that's good news indeed so trump has suggested north korea could get huge economic investment in return for giving up nukes do you think kim will go for that idea. oh i think it's further down the road and i think trump says things like that he's imagining u.s. corporations coming in and privatizing state owned firms and having business opportunities i don't think that's what kim is looking for any idea at all at this point in time what kim wants is a reduction in the economic punishment from the severe sanctions that are strangling the entire population of north korea and that's actually the main sticking point so. trump and the and his administration a bit been saying consistently that north korea has to completely denuclearized give up its nuclear deterrent before the b.h. sanctions relief although this this week might pompei all kind of adjusted but a little bit when that statement saying that there may be a reduction in u.s.

sanctions if north korea substantially moves towards or versus them but the u.s. sanctions are relatively minor in comparison to the u.n. sanctions and those are the sanctions that. you know if this will remain in place until after the nuclear reservation is complete i don't think that's the viable. solution for north korea and briefly well briefly what can north north korea has indicated that it expects a quid pro quo from washington i mean that's how negotiations work specifically on denuclearization though what can trump actually offer to sweeten the deal to make it worthwhile for the d.p. r. k. . well i believe. it is hoping to buy off north korea with trinkets sort of speak so one thing that they're probably going to come to agree to is a declaration that the korean war came through and rather than a peace treaty which is what north korea has been seeking. and i think maybe there
