with a don't pharaoh's thank you for joining me here thank you for having me i've been loving your writing you've been doing some great stuff as you know these are these are kind of dire times we've seen crazy climate change related disasters recently and you know this this opens up these disasters to be opening up a they always seem to open up a whole for a new york and the new old. run in there and exploited disaster disaster capitalism get in there make some money off the people that have been devastated and you talked recently want to articles about the n.g.o.s and how they and how they helped open that door you want to talk about natural disasters but maybe you talk more in africa and i just want to talk a little about that how do these n.g.o.s do i think in a way they're the twins of the mercenaries that go in and destroy their countries

or create havoc destabilization and then on the back side they come in to n.g.o.s their various philanthropist. to pretend like they're saving people when in reality they're kind of propping up the system of what i call you know this new can only it was i'm can only them never went away in the eighteen hundreds it was through and through the gun the way that it has morphed now is by subterfuge and by you know identity politics is not only. unleased in america it's been going after for very long time yeah you mentioned when your articles out of the colonialization that you saw in africa or we'll you know know about in africa it's kind of being used in similar ways against the american people explain that so the way that africa was caught then is going on ethiopia currently. by tribal ism the proper one tribe above the rest and then you tell the people the rest of the tribes what the problem

is the one tribe that's in power and then the tribe that's in power you tell them oh if you don't support us the only alist they're going to come get you so a system of us versus them and then the whole country gets shattered because everyone has a fighting based on tribe instead of realizing that they're all in this together so nations get destroyed and in a way by tribalism so is the same thing so identity politics in america is the tribalism here. the tribes here are you know white versus black gay versus straight believer in religious people versus not only as a people man versus woman so as always all these women's groups that are created and what gets force in upon them is as antipathy towards the others and this kind of speaks to what we see with the neo nazis in the white supremacist and and yes. absolutely people should be trying to stop that from happening you know those people from achieving gains in our country but at the same time when when they

share all of our anger of this nation towards it's a neo nazis it's a day out and meanwhile there's still wall street still running smoothly exploiting the world you know the ruling elite are continuing to play their games well we're going to say it's actually blew my mind the only reason that i realize that happens in america is because you know two years ago i went through a lot of harsh have my life. i was the same person in two thousand and seven two thousand and eight talking about why people are this white people of that and i was feeding into the very same factors that i was speaking against and then when i went through. the one year of homelessness and one year another distro you are still working minimum wage jobs i realize that poverty comes from all and hardship is you know nobody can know your pain but they have their own pains as well. and just as at that point it is not just something that we can monopolize as.

monopolizing it or only woman everyone goes through hardships so only they can to fight this global system of oppression as asked and to unite with everyone. as long as you talk about individual grievances then you ask them feeding into the very same system that you feel you think they can for any guest yeah that's really interesting i didn't realize you had spent some time homeless and of course the homelessness in our country i mean we have the money to. source says there's six or eight empty homes foreclosed upon homes sitting there empty for every homeless person six times as many. so it's not like we don't have the technology the ability the resources the housing take care everybody but homelessness serves a purpose because it keeps everybody grinding away to say hey you're going to be this you'll end up here if you told stay at a wage slave job that you might hate but what do you feel that that experience showed you or that's something that you know everyone by the way is literally

wanted two paychecks away from the floor falling out underneath us i was working right about this all the time i was going to not too long ago when i lost my job was a two thousand and fourteen and even for a year after that i still had the means and so everything kind of you know factors at that when you stop having revenue stream coming in and that's why people stared the dogs at their ad because they fear that no. one in that. paycheck really becomes a form of a slave. and so you know you do his job and most of the time you get back into the career wall so it's not really a big problem unless if you can't and then once you start going down that spiral. then you know the minute that you don't have. seltzer and the minute that you don't have a place to change clothes you know these things that we take for granted when that goes away then you end up smiling more and more so that's why poverty in america becomes nearly a sentence that you can't as i could tell since. i have the benefits of an m.b.a.

i have a benefits of a college degree years of experience and i see consulting imagine if somebody never finished high school and they don't have the transferable skills and you expect them to escape that black hole by working us i mean eleven a mcdonald's it's it's not the system itself as set up to make people fail and is very easy to judge and say was because he doesn't want to work you know sometimes there is no means for them to work you know out there. the same day that myself sometimes i think are said and this was actually good because it is so those shows are the true nature of injustice instead of you know going around marching against against individual groups as you and realizing that we're in this together so for me it's and has that as asking a blessing i want to i want to change a thing about it it's very very fascinating place to come to i think some people when they face charges often end up just bitter and angry at a lot more people whereas it sounds like you came to an understanding of

a lot more people yet i say out there's a lot of things i did say in the past without necessarily understanding that i didn't have the wisdom to understand it i say like you know you life you have a choice to either revert the pain or invert pain so if something bad happens to you you can revert to it and pass on the same pains to other people or you could invert is say i'm not gonna let this happen to anybody else so you know and the way that that gets in the extremis and this way it can be life example hitler mother theresa hitler had awful things happen to him he decided to pass on the same pain as somebody else to others a mother to read so if you look at it from a biblical perspective jesus was. also you want to point to these people that went through a horrendous things in their childhood or growing up they decided i'm not going let somebody else go through the same thing so these are the choices that we make the better choice always is to say i'm not going to be better because the minute you start going into the better in this. perspective then you end up just beating

