terrorists and hooligans and the police in the meantime have stepped onto their side on june thirtieth the city is completely controlled by the protesters and for more about how life here is right now here's a report we made earlier we went down to the streets to see it with our own eyes less than twenty four hours ago this area was probably among the most high security areas in the whole country the street in front of the president's administration which has been guarded by several lines of ukrainian alpha swat teams one of the walls. well trained and a loyal security forces in the country and now the situation clearly has changed and so have the gores off of this area since this street along with fire city are under the complete control of the protesters so now locals are just coming here to see the situation with their own eyes the fighting has calmed down taking pictures

and also just seeing this area since it was also one of the first spots where the first fierce fighting took place back in december now the police have completely left the city and we've we're getting reports that the president's residence outside of town has also been abandoned by officials and now we're just coming in there and taking pictures of exotic animals at the zoo inside the president's parents' car collection secret documents and other things which were basically just abandoned as officials fled the city in the meantime. has been passing new laws like a hot printing press scores of people are still on my down square on independence square where they're paying the respects to those killed in the violence and are demanding for president to step down so like i said the police is out of the city
