because i think you. greetings and cell you take. it appears my friends that the dream of the united states we all grew up learning about is now nothing more than the burning final embers of the once powerful fire i say that because according to reuters the guardian and many other news agencies the united states of america and its representatives have been running a no prisoners winner take all style approach to global medical supplies since finally taking the covert 19 pandemic seriously a few weeks back reuters reports that from europe to south america u.s.
6:01 pm
allies are complaining about the superpowers with wild west tactics in outbidding or blocking shipments to buyers who have already signed deals for vital medical supplies how bad have we been well after we apparently hijacked an order of 200003 m. facemask that were being shipped out of china bought and paid for by the german government for the berlin police department state minister of the interior of berlin andreas said that this was nothing short of modern piracy he went on to say this is not how you deal with transatlantic partners even in times of global crisis wild west methods shouldn't rule. yes that that is the nation we've become my friends where the harry cooper of this night of the living dead story that is the corona virus pandemic modern pirates only looking out for the safety of our selves or at least the safety of our upper crust or their financial safety at
6:02 pm
least which is what many are now reporting is at the core of us president truman's recent obsession with pushing the anti malarial drug hydro oxy chloroquine for cobra 1000 patients yes even in times of crisis washington d.c. is dark money and lobbying crowd are still calling the shots despite whatever health risks that may bring. trumps paver drug has the side effects of let's see blurred vision blistering feelings that others can hear your thoughts seeing things that are not there uncontrolled twisting movements and of course my personal big pharma side effect by a brit large i have like swelling on the face eyelids lips tongue throat the sex organs. yes that is the side effects you get when dr donald trump starts telling you to ask your doctor about hydro oxy couric when or however it's called rat i have friends means that i'm just there watching dogs. what's going on
6:03 pm
a city street you want to. see as this is your state see a. great city desolate systemic deception is late show which. brings up the old. world war on the watching the ox i am tyrone and i want this across boy oh boy i mean just so you know donald's but out there pushing the hydroxy chloroquine him great side effects by the way that last one i didn't even know about all the thrilling my go yeah i know the list of side effects to this and it still isn't tested and proven that yes it actually does be covert but not in an actual real scientific test they're finding out they're testing to see if it does but yeah i know that's just best as a handful where you're seeing on the screen one of the things that actually this
6:04 pm
those side effects that's why they don't use it on everything that's why they save it for malaria patients who might die soon you know it's insane exactly and i think one of the most prominent ones is that it can increase your risk for heart failure or a lot of these patients there are already having breathing issues that you came in and you already had any type of heart condition the likelihood of you making it out because you're on this medication is very low you know and this is all you know this is. all thanks to you know what many outlets are now reporting or at least they're trying to say that this could have a major issue of why suddenly there's drugs coming up so frequently in the press conferences is that there is there is dark money there's lobbyist money behind this strong trump might not be profiting personally from a but it's all that lobby money it's all the dark money that we know runs the game here according to investigative journalists over at the lobbying dark money in politics watchdog sludge dot com back on march 26th job creators network a conservative dark money nonprofit launched a petition a series of facebook ads and a blast text message campaign calling on trump to mealy make hydroxy chloroquine
6:05 pm
available job creators network was funded by a pharmaceutical research and manufacturers of america a drug industry trade that many of the makers of that drug is some of their donors into that dark money pool of course them everything comes back to lobbyists then lobbyists are best friends with and how you can from the white house from the pulpit of the entire globe because he is the leader of the free world be able to endorse a medication that has not gone through any clinical trials here for it for this specific thing that is also one that is not proven by doctors doctors are not endorsing this doctor who gets out who is also on this pandemic task force is urging president trump to stop saying this doctors across the country are urging him to stop saying this we know that this is not been tested has not been proven like you said before to actually eradicate. anyone and it is a medication that is taken in conjunction with several other medications for those
6:06 pm
patients who we know are doing better i want to ask you this do you feel just as offended as me when you see these reports that i also talked about at the top of the show when you see these reports that were out there you know tripling the price of facemasks in the marketplace just so we get our you know people already bought other countries already have bought in there was believe was brazil went through the same thing germany france where they've gone through and we've just basically off. 3 times the selling price just to get control the shipment a friend who was supposed to go to france of mass we just up and stole in these wild west style tactics this is what president by america 1st and it also made america by any means necessary we're seeing him go and as much weight as he can to be able to showcase that he's actually trying to do something for the american people but he's also not a good partner to nations that we may end up depending on nations that have before been partners of ours as well nations that in the global perspective are people who we will engage in business with these individuals their leaders they're not going
6:07 pm
to forget this you know they're not they're not going to get this into me and so that's the big thing we're right now the leading we're the epicenter everyone's looking at the united states saying wow you guys are terrible at handling this virus you are failing miserably eventually we're going to have to start asking for help and if we set installed massive valuable supplies before and then we're going to come back and say please help us we're not to be partners. throughout this period of uncertainty and high alert with the coronavirus looming postal workers have been on the front lines they don't have the option of working from home but if things keep going the way they have been the u.s. postal service could completely shut down in just 2 months just last week representative carolyn maloney and carrie kahn lee issued a joint letter to senate majority leader harry reid saying quote the postal service is in need of urgent help as a direct result of the coronavirus crisis they emphasize america's reliance on the postal service providing services and goods like lifesaving medications. this
