the e.u. deal is its dependency on russian gas all we perhaps seeing energy being used as a political weapon here again. well not really i mean that the fact of the matter is that ukraine has lived far too long on cheap russian gas it spent the whole ninety's and a good part of the last decade just absorbing cheap russian gas and it should have used that time to diversify the economy itself off that cheap gas and it didn't do that so you know to an extent it's now in a position that it has you know almost that itself to to be it it is dependent on gas imports from russia we know that they pay after the discount for sebastopol navy pork they pay slightly more than the core european countries do it's very damaging for the economy but you know they take the country does need to import that volume of gas to keep to keep the country going. you know i guess you could
