if you've been in touch with what people on the ground there you've described some pretty horrific scenes there do you can you envision any sort of a future where the two sides here and can somehow collaborate given the level of violence that we've seen. the the the military has not shown any any group basically. desire any intention or any room for negotiation the supporters of the president morsi are now fearful for their own lives they're fearful for the future of the country if they go back to their own homes they know that the military that has basically shown zero self-restraint is certainly going to go

after the rest of them torture them and this is basically home innocent of the of the nasir era and the crackdown on the muslim brotherhood that took place in the one nine hundred fifty s. what we be sickly see a repetition of that same scenario where the military of egypt cracking down on the on an islamist group we may or may not agree with their policies these but they have renounced violence a long time ago they put them in prison the torture of their members the shoot him dead a group of those members will eventually break off of the muslim brotherhood and adopt a more violent perspectives and this is exactly what happened in then. sixty's seventy's and eighty's and those developments basically to the creation of the international phenomenon of terrorism that we still suffer the ramifications of until the present day what extremely concerns me right now is those young members of the brotherhood seeing the same exact thing feeling that democracy can never bring them to power

that their voices will never be heard that they will eventually resort to violence and then when we have waves and waves of violence of this it's not going to be good for anybody and do you think it's too late to sort of negate and the cycle that the you brought up i mean this potential radicalization of the muslim brotherhood members that has the line but across the century that that this kind of a future well it will definitely appear in your view i'm always hopeful that the level headed people on both sides can always come back and sit down on a table and resolve matters the way civilized people have to resolve them my guess if i if i were to take a completely wild guess here is that the united states of the western world that has always despised the muslim brotherhood and its leadership are basically waiting to see if the egyptian military is going to be able to put it and true to this uprising against them and i think with more and more people dying on the streets it shows that the military is being frantic because it's experiencing that

international pressure so basically the message is unless you get this done as soon as possible and sweep those people out of the streets we might have to take a position against you and i'm hoping that the resilience of the perseverance of people on the streets of cairo and other places in egypt today will send that message to the international community that you cannot side with the military against the will of the egyptian people that it would have what is happening is wrong and once this pressure builds up on the military there might be a chance for them to sit down and possibly arrange for a national referendum on the future of want to see to be followed by by hopefully elections and a. you months with people dying on both sides it's hard to predict this of course one certainly indeed seems to be raining the day in egypt dr mohammed abdul aziz the director of the salaam center in the sacramento california thank you for weighing in with their point of views are. all right we're moving on now in the

well moving on to the raging conflict in syria the syrian national coalition had met with the u.n. security council and had agreed to to participate in a geneva peace conference but artie's more important i reports a number of the preconditions still have to be met before any such meeting can actually take place. delegation representing the syrian opposition that is visiting new york promised to attend the geneva two meeting it seems as though the delegation has a lot of. before it will actually arrive that this should be the two meeting it seems as though they want to make sure that syrian president bashar al assad has no authority following the geneva two meeting and another precondition possibly that we could that was spoken about by the by the french envoy was the fact that once

supporting them that really all of the talk about peace is disingenuous and unlike russia and other countries they seem very. determined to push forward the syrian rebels as the new leadership of the country regardless of the situation on the ground when the russian the united states were originally trying to promote the geneva two conference we saw that the syrian rebels essentially said that they had no intention of negotiating until the situation on the ground changed that is until they gained the military upper hand so from their perspective they seem only willing to negotiate if the military situation allows them to have the upper hand in negotiations but if they seem to be losing the war if it seems that support for them inside of the country is dropping all of a sudden they have no desire to negotiate and they only want to continue to push war which is the subtext of this entire meeting where on the sidelines they have been pushing for more and more military aid from the united states and for it to come significantly quicker. christoper tina who is an analyst for a public opinion and political strategy web page believes that the u.s.

basically diluting its national identity and losing a very palpable a very real friend and neighbor and of course partner in russia. thanks for that update. u.s. prosecutors have charged a group of hackers with stealing more than three hundred million dollars in what's been dubbed as america's largest cyber fraud case the center get could now face decades behind bars or blake has more. we had five guys four russian nationals and one ukrainian man who over the course of around seven years were able to penetrate a number of the networks of leading financial institutions banks all sorts of systems where very important information was being stored over the course for several years those men broke into the databases allegedly took a sensitive information and in the end u.s. prosecutors now say that those five men were able to compromise roughly one hundred
