fourth law of thermodynamics in corporate greed states companies with monopolistic games tend to gravitate toward other companies with monopolistic games you see long ago the government gave network broadcasters monopolistic use of much needed spectrum on the public airwaves the networks took the deal and sent out their t.v. signals for free mainly it was just video of bob ross painting just happens to bush's live right on the page but all you needed were rabbit ears to pick up the signal the networks paid the bills by being in endless stream of advertisements as you heard free as well act now and will send you this cat with a rumor for free warning roommate eat your cat. but then as capitalism would dictate t.v. viewers were asked why watch something for free when you can just pay for it. and so people companies jumped into the fray promising more options and more reliable access to the free t.v. signals just had to pay them

a steadily increasing monthly fee from here on out their order to do this the cable companies had to settle up with the network broadcasters by giving them a hefty cut of the profits made from t.v. viewers now paying to watch content that was completely free to watch and now most of us don't even realize that the major t.v. networks are still broadcast for free over the air in the air there's free t.v. in the air it isn't just bob ross chiklis get crazy everyone there's free t.v. in there and there's free t.v. you just have to reach up and grab it reach up and grab the free d.v.d. three g.b. other or. wait is it is it poisonous to prevent t.v. or they're going to fill it in coming in my. area i knew it was free so the company did is a simple thousands of antennas to pick up the network broadcasts over the air they've been rented use of those nintendo's to customers who then could use area software to program the intent is to record the shows of their choice unlike the

cable companies no where in the process is the area you giving huge amounts of money to the network providers in order to gain access to the t.v. signals that are already broadcast for free that's why your typical monthly bill to the cable company is one hundred dollars by your typical monthly bill the area was just twelve dollars. but now the jig is up the majority on the court said technological differences do not distinguish aereo system from cable systems and the stereo is subject to the copyright act according to law under the copyright act only the owner of a specific creation in this case a t.v. show or another case it. has the right to rebroadcast that show or to the public. that's why the cable companies have had to pay fees to the networks to rebroadcast their content to subscribers and that's also why i'm still trying to collect these from my ex-girlfriends and a couple hollywood producers the defenders of air you argue this ultimately is
