military offensive to be quite clear what we are witnessing is deliberate lethal violence against thousands of innocent children women and men. and now when russia spoke to the 15 member body russia emphasize the fact that it seems like these meetings are happening almost timed in a way to undermine the syrian government's efforts to defeat the terrorist forces the russian representative spoke very critically of how this meeting was planned and how this meeting this emergency meeting of the security council was convened so quickly and why take a listen these unplanned meets in syria follow a common pattern convene precisely when terrorist groups in the country are under threat and the syrian government is regaining control of its own territory i would

council president at that point we heard the russian representative step in and assert that the syrian representative had the right to speak emphasizing that the the place in question the entire purpose of the meeting was to discuss it live which is a part of the syrian arab republic it is part of syria's territory and so at that point the syrian representative was able to continue his remarks so quite intense disagreements but the syrian representative when speaking emphasized that their territorial integrity was being very very widely violated and emphasized that they were determined to defeat the terrorist forces and that it seemed like the united states and nato were essentially trying to undermine their efforts and prevent them from defeating these terrorist forces and retaking their province of lives so quite a strong disagreement between countries represented at the u.n. security council meeting that just took place here in manhattan. ok caleb thank you

director of just foreign policy thanks again. a child the u.s. democratic national committee has called for a reassessment of the delayed results from the iowa caucus that's off the doubts were raised whether they were factually correct as our month has the report. iowa caucus the democratic caucus still missing a whopping 3 percent of the results the race is very very close extremely close booted judges in the lead with 26.2 percent and bernie sanders right behind with only 26 point one percent then we have warren with 18.2 percent and of course joe biden with 15.8 percent but a judge and sanders do have each 11 delegates basically whoever gets the 1st prime amount of delegates and reaches the $1191.00 before the primaries gets the election but it's clearly too close to call even with 3 percent still missing but in the

last hour like you mentioned d.n.c. chairman took to twitter to announce this we canvass enough is enough in light of the problems that have emerged in the implementation of the delegate selection plan and in order to assure public confidence in the results i am calling on the iowa democratic party to immediately begin a re canvas so for us a tweet really came unexpected for the democrats who have already seen a lot of how they go it came as a surprise to them so what this recant this means is it's similar to recount but not quite we may be seeing another caucus of sorts to go back and seeing a recount of sorts rather to see who will win it all been caused by this error called from the application called shadow the error in coding that could not delay that these are important results and it's also important to note that this these are these primaries the caucus in iowa the new next one in new hampshire and then south carolina and nevada they really are important to kind of give these
