there's a number of possibilities here first of all the president could be actually very serious and now i'm saying to the russians get out of the way we're going to do something about assad whether we have proof or not it could be a negotiating tactic to see exactly how russia will respond and how assad will respond. or it could be maybe his meds didn't kick in until later in the day i don't know i mean the country. the world should be on the edge of their seat from the standpoint that in my lifetime this is the first time a superpower namely russia has said to another superpower if you get a country we're going to respond and i think that the president is gambling with the response of the russians here which i think is dangerous territory and totally unnecessary and i'm surprised that there's not more chatter on capitol hill or more concern on capitol hill especially from the opposition party who can't stand this president where is robert byrd he's in his grave whereas ted kennedy he's in his

grave the democrats are dreadfully silent tonight in support i guess silence give support over what the president is that least thinking about doing advertising that he's going to hit syria russia get out of the way oh yeah i think that's i think it's not seeing anything anybody on the left of really having that anti-war it's as if there are no anti-war voices in congress i mean why and you know even during the two thousand and three you bring up to the iraq war we had some people that now that were saying something and now we're not now let's say that the united states fires missiles into syria and russia makes good on on their statement and shoots them down. what happens next where does the escalation go from that will that's the scary thing no one knows and no one on capitol hill is asking that question that's what's even more ominous how well thought out is this the

united states i would go so far as to say is they don't completely know who the technology that exists in syria right now and if they have they certainly haven't said anything about it and no one on capitol hill is saying think about it but we do know that the israelis did respond after this chemical attack and some of their missiles were shot out of the sky now this brings us to a whole new level of technological warfare the last time the united states the the trumpet ministration the commander in chief hit syria was a year ago. these missiles were fired they hovered over the target and then they all hit at once well what kind of technology do the russians have are they going to be able to pick these missiles out of the sky as they hover are they identify a ball are they stealth could heat seeking missiles pick a mop i mean obviously these cruise missiles run on some kind of propulsion so there is a lot of questions here and when you're when you're dealing with two superpowers

suddenly like we are we're it's not it's no longer the u.s. dropping a bomb on afghanistan and iraq you know we're talking about you know potentially dropping a bomb on syria where there's russians where there's representation of that other superpower that's where that question of what kind of talk like you're asking a brilliant question of what kind of technology do they have but could potentially thwart that and that's the thing what happens if the u.s. gets bored of normally all or bomb strikes happen. you know most of them head it was a boy but there has never been a response put in front of the united states the way in my lifetime until now you know the last time we were in a situation like this was khrushchev in canada ok so there was a back channel communication is there a back channel communication right now between russia and the united states and i think we have to be the the network of record telling the american people this is serious stuff and the fact that there are no dissenting voices on capitol hill is

just as troubling as the president tweeting out advertising that the missiles are on the way we just don't know when and i think the lack of that comes from the russia gate hysteria that's been out of the democratic party you know the question of how to go kind of the neo liberal wing of the neo con conservative wings of that and saying no russia evil russia evil and that's what that's where you don't see this idea that maybe we need to step back and think about the heat we don't know what the russian military will do we don't know if it will. b. intercepting missiles the announcement from one of the ambassadors to another country was that they would also go after the origin of the launch. or the american people or the lawmakers on capitol hill willing to tolerate possibly an american ship being taken out how do we know the iranians won't get involved with some of the hardware that they have for this there's too many unanswered questions here

this is too much winging it going on for lack of a better term this is russian roulette why are we going down this road for assad who has been marginalized internationally ok he did a chemical attack on his people he didn't do it on another country were not invited into syria there are still shoddy evidence as to whether it was actually the syrians in the first place were willing to do this and do this gamble without hard evidence without the word absolute proof being put involved here i think it's a fool's errand i think you're seeing the brits now getting cold feet if there is such a great ally why aren't they on board with the president mr president whatever you want to do we're with you apparently those days are over because now we have gone from a nerve agent attack on a double agent which was retired for a number of years to being absolute proved by the brits to all of a sudden the brits saying well wait a minute we're not really sure about what's going on in syria or to many unanswered

questions not enough questions being asked on capitol hill we're in dangerous territory very dangerous territory and you you mentioned the brits and that's the next thing i'm curious about is where the rest of the world is going to stand on this when we really start you know seeing the countries lined up there's two very distinct sides we're seeing formed here do we know where turkey stands on this do we know what china might do do do do we know that kim jong un you know might get a little goofy why take this chance why do this. i just think. there's it's time for this president to learn something that he's not used to doing and that's cogitate you know great great we're very very brilliant the interesting thing is that after that initial missile twee went out and everybody's you know sort of we all took that collective breath because. after president suggested putin go to the white house i felt that somewhere like ok we're going to talk about this

and you wake up to these tweets and then you tweets out this which is our relationship with russia is worse now than it has ever been and that includes the cold war there is no reason for this russia needs us to help with their economy something that would be very easy to do and we need all nations to work together to following that tweet you then put the blame for all of this at the reason it's escalating the reason it's such a mass is because on russia gaiters what he what the president said was much of the bad blood with russia is caused by the fake and corrupt russia investigation headed up by. the all democrat loyalists or people that work for obama is there any truth to this saying you know all of this sort of did this or you know. nobody's hand seem entirely clean it's the president is responsible for what he says and what he does but at some point we're now in a situation where no one could have an intelligent focus on the gun was taken aback this morning when that first tweet came out and the first thing i thought about was alec baldwin in the movie of twenty five years ago or so the hunt for red october

know this idea that that you know poor people to make this they did choose this for themselves i think it's really kind of strange because they found you know the u.s.p.s. on the eighty three percent of all snap or food stamp benefits go to households that have a child. old and someone who is elderly or disabled so again so someone in a wheelchair somebody who's older early they can't have a freakin candy bar once in a while it's ridiculous any idea that the only reason that poor people have obesity is this idea that they're just picking the wrong foods with their free money is wrong you know you know everybody in this country food stamp are to be spend about five percent of their grocery bill on soda the stats everyone it's not one thing or another but i think this is the thing that really bothers me is that movies comment sort of assume that poor people choose to make on healthy decisions and that if we
