be in line with your views. well, identity politics win or candidates elections in the future? i think it's only going to lose. i think it's going to continue to lose. and that terrifies a lot of people that terrifies a lot of very powerful people because they've built their identities on it, so to speak. they the whole, the whole identity politics. mission is something that people built. a lot of careers on. all they talk about is equity. which is, of course, stealing one group, giving to another, propping one group up over another sort of leveling the playing field by targeting certain groups now which troops deserve that is always going to be shifting and identity. politics is their greatest weapon to do that. at the moment, i think, and unity politics actually still stars a very powerful role in the electorate. reparations was due to people who were descendants of slaves. and so if that's the case and, and african-americans began to swell around that issue. democrats to fight. oh gosh,
10:31 am
we're in trouble, you need to back up this topic. we saw it in the election result that the voter, the american border is really interested in. what are you going to do for me? how my going to live another day? how am i going to put foot of the table? we have a lot of people that have like serious issues. and we need to just focus on the things that people are concerned about. the economy put in front of the table. so under it gets to school and being able to have a decent life and reaching the american dream and watching out international thanks for a company to not go back again. and how often i'll look forward to talking to you all. that technology should work for people. i really must obey the orders given a human beings, except we're such

a conflict with the 1st 2 that we should be very careful about a personal challenge. and at that point, all you see is a great thing to do with artificial intelligence, where something that the robot must protect its own existence is greetings and sally, you take more than 11000000 infected and close. 225-0000 are dead from the cold, with 19 pandemic here in the united states of america. globally, the number sit at
10:33 am
a roughly 55000000 cases and over 1300000 souls lost as we enter into the final month of 2021 of the most brutally tragic bizarre and pivotal years. so far here in the early 21st century, but thankfully, it appears that help may finally finally be on the way as not one but 2 too big. pharma conglomerates have recently announced that not one but 2. potential vaccinations against covert 19 are in the works. on nov 9th, the pharmaceutical giant pfizer in conjunction with its german partner bio and tak, announced a new vaccine with about a 90 percent success rate against the virus. then just 7 days later on monday, november the 16th, modernity announced to be world a coronavirus back scene that was 94 percent effective in preventing cope with 19 infections. these announcements have left many experts, health care professionals and big pharma executives like pfizer board member,
10:34 am
dr. scott gottlieb, exclaiming, the cable news host and talking heads worldwide that quote, the combination of the fact that a lot of the population will have already had coded combined with the fact that will be vaccinating the public with a highly effective vaccine. we could have affected lee end end of this pandemic in 2021 with our technology. but while ending covert nineteen's reign is without a doubt the best way possible for us to kick off 2021. that doesn't mean there isn't any controversy and whispers of conspiracies surrounding these vaccines and their potential implementation. for example, just days after pfizer's big announcement, common dreams, journalist, julie conley, reports that mass purchases of the vaccine by the world's richest countries have left more than 85 percent of the global population, namely the world's poorest. without any way to access this vaccination,
10:35 am
then there is also the civil liberty issues being brought up surrounding the disbursement of the vaccine and the potential orwellian monitoring of its recipients. like the c.d.c.'s be safe program for essential workers that involves smartphone monitoring of potential backs, nation side effects, or mit's recent development of a new way of transmitting a patient's vaccine history. by get this storing the data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that the, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine. creepy. yes. but maybe necessary. let the debate begin as we start watching the hawks. if you will, go on a city streets there. so you see this is this, you always stay safe. grace displays systemic dissent. says the late show which is so chilled
10:36 am
more than watching the ox. i am tired and i'm sick. and joining us today to discuss the controversy surrounding the potential vaccinations and their implementation is legal, media analyst, lion-el of leno media. always a pleasure, sir. how are you doing today? just fine. thank you so a lot. oh, well, no one will argue that a safe and effective vaccine against covert 19 is a bad thing. there are many, however, that feel that there are way, way, way, way too many unanswered questions surrounding a potential vaccination program. what are some of those major unanswered questions and some of the degrees of critic that we're not seeing these days around this vaccination? well, to my friends of truth, i will tell you this much. this is not an anti vaccine or address. i'm not talking
10:37 am