yourself fair enough furner for that all all good points i want to i want to go back to inequality for a minute trump is continuing the cycle we've seen under obama under bush under clinton of of transferring the wealth of our society to a very few people i mean wages are stagnant for your average working person but of course c.e.o.'s and all that the top of the system it's shooting through the roof where is the anger about that is it just do you think of people who just. well enough distracted that because you see so little anger towards wall street now i mean you saw during occupy of the right now you just don't feel that that's what people are concerned about i think they are there's. not to sound like nixon but there is a silent majority there really are upset and this is not based on color was not based on politics they were just they realize that the system itself is not fair but the media will never meet when i say the media buy them time on those the corporate state media that depend on corporations. to be their source of revenue

and they will never speak the truth because they're going to they would rather have us distracted by the sensationalism or trump the outrageous things they says you know i believe he was foisted upon us so that we can be in fact out of these about these things i used to be obama's biggest supporter not so mungo and to be honest you now that i see how the democracy cortical works he is like the bizarro version of obama an articulate does not very smooth at all and hateful but that's an act that's a stick that that has. obama did the same thing and the opposite when he when he spoke to that angers in the hopes of a people that then about with him well. spoke to the anger in the hopes of his base and so the cyclical change this is that a world where they once they get off it's this there you have

a very similar foreign policy a very similar wall street policy you take away the rhetoric of trump and obama and look at their monetary policies their foreign policies there's not really any daylight between the two so it's just rhetoric that we get upset about. and you said you used to be a big fan of obama while what brought you there was a just the homo since there was a things that. gave you that switch there is lots of days but i mean part of it is definitely for me personally i started flipping on not flipping but realizing obama is not who he was taking a walk i became was. for me it was i've always been an advocate of the opium because that's one form of his really so in fact part of the reason i voted for him and supported him and did the things i did on his behalf of his campaign was because i was thinking he's going to change the foreign policies you know that really kneecap the continent of africa and when i realize that he's not doing that he's going to continue the policies of the motel industrial complex you

know destabilizing countries the way that we've been for a very long time and started kind of you know i started to walk away from a talk with them when i went through the what i want to start in two thousand and fourteen and and then i really saw that there's no surprises them. back so what would captivate me about obama was his his message of there is no as well as them the speech that he gave in two thousand and four about the rest a graph of the blue state that's when i jumped on board because i thought wow this man is going to maybe unite all of us what got me to think he might be different was that more of his funding came from individual donors a more abrasions and i thought well maybe he'll be indebted to them where is money came from but no it turned out not and then the other thing was that he was against the iraq war before he was in. the senate national senate. and but you know that neither seemed to matter once he once he got into office you mentioned

average again since i'm so on informed on africa i want to ask you how much of the obviously it's a massive place some countries doing better than others and how much of it do you feel is the policies of the united states and. west that have caused the countries that are struggling to be there and how much of it is just internal problems of their own as both i think you get one doesn't necessarily nullify the other one feeds into the so. you know for the leader decides to ask you to do things that are good for the people for instead of you know paying off the interests of the i.m.f. loans or selling the resources to outsiders that leader is not going to ask for it . you know i know he got to get into this conspiracy theory mode of it's a deal to discuss this but get off he was america's best friend not tomorrow. and then he started announcing they were going to drop the dollar and then. write their

donald trump's campaign. i was quite successful in referencing the stalin. that would give hope comfort settle grievances for millions of people who were upset about gains that were made by others what you're saying is millions of white people millions of white people yes fellow drawled did get millions of white votes and he did say all the dog whistle things that let people know him for the white people however where are you how were you in any position hilary to say that you would do anything for people of color as if you did anything for people of color as well as the first lady as secretary of state as a senator you were you and your husband basically created the prison industrial complex i mean your least you know grew it immensely you were you ever you were you

supported and helped foster white supremacy wars are white supremacy bombing over around the world in numerous nations as secretary of state you were you and did the wall street destruction of the working class who do you think that hurts so terribly but people of color you know that there was one of the this type of people that are most often impacted by all of these foreclosures and you know exploitation of lending and mortgages so the idea that you do anything for people of color is a laughable and then there was the harm she believes was done by bernie sanders or fiery populist primary opponent has given speeches on will shrink she writes his attacks caused lasting damage making it harder to unify progressives in the general election and paving the way for trump's crooked hillary campaign she's

and i should have done a better job demonstrating i get it really what she's saying is i should have a better job of pretending that i get it acting as if i get it as if i understand the pain that i and the clinton machine and my fellow guards have created you can't get it hillary you never could it because you are the problem bernie sanders could say he got it to some degree because he doesn't have hundreds of millions of dollars he has been in the senate saying the same things for thirty years you have not you've been in this bubble the camelot bubble all right trump can say he gets it because. i don't i don't know i don't know why people believe he gets it he shares their pain he's a billionaire who doesn't understand their lives at all just the other day the secret service show they spent seven thousand dollars on imperial porta potties for

him all right so apparently he's just a better liar than you he could say he felt their pain because he's just a damn damn good liar i guess i don't know why also he has no political history so they can't point now they can point to a you lied to us about everything you said you knew where you stood for you are for the big bang but before during his campaign you've never been in office so i couldn't point to that whereas you they could we could all point to and we can say you don't feel our pain you're the problem and then she also says she should have done a better job sharing her plans what plans what you you would have put in goldman sachs surrounded yourself with goldman sachs just as obama did just as trump did you put in tim kaine as your vice president mr wall street that's all he was he was a big shining for you to the progressive left as a v.p. pick your plan was simply i should be president because.