6:08 pm
battle to save the post office is a new one with the created solely by the covert $910.00 to make the postal service lost nearly $78000000000.00 since 2007 and can't seem to regain footing the u.s.p.s. called on congress to provide legislative reforms including changes to employee compensation over a year ago the mail agency released a 5 point strategic plan to help them get back on track they promote innovation and e-commerce as well as digital services the truck white house didn't bite and congress hasn't prioritized the pull to agency as the american lifeline that it is the expectation that congress with the what the post agency isn't far fetched after all congress supports an advocate for lower cost prescription drugs many of which are deliberate to the homes of seniors directly by their mehlman right now their campaigns for filling out the census in important data set used for funding local infrastructure and let's not forget the steady push for book by mail and absentee
6:09 pm
ballots it's an election year. your postal service makes all of this possible but the power brokers in congress much like trump have neglected the post office leading them to announce a net decline of over $3000000000.00 if you thought things couldn't get worse you'd be wrong in fact trump 2019 budget actually targeted calls to workers and it's fact their collective bargaining rights in addition to opposing cuts to their retirement and health care benefits and in february knowing full well the potential of the coronavirus threat the president's 2021 budget calls for even deeper cuts to us p.c.'s in favor of private sector higher cost services. because that image is the name of the game here in the united states take something that could be running well if properly funded and actually you know with a little oversight in the government take that government government project in the government and turn it into something private so that way people can make money off
6:10 pm
of it and maybe it runs as good or. just as bad it's frustrating because the people who utilize the postal service the most are often the people who are the least when it comes to being able to afford these private services and it's it is my lifeline for so many people i think about those and areas i think about the elderly population i think about all of the things that we get from the government that we have to fill out like right now we have the census but there is also people who utilize the mail service when they are sitting back there when they are filling out their tax information and things like that these individuals by and large are going to be the same people who are going to pay you know top dollar for some other private industry way of doing things exactly you know and that's the thing people forget the mail is one of the biggest and most important elements of infrastructure that every country not just about every country around the world should always funding try to keep ahead of the good there can be private you know there can be fed ex there can be other things out there that maybe do a little bit better job a little bit quicker job but at the end of the day you still need that basic
6:11 pm
service you should not just allow and that's to me when you talk about like how they vote under funded and how they've allowed things to fall apart while they're attacking a powerful union you know you see those attacks over and over again because they do they want to see it crumble and i think that we have to remember that this is been something that has occurred over multiple administrations the postal service has been around in this country for 245 that's a really long time and yes there are some innovations that they probably should have made awhile ago especially as as the internet e-commerce started really taking off and you know expanding their services and their product model there however our congress knows that there are so many people who depend heavily on the u.s.p.s. specifically again i'm going to fall very heavily on those who who get their medications at this service a lot of our senior citizens a lot of those who have lifesaving medications like these diabetes medication cancer drugs and all of these other things that come directly through this option
6:12 pm
it is rush trading that this is. that's something that more of our congressional leaders haven't taken seriously even though you have p.c.'s u.s.p.s. has basically been begging for over a decade now it's sad to see it said to see it i think it goes back to we're talking earlier it's a lobbying money you know u.s.p.s. as they don't have a big lobby on capitol hill because why their government agency the head of the day and you know the thing that also is important too is that this is this is one of those things mail and even snail mail as it's called you know that's a communication is a lifeline to people whether like you said they're getting drugs or just simply communicating with each other well if you want to maintain control of the populace you don't allow them to communicate as easily as they should you take that away you allow communication between only those who have not the have nots because of the have nots start talking to each other and then bad things can happen to the power structure when that happens you know as we can same throughout history but it is it is truly sad especially now when you see these postal workers they could be out of a job and they're also testing positive at times for the virus that we're trying to
6:13 pm
fight absolutely and there are enough precautions being taken these are people who again cannot work from home their job by its very nature requires them to be out here and to encounter not only the virus but also to be able to spread it and with the last budget we saw a lot of their health care get eradicated we also saw their their their pensions get eradicated down to single single dollars and this is just very frustrating because it is a grand storm of all things wrong happening at the same time to an agency that is the life line of the american public it truly is and if we ran that agency correctly and we funded it properly over the last 345 administrate you know probably for at least 3 that administrations have gone through the white house trouble by bush clinton too you'd see that as one of the forefront leaders in communication you could take that model and put him to maybe putting out a government sponsored wildfire whatever you want to call them things like but we're not seeing that because they have money but when you look at beckman operate
6:14 pm
and be able to manage an upcoming election that vote by mail is. not possible without the postal service so true so true all right everybody as we go to break remember that you can also start watching the hawks on demand through the brand new portable t.v. app which is available on smartphones through google play on the apple app store by simply searching portable t.v. or you can stream most to your t.v. by downloading the portable t.v. app on places like apple t.v. or online a portable dot to be horrible t.v. will be available we promise on more devices coming soon coming up this show the united states is still in immigration turmoil thanks to the covert 19 virus hunter course the trumpet ministration probably an immigration policies immigration attorney alan order joins us next to discuss stay tuned to watch the folks.

