afterwards she did try to walk it back but in the process she actually made it a lot worse because her arguments are no it's not the first strike we're merely want to take out the russian missiles when i was going to look at atomic russian cities and this is quite astonishing and again this defense was also put forward in the washington post which is quite extraordinary because the whole purpose of a first strike of course is to use precision weapons or weapons to take out other serious weapons so the contra telly is the second strike capability is the intention of actually attacking big cities to make big damage as possible because that's the deterrence of the other side want to first strike you know. saying she doesn't really know what she's talking about all this two possible explanation of what is the first what is mind boggling incompetence is the second would be it's deliberate possibly propaganda in terms of essentially advancing a first strike policy but. there are very big.