about the efficacy of vaccines or anything. i'm talking about something which you alluded to. mit has announced that when the vaccine is going to be given to you. there is a device used called in my crew needle, which will deliver a quantum dot guy, little nano crystal, a little little molecule of sugar that will provide on your person. the ability for individuals with an application to a smartphone, to read by virtue of this invisible but yet iridescent pulse message vaccine information. now the purpose for this, my friends is for those countries that are unable to deal with the pay burner and record and being able to, to keep track of vaccines. this will allow health officials or anybody to walk up with a, with a cell phone or sometimes smartphone with this application and just scan to see
10:38 am
when you have been vaccinated and it supposedly is good for 5 years. now, do i have to give you the implications of what this means without going full conspiracy theory? a term which means nothing. let me explain. they are going to mark you. mark you like cattle. we have never been marked. we've never been to, does this sound familiar, mark, ted, to serialize. i don't want to go full god, one on you here and you know, make it work. but nobody is even considering this. what i'm talking about. carry something in your wallet that says i have a driver's license. already been talking about something on your passport. we're not even talking about something that you carry on a smartphone. we're talking about something on your body that is going to be there
10:39 am
and i'm going to also read this, my dear friends. i wouldn't suggest that any government is not going to be on the level, but do what i really know what's going to be there for ever and my submitting myself . am i going to be in on star for the rest of my life? and i'm going to be trackable, i don't know, because nobody's asking any questions. many people are us because all i know is why they don't know anything about it. leaving these vaccinations entirely in the hands of big pharma who as we all know from the recent opioid epidemic, almost always puts profits over people. going to create a vaccination gap between the rich and the poor around the world. yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes and, but here's their argument. unfortunately, big pharma is the only body don't evil who can do big things to make big solutions for big problems. and it's always the way that is always. and we can get to that
10:40 am
because here is the thing that i wanted. and so appreciative of shows like this, i want to spend time taking all of the issues and talking about nobody's asking anybody to critically think critical thinking has gone the way of, i guess, tuner, the dodo bird. you know, but he's asking this, and i'm not suggesting that we should not have a vaccine. but i want people to understand that. is this going to be something that can be hoarded? and also i haven't even gone into the testing efficacies. i'm sure you've known to the great work that bobby kennedy, jr and others have done many been talking about that. but i also don't want to go biblical because i'm not a difficult scholar by any stretch of the imagination, but i have heard mark of the beast my entire life, and i was never sure what that meant. but we are now again serializing, you're going to be walking around with this now, and you know, my friends,
10:41 am
now ticketmaster and others are saying, if you want to go to a concert, you're going to be able to have to have something on your ticket that allows a stand to see, and that's one thing to scan your ticket to see when you receive the test or not. but what if you were in the scare and china, they've been doing this in terms of public transportation. let me ask you my friends, the following. we haven't even gotten into the fact of whether these should be mandatory and i didn't go into it not even talking about. but you could one day be precluded from entrance into, let's say, a concert store, a drug store employment, unemployment being public transportation subways. if you are scanned and your quantum die down does not register correctly, and we haven't even talked about come up malfunction or even allergic reactions. so this just slipped a slip of the radar, so to speak. but here's the thing,
10:42 am
this article that amount since last year. this is going around, this is not they, they hide this in plain sight. i'm not super. a researcher here, i just look at this. and this is been known for ever. and again, the reason for this is to is to help those people who have couple with with paperwork is called on medical records. well, i think, i think the idea is even yeah, not that i think the idea, i think that you bring up a lot of great point because i think the idea of like, you know, when you're using something like this in a, in a part of the world where there isn't a lot of good infrastructure, there is a lot of good record keeping. it could be helpful. however, if you make it part of the national, you know, as you say, branding of getting handing out these vaccines that it can create some areas where you have to question that. because look, we all know human beings, governments don't have a good history when it comes to putting, you know, the tattoos on people, as anyone from world war 2 and before, will tell you,
10:43 am
