are the is the volume of nuclear weapons growing well there was actually a new report published by the stockholm international peace research and says 2 or 3 that shows that the numbers the volume the number of nuclear weapons is actually decreasing but that's have been in the past year or so are fewer doesn't necessarily mean safe but let me show you the numbers according to the data published 9 states hold an approximate total of 13865 nuclear weapons now that's a to a different number than we saw last year now the states include the. u.s. the u.k. russia france and china and of course north korea but in 20 those states had 14465 but even though we've seen a decrease of 600 less a lot of what this report shows really is that these nuclear weapons have become highly highly modernized so fewer it does not necessarily mean safer what's the reason so obviously it doesn't i mean if you have something routes you know

multiple times more powerful just because you have less of. what's the reason behind the decline the numbers will see pretty found that these findings were decreased due to a u.s. russia treaty require the countries to dispose of the nuclear warheads that they had during the cold war and to limit the number of warheads that each of the country disposes but the treaty was termed measures for further reduction and limitations of strategic offensive arms or called the new star and that was in force in february 20th levon and that treaty is due to expire pretty soon and 2021 and we're i mean 2 years away from this and there have been so far 0 discussions on whether or not these countries will extend the deal but u.s. and russian arsenals still own get this over 90 percent of nuclear weapons in the world that's a big number but again the decline doesn't mean that we're safer and this is also

in that haven't lost their jobs and neither of us. the 12 we've seen on video so a couple of things one i've spent some time with this phoenix video and i think those guys may have been on cocaine because i've never seen anybody that excited over a dollar baby from a dollar store that probably could cost more than a dollar yeah that's one thing to all of these police officers watching these videos like do cops watch the viral videos because it's almost like they act as if they live in a world where these videos don't exist and that it makes me think would have videos for as a black person you know grew up in a neighborhood now what you know and i don't not speaking for everybody but for myself i would say that i've actually seen enough videos i've actually been through these experiences enough enough so i get it i know what's happening people outside of these videos who only you're excited when they see videos but they don't do anything it's almost like they're scrubbing of some sort of trauma point but they need something to talk about also going to tweet about something or write op ed about something to you know feel bad about put collectively if we are not working

together the person who's living it the person who's writing about it the person who's reporting the person who's the cops who are doing these agreed is actually collectively are going to figure out a way to have these conversations and fix these things when nothing's going to change and that's a thing we've seen especially like i said the last us for 5 years we watched body camera as you know the that was going to answer everything obviously it doesn't matter even if you have a video that doesn't mean that everything's going to be taken care of also you know we put in all this community body cameras these are going to fix everything according to politicians they were all like this is going to be great the goal is reform or will all be better with each other but you know for instance in baltimore . are you seeing reform happen there are these major issues that came up did they have they stopped planting evidence on people of their arresting people for nothing had these things gone away so there has been multiple police corruption cases to

happen after baltimore 100 percent to create we have a case where a police officer planted drugs on a kid. and did a reenactment. he didn't know his body count was on hold because he was a moron but he did every act as if you just apprehended this child and the kid in a cut actually didn't go to jail the kid actually said joe for about 6 months to cut didn't he got community service even though he lost his job and people like he lost his job and i'm like that's better than yeah so the gun trace task force. citizens commit over time for a may may you know allegedly could have potentially caused a murder you know all of these things happened after consent decree so we talk about reform you preach reform in this reform reform reform reform from but you know the intentions are good but the outcomes are trash and everybody looks at like the smallest little positive thing that happens like a cop helps kid in projects planets like reform is working but it's like you have

this cop sergeant norm burke who just locked up a guy for commenting on the way he was a handling another citizen. it's so weird to me that it's seems that the very people who are supposed to protect us how are the ones with the thinnest skin blue skin is apparently very thin. spare. and i think that's funny that you brought of this thing about the pay because i think this is are saying is when you look at some of these cases there are these stories coming up where you keep seeing this officer in uniform who's out on the streets is with his overtime making $242.00 we're talking about a quarter $1000000.00 a year of our tax money how does it feel to you know if you're living in the middle of the how does it feel you're paying people to terrorize your community i feel like i may have chose the wrong profession. but this guy has got a new. grossly overpaid a lot of money is over so he pretty much doubled his salary well over time and now we see. an ethical way he treats it as if they maybe should go back and check his numbers to make sure he didn't commit any type of fraud because that's just crazy
