been a very safe place and one that was so proud of its health people won't come to a community aid or visit a hotel if it isn't absolutely clean and the food healthy and i think what happens from it perhaps a bad choice of words i'm not even sure what the word was but the reality is what i was saying it wasn't broken and sco we really were ready to continue as we were and we would show the whole world that we were safe from wonderful place great entertainment great food great conventions in accra limitless to happy lives whether you can imagine so is a long term the lead time and the laws it is time to survey says the vegas will open in certain degrees over the next month or so will have if they have tables they'll be separated separated from slot machines no nightclubs. restaurants.

everything was clean and i could be assured of good health absolutely if i could be assured it was a good health and clane other than that you know to suppose on something we've never shut this country down we certainly and that's not even my or all my only concern is a spade in nevada where we are a tourism and convention state you know you but you can it with all the things you say with this kind of virus which you admit is a virulent virus you have with all things and all the hotels of cleanliness and everything you can't guarantee safety. health care no no i left they were everywhere well the question is on the other hand this hour long should we be clones could have gone on for 234 years then what's happening to our state it's gone what happens to future generations what happens to all these people

who've lost their jobs then they'll lose their homes and then what do you have the you have not thanks were brave people and what we need to do is be working on and which i am fully in favor of as i said we were not broken in this city a las vegas we were clean we've not had an epidemic we have not had any complaints you may not had we have constant inspections we have laws we have ordinances we have everything to keep everybody as safe as possible right the problem is this as possible and with a virus like this it's not possible mayor you cannot tell me that las vegas would be safe and open right now you cannot would be that would be absurd and oh well in looking at las vegas's you know there was confusion on the part of some that the city of las vegas is a confined area and the whole of what's called las vegas is unincorporated

clark county and other municipalities i was not referring to them i was referring to our city that prides itself in its cleanliness good health and safety strip is not in your city right you know basis not us we have no actually this is a lot of this. yes a little man. you know had i been they asked there was a preemptive comment by a person who actually was brand america under one of the previous administrations talking about how the city has no jurisdiction now in this county it's absolutely true we are confined to this city back down trees and i'm very proud of what we do because we do not that i would say anything different anywhere else but we have this area and so to know the pride the excellence of all the people to small

my job you got to go by the masks and all that kind of stuff so i just think we lost or lost the that didn't have the leadership from the white house that you should have in terms of a crisis. oh we have trump economic advisers predicting dire forecasts about unemployment saying it could surpass 20 percent they also say that they're looking at an economic recovery in the 2nd half of this year who's right. and then that's wishful thinking if i ever heard it back i mean i don't know how larry i don't know how we get out of this we're going to recover you know we've been through bedtimes before not not of bettors us in our lifetime. but we're resilient and creative and a strong people i know we're we're going to come out of it but it's going to take a long time and right now get this 20000000 jobs were lost in april there are
