other crimes high crimes and misdemeanors by the way so i was watching jerry nad lawyer and unfortunately a week before that adam shift and i think i'm kind of a normal pretty smart guy you know i like politics always home i don't understand what's going on here what are these hearings about why are lawyers interviewing lawyers where are fact witnesses ok and i'm not god i'm not taking a partisan side here i'm looking at the process here i don't understand the process current go ahead in palm beach. i think most of america doesn't understand the process and just like you i'm somebody who absorbs politics all day every day and obvious starting at 2 in the south because it's become simply rhetoric and if you look at the watergate scandal you're talking about 3 articles of impeachment that yes were greed on if you look at bill clinton it's 4 articles of impeachment again a great odd you look at this it's articles of impeachment. they basically just

pulled out of this you crazy scandal what happened to them over report i thought this was all going to be based on the molar report and because it didn't fit their narrative anymore they've now just grasping at something new to make their case they will stop at nothing these democrats will stop at nothing to impeach this president and they'll stop at nothing to just do anything they can to affect this 2020 alexion this is treason and quite frankly they are looking to affect the election this is not about actually anything that the president did it's simply about the fact that they don't even have any viable candidates lined up for 2020 and they have nothing else it's a big nothing burger ok brian you jump in there i mean i'm i'm trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt i really am ok and i'm not taking i'm not taking the sign here but i do remember these past impeachments and i remember that they were very huge issues they were actually very tedious when it came to the law and it was most importantly by partisan this partisanship here worries me the

most here ok because if i can't as a political junkie understand really what is the kernel of all of this then i think the american people obviously they don't watch politics every heartbeat of the day like i do and like the rest of us do on this panel i mean what is compelling about this process that i'm missing go ahead bernie. well 1st of all i think you're mischaracterizing the bill clinton impeachment i was around so that impeachment and that was not exactly like ours exercise where there were less that's a fair that's a fair point that's a fair or less it's a fair or less a strict or it was more or less a straight party line vote now your question well where are the facts and where the factual witnesses i don't know peter if you were to win did in the past couple of weeks but we've had plenty of sexual witnesses we've had people testifying under oath who are all on the whole line with donald trump and leaders of ukraine testify what was the crime what was a crime committed a crime they were asked we had them on but they were asked and none of them said

they knew on national television on down to television they they were asked what crime of they would reach the level of impeachment no one raised their hand seeking the florida election interfere that's what they all test. oh ok graham why don't you jump in on that ok i mean the united states interferes in elections all around the world all the time and now this one you have a head i mean what it is how it's going to equal time last night law it's let everybody have band with it everyone johnny and law and then we can have it spread it out go ahead graham. yeah this is a fantastic reality t.v. show that's put on by the ruling class to have these 2 ridiculous corporate war parties battle amongst this nonsense as was just brought up that look it was very partisan for clinton but even clinton actually as it was stated had 4 articles of impeachment he lied to the grand jury and all of these democrats who back in during

the clinton era were like oh this is a witch hunt they're now doing the same thing here with here's what's going on with the democrats i don't agree there is a very strong candidate it's called bernie sanders that is the most popular candidate we've ever had but the democratic party if they give over to him they lose they lose all their corporate money they lose all their corporate so they can't have bernie sanders in poll after poll is beating trump head to head he's beating trump head to head in texas if a democrat wins texas it's over but they can't do that ok going to cram or he would rather lose to republican ok ok you just answered my question so you're saying you're saying but democrats would rather lose to donald trump than have bernie sanders elected you're saying that. absolutely because of but i think there's something to it takes no corporate money i think there's something to it there's good corporate my he doesn't take any corporate ok let me go back to the good to go to car and keep it moving it's go back to palm beach here ok ok brian disagrees with this and that's good because disagreement is good because that moves is

towards the truth what in your mind is the crime or not crime committed because brian is saying that there is a crime committed go ahead con. there's no crime committed and it's the democrats grasping at straws and what amazes me about this is the fact that you know if you look at it it seems so crystal clear to most that most of us you know they started this all off you know talking about the smaller investigation and if you just look at the pivot just look at the pivot towards the ukraine and all of a sudden it's so obvious what's happened and why are we not talking about the democratic involvement why are we not talking about everything that they did why are we so focused on strictly the president and strictly on discrediting him because they at the end of the day this is about the 2020 alexion all this is a ploy and it's sad for the american people because there was a time that we could have a healthy debate and there was a time that there was a bipartisan system in place and there was a time where we really focused on having

a 2 party system and somehow we've gotten totally away from that and there is just this situation that is so contentious and so bad it's not even serving the american people anymore and like a lot of americans i will miss that the point and i'm in politics where i want to tune it out because it really makes no sense and there is no factual basis there is no crime and that's why they've turned this into the whole ukrainian scandal is because they had a big nothing with the mole or report and now all of a sudden they have something to grasp onto and they're going to take any little kernel that they can and that's it. and i think i don't think we should waste a whole lot of time if there was a crime or not a crime because if you look at the process how it's being brought to. out and shown to the public i mean i think and any rational person fair minded person would say this is a pretty one way a one party dictating the process here and it's. all go back to the nixon one and we'll stay away from the bill clinton won and he was bipartisan it
