federal law prevents you from i did not find people as having a contract with a disease or disclosing their health information their personal health information and yet when we look at what's happening with these contact tracing apps that is exactly what's taking place now the app companies that are doing it are saying hey we're not going to put verifiable information but in the cases of the states you're talking about including tennessee they are putting out that information and it's a law enforcement seems to be doing it and it's interesting because you know back when you had like you know the hiv aids epidemic you know you had all that going on it was the patients had to report it wasn't the other way around but you know scotty could policies like this end up hurting the fight to control and even reduce the number of calls at 1000 cases that were saying. well that's a thing unfair and this is what is uniting oddly enough when there's so much controversy going on republicans and democrats in the a.c.l.u. as well as conservative groups saying wait a minute i thought the whole goal in trying to control the coronavirus in the spread of it was identifying it and all this is going to do is make those that