what is the difference between embarrassing gaps and elder abuse joe biden certainly excels at the former and maybe is the big them of the latter we are told mention of mental health is off limits to what degree is the public the right to know. is your media a reflection of reality. in a world transformed. what will make you feel safe. isolation community. are you going the right way or are you being that. direct. what is true what is faith. in the

world corrupt. you need to. join us live. or remove those. i don't trust medical authority at all ever and the reason for that is i had this horrible autoimmune disorder growing up and it turns out it was completely alleviated with very drastic dietary measures and i went to a number of doctors to discuss what happened to me and i was basically laughed at like diet has nothing to do with our immune disorders so my suggestion to people who have health issues they can't figure out if they're going to see a medical professional and they've been going for 10 years and they're still in the same place they should probably take it upon themselves to start testing things out testing out diet testing out exercise and try and figure out things on their own.
6:17 pm
from boston to miami to louisiana and across the country u.s. immigrations and customs enforcement has come under fire for their continued failure of policies procedures and well you know basic safety practices since the rise of the covert 19 pandemic. in louisiana not one but 2 detainees have recently tested positive for the virus meanwhile in florida the miami herald is now reporting that despite an immigration inmate at the chromed detention center in miami dade testing positive for covert 19 for weeks u.s. immigration and customs enforcement has repeatedly told the herald that no detainees in their custody in florida have tested positive and finally in boston
6:18 pm
massachusetts immigration courts have remained open despite immigration attorney susan church having a family member test positive for the virus and her being in court she recently told. news in greater boston that all the federal immigration system cares about is harming and hurting immigrants at any cost including the cost of the health of our judges and our core officers and everybody else who has to go in and out of those courtrooms well joining us now to discuss this lack of care and massive failure safety failures in the u.s. immigration system and ice is immigration attorney eleanor allen always a pleasure having you on sort thank you for joining us. thank you for having me so alan i got to ask you know how it's probably pretty obvious but how dangerous is it leaving these immigration courts open for cases at this point and why haven't we seen it across the board closing down of immigration courts or at least something better a better system put in place for the safety of all involved not just the immigrants
6:19 pm
detained or otherwise. so i'm going to try to read the stories tonight that you've already done together and sort of stay at the u.s. post office is one of the largest employers of immigrants 1st generation immigrant minority women and women of color 'd is almost 62 percent and that's the reason that they don't have the protective gear thing reason that they're not going in and doing i think if they got they don't care about him or immigrants and immigration and but on top of that what it also is that they don't care about the u.s. citizen and we're told these jobs because it's not yes people who are being detained that are there are lawyers for the guy. our province lawyer as well as anyone who has a job in the government that is pertaining to those potential that are people who bring with food in people who work the jail cells people who clean the facilities all those things are great concern but in addition to that one of the things that we have just recently found out today that one of them is the government is doing which isn't really doing it for the world and now they are defaulting people from the facility and also supporting people with the coping one team does the other
6:20 pm
areas of the world which is a drain problem today it was reported they deported 19 haitians and of those 940 nations one of them as the vase a for the disease into a place if you deport the one who has a disease to an island has already been ravaged by a different issue they're not going to be able to fight the crimes i mean to fight disease which the earlier been able to fight but honestly makes me sick to my stomach the word now deporting people who we know are sick to other countries further spread around spreading this disease that makes me sick to my stomach when we are and it's actually it may be a crime i mean there's a lot of crimes that are going on and once again this issue isn't just about the training this is about all people who are behind bars who are not going into a license who are not a danger is deciding what he's done is it has changed the way that we work that we're now working from home is also going to change the way that we detain and sort of think we're going to take your we know that it off or did you think when
6:21 pm
a person then it doesn't really we definitely don't want to have the die on the u.s. control because then we have lost the government and a law that i think. wow. according to court 8 percent of u.s. doctors are non-u.s. citizens working here in the united states in fact many of them are immigrants and non-citizens are on the front lines right now fighting coping 100 right here how do you think those numbers play into the recent lawsuit brought on by the american immigration lawyers association calling for an immediate suspension of u.s. citizenship and immigration services benefit deadline and maintenance of status for non immigrants in the u.s. . for the vice president or them or another. for would support the numbers under reported one in 4 doctor is an immigrant makes for so therefore it is on the whole or in the. farm where all the borders are closed we know that this is a reference problem that they would not occur in the significant burns the
