the house's leaning heavily towards democrats retaking the house but again larry it all depends on who votes we saw plenty of polling in two thousand and sixteen and the end result did not exactly match up with the polling in fact despite all the pundits we don't know. hi john some reports of attorney general jeff sessions resigning after the midterms you think vettel have a. i don't know i mean we're we keep having this discussion about jeff sessions frankly at this point i don't think it matters i think you know the american people are focused on the economy and how great it is jeff sessions has been a non-factor in the major issues like the russia investigation which as my colleague here is said you know he's been sort of on the backburner he didn't really have any role in the confirmation of the last supreme court justice brett kavanaugh i don't think it matters so maybe he resigns maybe doesn't but i don't think that's even a discussion worth having at this point because it's just not relevant to whether

the midterms are going to be decided one way or the other brian you think lindsey graham is the next attorney general. i really don't know what to make out of what sessions will do i don't know who would follow sessions if he were to step down i mean my question at this point if you were jeff sessions why would you want to continue working for the trump administration regardless of what you think of donald trump this is a president who does nothing except almost on a weekly basis basis criticize his own attorney general if i were jeff sessions i'd say you know what i've had enough of this i've been a good government servant it's time for me to step down the question is who would come after him i'm not exactly sure john mitch mcconnell the senate majority leader said any republican two suiter in challenging trump in twenty twenty would be a waste of time you agree. i do i think one of the things you as a former member voting member of the r. and c.

one of the things that you have to remember is that donald trump is the chief fundraiser for the party he has resulted in record levels of fund raising alongside the incredibly great work of running mcdaniel our fantastic chairwoman we are out. raising the d.n.c. by. ten to one margin in some areas and i think it would be impossible for the party to pivot to a neutral place and i just love that is any republican out there that would be able to energize a base movement of the level that donald trump could to win the delegates and we remember that whole thing last time in two thousand and sixteen i just don't see it happening and i think we should you know just just move on from that discussion as well it's just i don't think it's something that's going to happen brian are you concerned about the risk which we regress of an establishment wings of the democratic party. very very concerned about that look the bottom line is here larry there's obviously

a lot of motivation on the left to vote for anything and anybody but but republicans in the midterms and then in two thousand and twenty but look liberals progressives the whole resistance movement they need to get their act together they need to do what republicans do which is rally behind the party line candidate democrats have had a bad job they have been they have just done a bad job doing this i'm convinced that a big factor in what sank hillary clinton in two thousand and sixteen lot of progressives just couldn't get bernie sanders and jill stein out of their imaginations so you know it's one thing to protest in the streets and it's one thing to shout your disapproval unless you vote and you vote party line i don't think it's going to make a difference for the resistance john one of the make of the whole ron rosenstein matter apparently now he's ok in good graces. well i think one of the things that the republican party as a whole realizes you know the white house to n.r.c. c.n.r.

don't judge him as a person as you react to the whole covenant with this i thought it was. it was rough the eleventh hour accusation coming out when it came out the way it came out with senator feinstein i think that was it a travesty and now he did now you'll find there are credible with a whole credible probably senator did she mean when she said sure i think she meant what she said but you know i don't know you need some sort of proof or an allegation and you would assume that that sort of behavior would continue in the other allegations that were coming forward would just just ridiculous now again as a sexual assault is a horrible thing my mother my sister are survivors a mother of rape it's horrible and thank god i didn't get a chance to get hold of those people who did that and i take it very very seriously . trump says it's a very scary time for men do you believe that i'm raising a son is eighteen are our kids of talk to each other grown up it's

a scary thing if somebody can claim something without corroboration if you are guilty until proven innocent if the accusation is all that is necessary that is scary were for the nation founded on due process you need due process you need the presumption of innocence and you need to be able to face your accusers and deal with it there was a lot of things happen in college in college campuses not that long ago where you were guilty until proven innocent you look the duke lacrosse case you look at the stuff at uva it's some scary stuff so that is scary and i have those conversations with my son about how he has to act in ways to do things even a kamikaze now i ask somebody could you can we have a hug or is that ok you know beforehand because i don't want to have any of that sort of shot my way but the national sexual violence resource center says a one in five females in the united states will be sexually assaulted at some point in her life there are two it is say that's a scary time for women i think it is a scary time for women like i said the two females in my immediate family have both

been sexually assaulted so i think that's a terrible thing i take it very very seriously at the same token i take a false accusation very very seriously oh ok tell me about. gosnell well i know you're probably know something about this story most people don't because the media didn't cover this kermit gosnell was an abortion clinic doctor in philadelphia and when and two thousand well up till two thousand and eleven two thousand and eleven he was investigated by the character that i play who is the detective jim wood is a true story is a true story and he was attacked investigated for narcotics bust and when they came through with the warrant they discovered a house of horrors this man had been the clinic itself it's an abortion clinic in philadelphia and poor part of philadelphia and that the clinic had not been inspected in seventeen years by the came down from governor ridge tom ridge him self big. for pot political reasons just don't don't even inspect it let it be and this guy was convicted of of three counts of murder and one count of involuntary