you know, so i mean again, and these are questions that we have to ask as a society and have to ask, are we ready for this or are there other ways? if there are better ways of doing this, you're one of those people who is always out there asking the right questions at the right time and maybe even the wrong time. but thank you so much as always for coming on line and always, a pleasure having you on sir. thank. while u.s., president, donald trump continues to try and create a constant nutritional crisis in order to hold on to his presidency and keep his creditors at bay. other nations around the world are going through their own election crisis, like the south american nation of peru, which is legitimately plunged into constitutional chaos. after that country's interim president manuel moreno called it quits this past week, and he stepped down following a priest class police crackdown that killed 2 protesters and injured dozens of others. are to use alex mahela, which as the story was that after less than
10:44 am
a week in office interim president, manuel, maybe you know, has stepped down and i want to make it known to the entire nation that i present my revokable resignation as president of the republic i call for peace and unity of all peruvians protests which have been going on for months, you heights with meeting or came to power last week. after an peach in his popular predecessor, martin discard his car as accused of bribery and mismanaging the country's response to the coronavirus. he pulled one of the world's longest and strictest lockdowns. it made march, a move many say devastated the nation's economy. well, the death toll continued to surge. as for the interim president, manuel merino, he has stated that congress acted within the law in making it chief of state. however, protesters say the move by legislators was nothing less than a parliamentary coupe. i am protesting against the institution that allowed merino
10:45 am
to assume the presidency. he is not our president, peruvian authorities harshly clamp down on protesters who oppose the government's actions. accusations of police brutality during rallies are widespread, and there are reports that 40 people have gone missing since the latest round of demonstrations began. the violent actions of security forces spurred, prominent peruvians and government and the business community to demand that marino step down. the politician did just that after a day of unrest in which 2 young protesters were killed and half of his cabinet resigned in anything or maybe no, no, please. mr. medina cannot stay one more minute in the government palace after what he has done to the peruvian people. i urge congress of the republic that today we fix this constitutional crisis is a move that, while peruvians cheered the decision on the street, that these leaders are preparing for what comes next. congress called an emergency session on sunday to find
10:46 am
a replacement for many of you. this is the worst political crisis for the nation in 2 decades. and some analysts say the situation has put peru's fragile democracy into a precarious position. parliamentary and presidential elections are scheduled for april and hopes are a newly selected interim president can hold things together. until then for watching the hawks on alex mahatma and in fact earlier today, peru announced that the country would choose french francisco. as the next caretaker, president's agusta is the country's 3rd president in a week. hopes are that he can help end this crisis as it continues. all right, my friends, it's time for us to go to break for remember, you can also start watching the hawks, which are on the man through the brand new portable t.v. app which is available on all platforms. coming up, we delve into the accusations of rape and violence that has emerged at one of the biggest universities in the united states. southern gothic stay tuned for watching

off flocking to the gold fields, hoping to strike it. rich is a good cause that you know, if i suppose that whatever children are torn between gold, my family was very poor. i thought i was doing my best to get back to school. which side will have the strongest appeal made to the movement that swept america as women came forward, forcing industries to hold man accountable for their sexual assault and harassment isn't done yet. the movement made headlines, bringing down some of america's most famous faces. like bill o'reilly, matt lauer, and of course the poster child of me to harvey weinstein. but for every famous face that got dismissed,
10:49 am
many more still lurk and pray from powerful positions. and i don't just mean hollywood illegal politicians. college athletes are also hiding their sexual misconduct in plain sight. case in point, louisiana state university ellis, she has had more than a few complaints filed against their prize, running back derrius guys. in early spring 2016, a member of the ellis, you diving team, told her coach and the athletic department administrator big ice raped her friend after she passed out at a party. in april 27th team, a 2nd rape allegation against guys emerged. there are safeguards that are supposed to be in place to protect against campus sexual violence. but that's not what's happening in ellis, you at all. in every case, university leaders either didn't believe the women chose not to investigate or didn't even bother to call the police. so guys just kept running, running the football scoring points for ellis, you and running from accountability of the sexual abuse allegations against him. a
10:50 am
