out quote we have claimed for electoral purposes the commonwealth of pennsylvania which won't allow legal observers the state of georgia and the state of north carolina each one of which has a big trump lead additionally we here by claim the state of michigan if in fact there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported that tweet has been labeled by twitter as quote disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process now and are to see those tweets you actually have to go to the president's twitter page and then click on a disclaimer in order to see those tweets they don't show up in people's news feeds and it's quite quite a concern there not a single republican has been able to look at any one of these mail ballots they could be from mars as far as we're concerned or they could be from the democratic national committee joe biden could have voted 50 times as far as we know a 5000 times. the ballots could be from camden. philadelphia unfortunately and

a lawyer and political analyst christian mancera about president president claims a fraud. coming out and saying that there is some foul play without having concrete evidence falls into the narrative of the last hole 'd weighs claims of the president is igniting the divide and making claims without any evidence but it does portray a scenario where the president is saying it's definitely a weird situation where he was winning and many key states and now all the states are of which are in most cases controlled by democrats and an extreme left leadership are now trying to in some way make these maly ballots count in order for the election to be handed into joe biden so i would not agree with me and explain that you think that there are more important things right now to more involved and to go out and generate more divided more emotion but i do

a mixed reaction to trump's speech up 2 am that when he came out all smiles by saying this is far from over and it's not the blue wave as many we're protecting it's you're quite right inside but i mean still a lot of people thought you know what pre-election this is just a lot of people saying all that we're going to fight about but they didn't maybe expect it to actually get to this point i'll be surprised that i actually got to a point of 2 presidential candidates saying we're going to go to court well 2020 and all that of course there was a new put it this is the worst case scenario if one of them had won in a blue polls indicated you know it would be far it would be the sword the new president the other would be forced to concede the clues through these the mall worst case scenario it is because there's no room to contest the election i mean there were 50 observers for the entirety of the united states though there was no you know there's no outside 'd observers who you could then ask. people who have

probably for more of republicans think this is the entire voting apparatus is rigged and nonetheless the betting odds are very clearly in favor of biden you despite you know all the recounts that are going to come i don't think it's going to change the outlook and the other thing to remember is that last night was a devastation for the democrats it just it just was. there's no sense in which the republicans lost last time when the democrats won it was an overwhelming defeat actually for the democrats with the exception of the presidency and trump. well you said the recounts perhaps won't change what what you know the possible outcome of the election but we also heard from trump and even biden who said that things are going to be taken at the supreme court do you think that this election is going to begin to be battled out in legal battles as opposed to the ballot box

you know it absolutely will be. you know here's the thing and i'm talking to you now you know winston i and there's an acquiescence in american culture tonight that biden's going to be the next president. and and and and a lot of trumps statements that he's made over the last 24 hours her consider why are they considered to be unsporting by some other people you know a heroic champion of the great cause this will go on for probably 2 months all the way up into the end of the year nonetheless there's an accurate sense that in fact biden has won the presidency i would say and the betting odds are have been that way since this morning so i don't think that whatever the court challenges are going to change anything with the possible exception of wisconsin where you have some implausible numbers that are coming out and i've seen a lot of

a lot of convention online about these strange amount of turnout which seems like you know beyond belief level of turnouts and so there seemed to be a lot of mystically manufactured votes in wisconsin i'm not sure that actually changes the outcome though but look this is a tremendous failure of the american system i don't know what else to tell you usually after every election people are like well we argued a lot debated things a lot but now the system has worked this year. that is not happening there's nobody in this country who thinks the system actually worked it was either rigged or it's broken or it didn't work or something so this in a strange way at least at the presidential level the election really settled absolutely nothing and scary to say that that it's very sad for me as american to say that. what you mentioned the suspicions about what's going on in wisconsin i want to ask you about what you think about trump's claims of voter fraud do you

think we're going to see any evidence about that. i think there's going to be plenty of evidence about that and the reason is that the voting this year took an unprecedented turned i mean this is not a normal year i mean there's all this covert thing going on everybody is scared to go out so then made all sorts of exceptions for mail in ballots. not to mention the fact that social media it was impossible to pull up any normal you know mainstream app at any point in the last 6 weeks where the dominant theme wasn't get read should devote go out and i've nursed anything like it like i've never seen a voter push like this get your mail in ballot you know get get it out i mean social media has been manipulated in this election banning accounts that are not quite to their liking pushing people to do this to do that i mean it's been the been the most manipulated election certainly in my lifetime there's no question about that and we all know which way the manipulation is going so this is this is

not a mystery right this is not we all know which way the social media giants were leaning the way the major media was leaning so of course you know if biden ekes out this little bit does time in victory with a couple of states that swing swing states where there's some suspicious ballot. you know wyden comes becomes president with with on almost you know with very little the gentleman say and certainly no you know serious consensus so there will be no mandate for biden and this will last for 4 years which is very interesting situation politically for for the united states especially since the democrats failed to turn up for that for the house the house they lost apparently 5 seats and the student senate is complete control the g.o.p. and not to mention that the supreme court is ari a done deal so by and becomes a basically a lame duck for 4 years where you know half of the american public will consider to