manslaughter of murder of babies and this is what after they're born after they're born there were live births to it in a state of feeling of a state of pennsylvania's twenty four weeks that is your cut off where bush and his is bent beyond there could be for certain reasons health of the mother health of the child in a horrible things like that but as far as voluntary just ending a pregnancy at twenty four weeks which is six months which is viability at that point is almost ninety percent that this child will survive well dr gosnell didn't want to go through the process of the d.n.a. which is a is a medical process that takes some time and takes cost money he is ill and he was doing was having his non-licensed nurses that he taught himself induce labor have a live birth and then he would he would kill the baby by snipping their spinal cord with surgical scissors as a process he called snipping and it was so common that he had taught these non-licensed nurses to do it and he wopper operated there was there's speculation

that it could have been three to four a day of these late term abortions for seventeen years that's a large large number and he was found dead investigated him in north products and they found they found this and when they found it they took him to trial and they brought it they brought charges against him they offer him a plea deal and he said well that i would have to say i'm guilty and i'm not guilty well you know if there were i don't want to get too graphic but there was you know the babies would be born with the woman would think she didn't realize she was in labor and she would go to the restroom and the baby be born of the toilet and be stranded live and move and they would have to sniff it and it's dealt with in the film you don't see that obviously if you look up gosnell if you look it up on the internet you see things you'll see there's some things you can see on the internet and we can reason we keep that out and yeah we keep the gore out but yes kermit gosnell is in prison triple life sentence and one for involuntary manslaughter let's take a look at a clip from gosh no. going to the clinic.

there. and we would use this to help you know what drugs to give the women who came into the clinic. when the babies come out. what happened after the babies came out. he would take. care. he did it fall of the in the was there was a move. some of the babies were moving.

very how many times did you see that happen. babies move in the. is this film a great story about an amazing villainous person in american history or is it an antiabortion film that's a great question it is certainly not an anti-abortion film i'm actually pro-choice up until the viability of the fetus i would never legislate that a woman could make that choice herself until the viability of a fetus i want government to stay out of that completely personally i would be pro-life i would want the child myself but i wouldn't legislate that this film takes no position on the abortion issue it just tells a story of a psychotic person who had six children of his own who thought nothing of sniffing the spinal cord of a live viable child as you get the role i got the role by by just reading the script it was offered to me and i looked at it andrew klavan wrote it would write

a fantastic screenplay nixon was directing it and i enjoy his work as a who plays gus and is played by earl billings and he is so good in this role he is so good in this role that i'm worried he's too good in the role and someone's going to go or you're kermit gosnell and treat him as though he was the real guy the way i was scared when i played scott peterson for a moment there i thought they're going to come after me even and earl is so good and so effective in this because he's not he doesn't come across as a monster god no would he would sit here opposite you would be like larry it's so great to see you and they want to talk about you know one of the classic pianists in this in that you get this guy could never do that but he would say oh yeah i would snap that it's a really he's a really riveting figure you have characterize you so. as a supporter of the b.g. to write speed you took some heat for appearing in a recent values voter summit sponsored by the anti l b g t family research council to promote gaza know what we are doing it. and d l b g t.

the last thing i would call that rally would be an anti l b g t rally when i was there to promote the film i never heard a single word about being anti l g b t i was very open with the people that i spoke to i did about twenty five interviews that day and they were all with the values voter summit they were i would if they are to be a good thing and tucker carlson i that's what you do when you're promoting a film this was one stop and we were going to preview the film there i am fully for gay rights always have been i play gay characters decades ago before it was accepted or cool thing to do i've been openly vocal in my support so to tell me i'm guilty by association to be an anti l b there was even brought up and then i and then i said i hope when asked asked me how i feel about gay rights you're a straight up one hundred percent and i said i support gay rights and i said i support and i'm and i'm pro-choice and i caught a lot of heat from outside that not nobody there at that place gave me

a hard time most people don't do that in person or to like is it tough for you being a trump supporter in a very anti trump city it's a very handsome from cities of if that's you could underline that for sure no it's not for me because i'll engage anybody that's the thing i'm not afraid to discuss with anybody politics or policy or anything like that because i think you should be able to discuss it and it listen if you have a better argument than me as to why i should not like this person or like his policies then then let's have the conversation must be civil and respectful because i'm going to be that way until you cross the line and then i won't be and i'll have the conversation i encourage the conversation that's how things get done or we so torn. i think we're so torn because people will just scream and name call and not have these conversations they're afraid to do so or have the actual they will sit there and i'm not going to tell you people on the left are villains and horrible people but they did they may not like the president and that makes stand into other
