shut down a syrian government plane what do you think needs to be done to restore that cooperation. well first. has stated the united states have to give an explanation for this attack the explanation that was given is definitely not sufficient it was it the syrian fighter dropped bombs near the so-called syrian democratic forces supported by the united states but in fact that the syrian government is. asserting that the fighter was bombing the positions of the islamic state so i think the united states should explain how it happened that they attacked the syrian plane in the space of syria actually this is an act of war it means that the syrian

airspace is being denied to syrian fighters in syria there is only one government there one which is represented in the united nations and recognized by the whole world so if the u.s. attack a syrian fighter in the syrian sky it means an act of war and the united states should give an explanation for this act of war the explanation that was given until now is definitely not sufficient well the u.s. has attacked pro-government forces in syria several times recently but this is the first time it's taken out a government that has washington crossed a line here. i think that the united states want in this way to show that there are two serious one syria headed by the government in damascus and the other syria which is comprised of the military opposition the armed opposition to president assad and some other

forces that are supported by the united states but this is a very dangerous policy because basically it leads to. division of syria into parts of fission that the united states recognize that they want to have a united syria syria that will keep its territorial integrity but if they deny a certain territory for the military activity of the syrian government it means that they want a divided syria the united states have they never criticized this until now and so their policy confronts their official position that's why we need clarity on this now since the u.s. took down that syrian government jet australia has also stopped military operations in syria apparently seeing the situation there is no longer safe so is washington essentially putting its coalition partners at risk. well i think it is i think it

is putting them a triscuit because if you are tech the military forces of the government of syria then nobody can guarantee that there will be no retaliation and you are well aware that the russian government declared that it has frozen the memorandum on the prevention of incidence between the russian air forces and the coalition air forces in the syrian sky this is a precarious situation and i think the australian government has made it quite a reasonable move until the situation is sorted out to prevent any kind of incidents that would in danger the australian planes saying that this is a sage wise decision and i think the united states should do
