while i can tell you that it's been a while since the polling stations closed and the country still doesn't have a president elect and like you were saying it looks like we're going to remain in this limbo for quite a while with several states announcing delays in the counting and as you can see like you were saying protests are breaking out in different parts of the country with the left side supporters pretty much challenge to chanting make sure every vote counts then on the other hand the pro trump protesters are screaming stop the vote stop the vote now what's that if not an indication of a lack of trust in the system i can tell you and remind you that ahead of the november poll donald trump called on his supporters to vote in person warning of potential fraud with absentee votes and mailed in votes now at this

point while the ballots are being counted and while we still don't know the result donald trump is pushing on with this idea banging the alarm over fraud and here is what we're hearing from his camp. not a single republican has been able to look at any one of these mail ballots they could be from mars as far as we're concerned or they could be from the democratic national committee joe biden could have voted 50 times as far as we know with 5000 times. the ballots could be from camden. philadelphia unfortunately and say this about my own city has a reputation for voter fraud you have a reputation with dead people voting and we're going to go look at just how many dead people voted here i don't think we have to do that but we will and you have a reputation of people being bussed in from camden voting here. so the president's side has already filed a lawsuit in georgia to make sure that the counting of absentee votes stops here

like you were saying that's already been done in 2 other states and this is being echoed by pro trump supporters in michigan that are saying that the votes from the counting must stop right here right now. to. us. in the yard. now at the same time it's worth having a look to how both candidates are behaving a little earlier we heard from donald trump that he's ready to proclaim victory now at the same time joe biden for instance was saying that he's sure that he's on track to do the same thing at this point though the democratic candidate is calling on the nation for unity so have

a listen to what exactly he said in one of his latest remarks once this election is finalized and behind us it will be time for us to do what we've always done as americans to put the harsh rhetoric of the campaign behind us to lower the temperature to see each other again to listen to one another tweet to hear each other again respecting care for one another. to unite to heal. come together as a nation so if we listen to joe biden does seem in a sense that he's talking as if he's already become president elect but that is not the case and it does sound a bit awkward when he's calling for unity and this kind of manner given the fact and just after remembering what the democrats were saying about. supporters in the

a lot of convention on line about these strange amount of turnout which seems like you know beyond belief level of turnout and so there seem to be a lot of mystically manufactured votes in wisconsin i'm not sure that actually change the outcome of the social media has been manipulated in this election banning accounts that are not quite to their liking pushing people to do this to do that i mean it's with been the most manipulated election certainly in my lifetime there's no question about that and we all know which way the manipulation is going so this is this is not a mystery right this is not we all know which way the social media giants were leaning the way the major media was leaning so of course you know if biden ekes out this little bit this time in victory with a couple of states that swing swing states where there's some suspicious ballot you know biden comes it becomes president with with on almost you know with very little the gentleman say and certainly no you know serious consensus so there will be no

mandate for biden and this will last for 4 years this is a tremendous failure of the american system i don't know what else to tell you usually after every election people like well we argued a lot we debated things a lot but now the system has worked this year. that is not happening there's nobody in this country who thinks the system actually worked it was either rigged or it's broken or didn't work or something so this in a strange way at least at the presidential level election really settled absolutely nothing because i think that there's a lot to contest i mean this is a election unlike any other with all of the mail in ballots with all the early voting we knew it was you could be chaotic from the beginning unless it was a massive landslide in either direction everyone were sort of expect that this was going to drag out and maybe drag out until december but by law we have to have a winner by december 12th i believe it is and this river is probably where this is

going to go no side is going to give up easily and i know we have all of these incredibly shady stories popping up 100000 ballots here for joe biden 120000 ballots in pennsylvania recently per job i'd offer joe biden what is this venezuelan voter fraud is a big concern we see this public now you know you know a little anomalies popping up here and there not statistical errors but we're seeing instances where people. got a mail in ballot and then they decide to vote in person so how we should ensure that they didn't vote twice all those ballots are canceled out we are seeing instances rigged or not being allowed to look at signatures on voter rolls not be able to verify voters that there are some districts that are being very close about how they're recounting the ballots why would you do that why would you want anything but transparency but yet where did this come from and i wouldn't put anything past the left of the democratic party look at the fraud that they have perpetuated on this nation blessed for years they still haven't conceded the 26 election no one but they're going to concede this one so it's well worth looking