usa today investigation found that things are a lot more grim and ellis, you, and not just limited to guyse. a pattern of ignoring complaints, denying the rights of victims and woefully leaving them in danger is the norm for the university. in fact, at least 7 ls, you officials knew wide receiver drake davis was physically abusing his girlfriend, a female fellow student athlete. and they did nothing in a separate situation of returning a member, sexually assaulted 2 women but was not removed from classes he shared with one of the victims. and it's not just athletes that are getting a free pass usa today found 3 cases where sexual so perpetrators were not suspended or expelled in these student athletes at all. joining us now, some pakis devastating usa investigation and more is author and legal analyst. welcome agent. thanks for having me. well, adrian, you've written a book on sexual harassment in the workplace. you lecture on it and have spoken out
10:51 am
many times about campus sexual abuse in the era of need to why do you think campus sexual abuse? like what we've seen it eludes you, is that being taken seriously. unfortunately, sexual abuse, sexual violence against women in particular isn't something that individual stakes seriously. even post need to, as we saw today, was largely about morphed into focusing on very wealthy prominent white women and experience since that they had with one particular individual or a series of individuals. and yet, when it comes to society at large and the world in which we need to live is just a common occurrence of every day. actually getting some kind of action to be taken on your behalf. it's very difficult, especially when our society does not make it a focused and sexual violence. you know, one of the many important questions here is what liability is there for universities that just sweep sexual abuse under the rug. i mean that schools like,
10:52 am
you know, as you were so much money is made from having a top football team. do you think that that element contributes to the reaction to the running backs case of him just getting away scot free every time? unfortunately i do think that definitely plays a role in part because it's not individual brings considerable power to the table even if it's just by virtue of their athletic skills. the fact is that they generate money for this school. and i'm to also, when you kind of with that alongside the fact that our society is not focused on eliminating sexual violence. it's kind double whammy. and it largely been falls. young women who are attending these institutions and ask for what eles new possibly has to luhansk. before really that struck administration came in with betsy, the boss and her kind of carving out. i don't mind title 9 was that in terms of ensuring that you have that federal law that prohibited sex discrimination in education. and the parameters that were set up largely by the obama administration
10:53 am
and what they called the dear colleague memo. and a lot of percussion or caution that i am different or amateurs in terms of how we interact with and handle media choose and these kind of circumstances. and unfortunately, a lot of those have been rolled back and major and it's not just athletes that are taking advantage of women on campuses. how do you think rape culture plays into campus? sexual assault culture is definitely a problem. as we've seen recently with the movements we've seen on our society, especially those that are far right extremist, and we see them being based upon it's kind of very neat, toxic masculinity. we have in cells proud the way all of these individuals coming together that are essentially invested in subjugating women. and now particularly young people, all those that are on their way into college are unfortunately being indoctrinated by that because we hear it. they see the association, me and we need jens,
10:54 am
they see the pride in that and they want to be a part of it. so they bring that with and to a college culture. and when you do not have any kind of precautions in place and also a student ministration, that is ensuring that it's taking sexual violence seriously. all you're going to continue to have is victimizing without any kind of accountability. you mentioned earlier in the trumpet, ministration, member brooks, who divorces, department of education kind of point crashed and loose with campus sexual assault and around it. and how people can comply back against a common issues and sexual assault are under reporting you know, the victim and perpetrator relationships and lacks a policy of force within the schools. you know, what can be done at a federal government level to end campuses sexual assault and within the university itself there needs to be a crackdown. there needs to be more investigation and also helping is the issue. and what we've seen with alice is that that apartment education under the obama
10:55 am
administration had launched a sex from a nation investigation into the school back on august 26th. i mean, but unfortunately that investigation was you drop and miss the trump administration in july 28th inning. and they big claim that that was because the individuals signal want to cooperate anymore. but the reality is that's a 3 year spanning investigation, not individual had problems graduated college at that point in time. because if you do not seek to render justice in an expedient fashion, conducting these investigations in an expedient fashion, to make sure that you get the information you need and come to a conclusion, then you're just essentially, no people are going to want to contribute any more they want to move on with their lives. so actually having that investment where you have investigations and that there are penalties that can go a long way in terms of stopping this sexual violence, rape culture that is going on in the college campuses. and agent, is there anything that can be done in terms of empowering the women?