6:22 pm
individuals that are here in the immigrants that are once again more focused on for . a bigger work. they. are working or if. they work in new. orleans. we need are already is just always we don't have our people are. totally against the constitution the united states it would seem to sort of hold back. it's truly incredible what you know just seeing how there's this you know spider webs out in the time of calls of how this one issue of immigration is kind of reaching into all different parts of our of our of our culture and our infrastructure here are the mounting cases in places like louisiana and florida and the lack of transparency from ice that seems to always follow whenever whenever a new scandal erupts like the one you're talking about earlier today what should we
6:23 pm
expect moving forward into this pandemic unless there are massive changes to our immigration system is this going to be more of the same does it get worse and worse and worse the less we do and if we don't change anything soon. i think it's going to follow exactly what i believe on monday we're going to be a lot of death right i mean that's the true answer they're going to be a lot of death and there's really not a concern to follow up with that and then there's going to be a map of the back and saying that i didn't know but i think in this in this area we should look at him right across the board because also those there are a lot of large immigrant population a doctor and they may move dock next week there's a large consideration for people who are called essential workers who are the farm workers who are in the field making sure they have the best will that go to the grocery store that then come to our aid there are a lot of immigrants that work at those jobs the grocery stores those restaurants that are open right now that are eating up and making sure that we're able to provide that so we should look under our immigration law with their special consideration for people help in wartime and then grant those people some form of
6:24 pm
status that means undocumented people are great at the moment that if that means that people who have been waiting for years for a visa are just automatically given that that is because that there are things now's the time to record record represent our understand what immigrants add to our society and stop holding them back in addition to that all those people who are detained whether they be immigrant or u.s. citizen whether they're african-american are not should be released unless they are a danger to society there is no reason to hold people and the feeling of guilty because we know what this violent crime or this ballot barak will do would it get them to low income neighborhood which we see in chicago. d.c. and new york and we know that the health care facilities within these didn't just aren't up to par and we know that they're not testing them every day i mean that's really probably not even testing regular americans and then they're really it's just poor management. it completely and i could not agree with you more and thank you for saying that about the release of people who are a danger to society we need to have them released and we need to be taking taking
6:25 pm
care of them and not allowing them to die i'm frozen of this virus or anything else thank you again always coming on today and discussing these issues with us alan always a pleasure sir. you got any. yes these last few weeks have been brutal living under all things covert 19 but even with all the desperation hanging in the air we've had the humanity of still kept our humor in our hearts and laughter in our bellies take this bakery an ear for germany where owner and top baker forced and rob started turning out yes coronavirus cupcakes i said cupcakes because who doesn't want to buy a wrist cupcake made of mars a pound of new good. but a virus kickstart to your liking don't forget to head over to chef hong kong spot in 100 vietnamese where you can get a big fat wait for it corona burger or what about the toilet paper cake courtesy of tipsy space bakery in chicago i mean look there's nothing like

recently wrote you said that cutting red tape and help here has unleashed waves of energy and ingenuity to deal with this in 19 are you saying we're doing well with this well we did really poorly at the beginning i mean there are a lot of there's going to be a report i have to supply all over talking about how badly the bureaucratic framework we're leaders not taking it seriously but in the last 2 or 3 weeks we've done a great job and the key to that was throwing away the rule books they threw away all rule books i mean not none of what they're doing at temporary hospitals bringing in doctors and nurses from other states if we tell a medicine for everyone else none of them has legal under the old law rules prohibit it all of it as the president. then up to the job in your opinion. not to be giving
6:30 pm
certainly not i mean again in the last 3 weeks i think there's been a lot of effort good effort by everybody including the president you say that at the end of all this said needs to be a temporary recovery authority what would that authority do well it would it would waive rules that get in the way of people getting back to work and made us ranks 55th in the world in the ease of starting a business just ahead of niger in just behind afghanistan i mean did it take you have to go to 10 different agencies to get a permit to start something that's ridiculous you also said so this this temple grandin at were in an actor much then.