be. a fake president to seems to be more or less where we are right now which which is not unprecedented in american history in the 19th century the stuff used to happen all the time it's just that since world war 2 we've never seen anything quite like this before ok well let's stay on the topic of joe biden for a minute in his recent speech actually called for americans to unite and not treat political opponents as enemies do you find that statement contradictory by any chance coming from the former vice president. he's been making an enemy of champ and the republicans now for 4 years has has everybody on that side of the aisle. by the way i appreciate the sentiments i mean like at some level americans are just fed up with with politics it's invaded our lives as to an unbelievable extent and and i would say that a large number of americans are just pray for some peace and normalcy and especially to get away from the lock downs and the hysteria and all the things that have you know been an unbelievable invasion of people's rights in the last year

especially so there's a certain ring of truth to what he's sane say and i would say is politically smart from to take that sort of conciliatory attitude at this point and let bygones be bygones you know but we'll see i don't think that a lot of the people that are dedicated to trumpet of work so hard for israel's action including the you know hundreds of thousands of moves people have turned out to israel as of last month are ready to let this go and so there's can be a lot of screaming and gnashing of teeth over the next. 30 to 60 days already leading up to the to the end of the year absolutely so biden can just say magic words that everybody recognize me as president this go back to a normalized peaceful i don't think it's any chance that he enters office my guess is as the weakest president in post-war history. or do you think about the possible

consequences of the delays in the final results do you think this could lead to some serious tension or even serious violence spilling onto the streets as a result. we've seen a little bit of thought but i must say much less than i would have expected actually i mean said the tramp voters are particularly violent people actually. there's a lot of anger on line and a lot of conspiracy theories there's going to be a ramping up and cranking up over the next over the coming days but to be truly you have to understand american culture is exhausted at this point of politics last time it was one of the most exhausting days in people's lifetimes they expected to have a winner last night it didn't materialize they will come to this morning with the odds complete the going the other direction there's a lot of suspicion a lot of you know what's going to happen is my prediction. pardon me here's what i think is going to happen americans are going to become more cynical about politics than they've been in 80 years that i would say the system has been to some extent

not entirely discredited but almost entirely discredited. as i say half of the american public who are not considered by and the real president and it's true that a lot of people of thought that about trouble. but nothing like this i would say so biden will have almost no power especially with a republican senate and a house that's that's leaning republican and a blue wave that failed to materialize i mean you do need to understand the democratic party with their identity politics and their left wing dreams for green new deal and everything else has been completely smashed i mean last night last night it was devastating far more for the democrats and it was for trump and let me just add one last thing. a lot of republicans are actually in their hearts like secretly slightly relieved to be done with don't show up as long as much as

a number of police unions and people who didn't want to see their white picket fence neighborhoods ruined now the law and order doctrine also embolden some of trump's more radical supporters so that seeing armed right wing militias and anti for freely walking around the streets of american cities became a new reality and one of both candidates done to fix all this point the finger is also what it is using raese what's going on and he doesn't want to see a lone order because you can't because you lose his radical live supporters proud about stand back and stand by but i'll tell you what tell you what somebody has got to do something about the and the left because this is not a right as we know is a direct this is a. guy who says the radical left would you she wasn't is a on both sides of the political spectrum we've got armed groups white nationalists proud boys right wing militias and the whole bunch so what exactly will happen when the election is over well everyone just sit down and decide to accept the results.

the democrats and republicans oppose those houses the problem is that our electoral system. we have a plurality winner single member districts when you take all system. which encourages people to vote for the lesser evil the most people are voting against the other major party rather than for their own party. so i think if we can change the electoral system in place the electoral college with a national popular vote using right choice voting for presidential elections i think the greens will move way up and in the boat we get currently the state in the us is kind of how how it harkens mentioned it's people for trump and people who hate trump that's what they're voting about and they're there strategically choosing one of the major parties it's not that they necessarily agree with the platforms of those parties and was that there is a lot of oh i pods criticism voting for

a 3rd party actually can create problems more problems and build and just wason the device and because that essential steaming quote from parties that would actually when for example the republicans or the democrats in this particular case why it is so close and those states that were saying you know sometimes even less than a percentage point how would you react to people who say that if i had to choose we want 21 of the major parties i would flip a coin because i equally dislike both of them. the difference between the republicans and democrats is mostly about personality and style when it comes to the substance of the issues they're both for the deficit spending they're both for spending and taxing too much they're both for continuing the wars and those are things that libertarians oppose and even grains oppose some of that stuff as well so i actually like it when the republicans and democrats get mad at libertarians

because it causes them to focus on us and it gives us an opportunity to say hey here's why you guys are wrong and here's why we won't vote for you this is what we stand for what we need real political parties that actually have members i mean what we have now are 2 major parties you tell the state which party you're in in order to vote in their primaries there's no local organization. no local chapter the party no you don't agree to a set of principles and they do sort of party to join you just tell the state which party you are so the electorate is admires and disconnected from the political process. let's now take a look at the current electoral situation different reports are coming in from key states that are still counting their ballots risa recently michigan went blue with its 16 electoral votes going to joe biden but trump's team earlier filed lawsuits to halt the count there as well as in pennsylvania joe and georgia so the final result still remains in doubt republicans have also called for

a recount in wisconsin. only a small number of states remain up for grabs right now it appears biden has secured 264 electoral votes and trump has taken 214 as the struggle continues for the white house state here with r.t. international for continuing coverage.
