a much broader discussion that needs to be taken in that it's the nature of globalization and how globalization has allowed a pandemic like this to spread become a pandemic itself here and when i say globalization i'm talking about the nature of trade borders the very nature of the nation state and even talking about sovereignty again which is for bowden on both sides of the spectrum but it's something that has to be talked about because at the end of the day the nation state is required to take care of its own citizens your reflection there go ahead marcus. indeed one of the consequences. has shined a lot it's all of the dangers. both globalization and that is something of course it's a western media can simply american major and british major is not going to discuss because globalization is a very they are so nominal and at the same time the coronavirus as demonstrates it

because into more of a corporate driven globalization go ahead marcus or let me make a case in point look at russia russia has borders 'd and leader asleep defended its borders look at the decisive steps russia for instance took to confront and conceal the corona virus once once its threats from china straight away the russian authorities took the responsible decision and loose the slaughter and if the european union and it's written that britain is out of you in you know how bold as if they had totally secure and defended borders then maybe maybe they would not be the situation that there is today it's for example it's early and germany and britain were guarding the coronavirus so i believe that the

russian authorities are demonstrating the absolute necessity or how to pull up a markets let me get let me ask you a question then so you're telling me and i'm extrapolating from what you just said is that western elites and their vision of globalization their ideology trumps public safety is that what you're telling me oh absolutely well good that's what i'm thinking also well resolutely expand on that it's us who has been one of the beneficiaries or the corona virus western media because a western media should have to create an atmosphere of awareness and car about the coronavirus they should of told the british public the americans. it's a new spiral it is potentially so it could become and dammit you must remain calm and you must put it into perspective because year in year out for well over 100 years now the world has been living with

yeah i agree with that i think that the trump administration started very very slow to handle this and the big sign was with the testing that was just a lack of testing kits and people aren't getting tested now i think they've got everything ramping up now and a little bit more into control that wednesday oval office teleprompter speech to the american public i agree with you peter was absolutely awful that was terrible in the markets reacted and the people reacted i think we saw a lot of panic because that environment for trump is not beneficial to trump trump needs to interact with people he is not good talking in front of a machine trump wants interaction even negative interaction even the press going adam is where he thrives so i think that latest press conference he gave at the white house with the media there with his team behind him i think we saw a much more confident and a much more secure trump and we saw a little bit more leadership and we saw trump in an environment that suits him i

think he needs to stay away from the oval office period as this crisis unfolds interact with people speak with people have some give and take with the press answer their questions push back and i think people will start to feel a little more secure and they'll be a little less panicked because the united states in the world now needs to see some leadership and god knows we're not going to get it in europe that's for sure so the only leader that i can think of right now in the western world is trump and i think he really needs to deliver on this he started out very very poorly but hopefully after that press conference in the white house things will start to get under control that well i hope you know you have to see this unfold yeah i mean and of course the i mean i think we'll all of us have to step back i mean they're watching american media there unfortunately there's so many people that want to score points and not really address the real issue and it's a pandemic ok and then. why it's very frustrating watching american media because

it's all about politics for them it's not about people as usual ok that's why i got elected in the 1st place you know. the media's presentation of it just from what we just heard from alex and when we heard from marcus in the 1st part of the program here they're doing a huge disservice to the public because they're they have weapon dies this issue in a way that is to their own benefit that serves their own ideological interests and it's not addressing the real problem but one of the real problems is here is the patchwork of american medicine ok there is no national medicine and in it's basically individual corporations so no wonder it's very difficult for this administration because they have to talk not to officials in the administration but officials in the administration that are talking to the corporate world they're not all on the same page and they all in the corporate world will never move away from

the whole idea here is that this pandemic is shutting down everything in the united states but it's playing into the media's hands and it's playing it to biden's hands the it's perfect for them to not have biden speaking it's perfect them to have biden hidden away and it goes against trump to not have trump at rallies and speaking so going forward in a hall of this what you're seeing right now is a pandemic that the media is going to utilize and capitalize on that biden is going to utilize and capitalize on because biden now can just get 5 minute internet speeches and internet life streams and he can disappear and even there he shaky and trump can't go out to those rallies into those big events and play up to his base so the optics right now really work towards biden and really work against trump the health care debate is something that sanders could have capitalized on if sanders

is perfectly happy with him being the next president then if you read the media 90 percent of the media wants this guy 11 years all of those on board in the in the next president of the united states so it's just absurd it's laughable you know the problems that these people in the media invent like russian influence russian mending and they miss the really big problem that coronavirus what they believe and what they really miss is the elites meddling in the american election and that's where the real meddling is here you know alex that's just it for me and it's it's it's fascinating is that well the primaries are over we should cancel the rest of image joe biden you know this is just this they snow their snow balling you ok they are gaslighting us like it's all over ok it's a it's if we know well because the tribe administrated such a bad job he should just resign and we should just annoying to biden and leave that up and everything will go back to 2015 and everyone will be happy again i mean they
