white house announced an updated version of the administration's travel ban the new ban restricts travel from chad in africa as well as north korea venezuela while removing sudan's cmon del rosario has the latest on this tonight. president donald trump's travel ban was comprised of six countries iran it yemen somalia syria sudan and libya now the version allowed by the supreme court temporarily blocked all travel from these countries with exception to dual nationals and those with immediate family or a work or study program in the united states now this new presidential proclamation imposes indefinite restrictions and features many of the same original countries and some new faces sudan has been dropped on the list while north korea venezuela and chad have been added now let's take a look at some of the newcomers starting with north korea and its leader kim jong un who many could argue has become trump's biggest adversary in the presidential

hey i want can't live with that let's change that they haven't really gotten down to the brass tax and in fact not even all the demands are on the table so it's way too early to know they're right lori wallach great to have you with us thanks so much. eleven are confirmed dead of heat related complications at the cell florida nursing home in hollywood in the wake of hurricane irma now florida governor rick scott may be implicated in the disaster for more on this we go live to r.t. correspondent marina portnoy in miami arena. and a critical piece of evidence related to the deaths of eleven florida nursing home patients has been destroyed by the governor's office thirty six hours before the first patient at the rehabilitation center at hollywood hills died staff members reportedly left for voice mails on governor rick scott's personal cell phone pleading for immediate assistance in storing their air conditioning system a spokesperson for the governor's office says the voice mails were deleted after

information from each message was collected by the governor's staff and given to the proper agency for handling mr scott's office says. that deletion was done in accordance with the state's public records law insisting the existence of the voice mails doesn't change the fact that this facility chose not to call nine one one or evacuate their patients to the hospital across the street after three days of living without air conditioning now hurricane erma report of the reportedly knocked out power to the nursing home on september tenth the transformer supporting the air conditioning system was also damaged three days later the one hundred fifty two bed facility was evacuated after patients began suffering a myriad of health issues allegedly triggered by the sweltering temperatures inside five patients reportedly died at the scene and at least dozen more would die in the hours and days that followed the cause of death is still being investigated governor scott claims at no point did anyone from the nursing home suggest there

focusing on the more important issues rather than focusing on something like this the president says it's not about race rob tom what do you think. in a way it's not about race it's about something even bigger we're living in a b. movie and it's called donald trump versus the first amendment he wants to squash the first amendment laws he doesn't understand i really don't think he comprehends what freedom of speech is either is he crazy or is he crazy like a fox i really can't figure it out yet but i know that he has no policy he has no plan and he has no strategy so he just inserts chaos into the political daily spectrum ted does he want the president clearly said he wants in a fellow owners to fire people that protest the anthem isn't that as rob says going against freedom of speach. well i don't think he was saying he wants them to i think he's implying that if he were the employee of these employees he would fire

them well he said they should fire the son of bitch that's what he said that's that's right and that's not saying the government is going to fire them the first amendment is there to protect people against the government not against their employees if i worked for u.p.s. and i had a bumper sticker supporting donald trump on my truck as i was driving for u.b.s. i'd expect to be fired for doing that and donald trump is simply saying for these people that are who are disrespecting the flag and those who have fought for our flag that they should be fired and i think the majority of americans believe you should be mixing business with politics if you want to be an employee of that company rob what about the players using the n.f.l. as a platform to do this and i guess my question is it a fair question to ask how much activism on this is you have is it fair to ask how much activism have they actually done outside standing up in protest during the national anthem what's ironic is i think that column copper that had been a secondary issue i cover sports