into i would not put it past the democrat party to pull something like this. and that's 102016 candidates lost it despite the winning the popular star into the electoral the country's electoral college system. my colleagues tell us spoke with representatives from america's 3rd parties the libertarians on the greens a whether the current tea party domination gives americans any real alternatives

the one percent that libertarians get does play a significant role i don't know if libertarians or other 3rd parties are or will ever consistently get high enough to win a national election maybe not win in elections but impacting policy debates and reaching out to voters is what we do how it's going to pick up on something that was decided to go he said you know we're talking about a single percent support for thought party town today that's right it's kind of spread quite even 4849 for the republicans and democrats so it's almost sad to say that the republicans or democrats at this point represent the will of the majority of americans do you think that as you know you disagree with that absolutely i mean look at public opinion polls majority of americans want a green new deal which is what the green party is for to do with the climate crisis get the economy going again majority of americans want medicare for all in both the democrats and republicans oppose those houses the problem is our electoral system

we have we're only winners single member districts when you take all system which encourages people to vote for the lesser evil the most people are voting against the other major party rather than for their own party so i think if we can change the electoral system in place the electoral college with a national popular vote is the right choice voting for presidential elections. i think the greens will move way up and in the boat we get currently the state in the us is kind of how how it hearkens mentioned it's people for trump and people who hate trump that's what they're voting about and they're there strategically choosing one of the major parties not that they necessarily agree with the platforms of those parties and was that there is a lot of white hods criticism voting for a party actually can create problems more problems and build and just wason the

defense and because that essential steaming quote you know folks from parties that would actually when for example the republicans or the democrats in this particular case why it is so close and those states that were saying i sometimes even less than a percentage point how would you react to people who say that if i had to choose we want to any one of the major parties i would flip a coin because i equally dislike both of them. the difference between the republicans and democrats is mostly about personality and style when it comes to the substance of the issues they're both for the deficit spending they're both for spending and taxing too much they're both for continuing the wars and those are things that libertarians oppose and even grains oppose some ringback of that stuff as well so i actually like it when the republicans and democrats get mad at libertarians because it causes them to focus on us and it gives us an opportunity

to say hey here's why you guys are wrong and here's why we won't vote for you this is what we stand for what we need real political parties that actually have members i mean what we have now are 2 major parties you tell the state which party you're in in order to vote in primaries there's no local organization no local chapter of the party no you don't agree to a set of principles and they do sort of party the join and you just tell the state which party you're in so the electorate is adam honest and disconnected from the political process. well donald trump's received unprecedented scrutiny from the us establishment and mass media during his 1st 4 years of pres presidency with some even calling him the most dangerous president ever walk downstairs reports however it ends the election trump will go down in history is vowed to drain the swamp build the wall and make america great again they'll remember him

well on wednesday germany recorded 19990 new cases of covert 19 that's over the doomsday scenario that was put forward by angela merkel previously of 19200 a day it's also the 6th consecutive day that germany has seen over 15000 cases another german chancellor has said stick with me on this one lets talk it out through november and then perhaps we can ease some of the restrictions over the christmas period. he said so i don't think toughen up this decision depends on what we can achieve in november so if we have very sensible now then we will be able to allow ourselves more freedom for christmas but i don't think that there will be lavish new year parties we have to wait and see but it will be christmas and the chronic conditions but it should not be a lonely christmas. for. looking over the

border to the west and in france this bleak statistics coming out of libya around the the french health minister telling us that there was one new case of covert 19 in paris every 30 seconds someone was being admitted to hospital every 15 minutes. he paints a lot less. christmassy christmas time for french citizens saying that they are going to have to make plans around the coronavirus because the coronavirus won't make plans around them but earlier this week we did see demonstrations by high school students who were on happy with the level of love the level of social distancing the level of anti coronavirus measures that were put in place in their schools tear gas was used by the police at those demonstrations the schools in france went back on monday.