10:56 am
because oftentimes we talk about, you know, what we want to see happen to the guys in the perpetrators. but there are still women who are battered and bruised and go through their lives, carrying on the trauma of having this happen to them, regardless of what ends up happening to the perpetrators themselves. what is your, or what one of you talked about at some of your sessions in some of your writings around what young women can do to help you know, move forward after something like this is tragically happened to them. everybody's journey is different and individual and you need to band and they have to do what works for them. whether it's speaking out or seeking counseling. but definitely knowing your option and being cognizant of the side effects and how it can impact your life. and being aware of that and thinking that support back can go the distance. but i think the main goal is to focus on individuals or the rank burgers, as they are the problem. it's not the women and the onus should not on them to fix the situation. or could the group be more of another? does one of the biggest problems we see in, you know,
10:57 am
the male side of culture is that we're not, you know, that men are not stepping forward to police themselves at a rate that needs to happen in order for movements like me to and moving beyond what we saw happen to you and i want to say thank you so much for coming on today and educating our audience. pleasure having you on and keep up the great work out there. thank you so much. i think that's the real truth of his, of men have to start stepping up and really policing this if we're going to see this because it comes from a lot of these cases come from member began. no, you're absolutely correct. i think that's one of the failures of me too. you know, just being tossed to wealthy white women. the other, the other side of it is that men have to learn how to, to how to showcase the character of what it means to be a man outside of sexual prowess. and we're still a long way from seeing that happen. and men have to be able to assert a certain level of example for other young men about how they are to treat women and hold each other accountable. if you see something that you don't like that you know was sexual harassment, you've got to step up and grab
10:58 am
a hold of your boys and say ok star. this is wrong and teach them you know and hold them accountable. already everybody that is our show for you today. remember in this world we are told that we are loved up. so i tell you all i love you and i let me keep on watching all those hawks out there and have a great day and night. everybody during the vietnam war, u.s. forces, also bombs, neighbor, unless there was a secret war. and for years the american people did not know how much the mouth carry back to country per capita. all human history, millions of unexploded bombs still in danger, lives in this small agricultural country. when and how it's happening there. even
10:59 am
today, kids in laos, fall victim to bombs dropped decades ago. is the us making amends for that tragedy? and what help do the people need in that little land of mines? there's a lot on the boombox list nationally. big city bright lights, huge opportunities and many dangers. blatantly to it's also a city where not just 300000 crimes are committed by the must win but it will bring your most still to the reserve least one police officer think every $200.00 residents in russia's capital cost on the list of people like me that will not go up, boysen, you know what,
11:00 am
i'm to most fishing for things we follow russian forces that enter into going ahead of back to up hold a cease fire between on niña and as a this is something of a surreal experience because you see behind us, russian peacekeepers standing together with is it about johnny troops very close together and just behind the union? these are the new territories for nations turn to russia in the hope of securing a good 19 vaccine. and i was right. it is in talks to take up the spotlight. the job we are fresh is long, it will be before the virus is bates. and i'm saying february when 70 percent of the population will have gotten this infection. but this fire.
