what the. rate of casualties were whether it's bad guys or are collateral damage of innocent civilians so by the ministration seems to be reverting back to the reporting requirement once again and tightening up on the rules of engagement and. in one sense it's good in terms of the use of drones in a counterterrorism format particularly when you're dealing with controllers who who are residing in the vada and guiding these drones half a world away and and based upon rather limited intelligence and and that's the problem is is the how good is your intelligence going to be and determining whether or not to engage a drone and in fact 1111. hit

like you know we criminal. i just don't know how. cool is or countries could get together and agree on a sort of. government is kinds of situations well and one of the countries that's really emerged as turkey and mr maloof you know they would turkey's emerge as one of the premier makers of armed drones present on just an outside a arabia is actually going to seek to buy these armed drones from turkey which is funny we know the history between turkey and saudi arabia has not been well since hamas is murder in this case is this going to be what does it mean when a country like turkey is becoming one of the main sources for drones for around the world what does that give them an advantage. well they're trying to develop their their military industry independent of the united states now ironically turkey got it drone technology from israel years ago but they've been able to enhance and they're developing their own markets for it and they're actually exporting them as you point out to saudi arabia and they were also heavily used by as

a by john in the. region so it's a it's a form of moneymaking for for them and i'm sure turkey will be looking to to undersell the united states and other exporting countries of drones so that they can corner the market it would be to their benefit because their common me. in the toilet basically well i really am scared of a country that develops their economy based on military i mean look at offending united states i mean we obviously roll a lot with the military industrial car they want to get that they want to become more independent i want to become more independent up of nato and the united states and the fact that the united states took them off the f. $35.00 and they're looking for alternative ways and i might add that these drones you're talking about of that counterterrorism level there are these drones also will be used they're being experimented with it and a hypersonic way but also to accompany the new f.

35 or so and also upcoming 6th generation and this is something even the u.k. is working on and looking at drones in place using fighter aircraft well and then i go back to the point of the fact that you just said it's like you have don't have the intelligence of the people on the ground this is being operated for a 100 so there's so much that could go wrong with this picture when you have this lack of control you know policy and laws mr by far only meant something to people who abide by them terrorists or militias guess what they don't really abide by laws so even this a fact you know how effective are about the drone warfare in syria particularly should the u.s. be worried about these rogue groups gaming control of drones and just basically going wherever they want because they're not going to buy by any rules we put in. well if you're asking me yes that they they are not going to abide they are used a number of actually used. as actually use it against our troops and also against syrian troops already that they're very crude but they're effective and they've got

used them in iraq so you know they're going to continue use them they're not going to abide by any international standard and i mean that's that's ludicrous and i would say that other countries that have that capability similarly will not abide by any international standard well and misters i remember again for the last run it's because technology where are you having issues right here what are the chances of failure in technology and between the communication between the drone in the base that's ordering it and is that something that could actually cause a major problem in communication between 2 countries who might already be at war with each other. mr israel. out of this group i mean i think there's always the risk that i think. the would you would think probably in favor of drills as it is the cost of failure is likely less than if you could. but certainly you want to use you know because.

you know there is a growing problem arising in northern california a thriving abandoned vehicles which was piling up but why didn't the city taking action well depends on who you ask are to correspond at the toughest week takes a look into what residents and the city are saying. when you think of oakland you could picture the bay area and expensive homes or you could think of the area's surging homeless population well according to some residents both of those realities are actually affecting the city's growing eyesore of abandoned cars oakland residents are speaking out about more abandoned vehicles turning up around town and according to some despite paying their taxes the city is doing little to help overcome the issue kesha henderson a local resident says these cars aren't just accumulating in homeless encampments she says a car was left in her own driveway a neighborhood crime and prevention council says it's not just an eyesore but that

these vehicles are what they call track cars storing drugs and firearms other cars are stripped down by the homeless population as they use them as shelter bowl beautification projects spearheaded by residents are in the making some claim the city isn't quick to tow these vehicles since it's in east oakland some residents say the issue isn't happening on the other side of town all residents say can take up to 3 months for the city to take action city representatives say crimes are cleaned up within 25 days the city of oakland has a 311 line for clean up services including abandoned vehicles in 2020 there were almost 1000 reports of cars left by the roadside so the city council set aside $150000.00 to oaklands abandoned out of detail for towing as residents become increasingly upset over the issue the city of oakland maintains they are a lot of resources to help get these abandoned cars off the streets reporting for news just waits r.t.

water what we do have to have is target economic stimulus we need the infrastructure bill that will bring joe directly to communities we have to vest and green energy which is growing at 2 times the rate of employment as the fossil fuel industry is we have to ensure that we are providing the type of technical. the technology based education systems where people can have the certifications to have the jobs of the future and sort of focusing on the jobs of the past things like coal mining and working on the little pipelines those were great careers of the 1900 teens in the 1920 s. what we need to be doing educating in workforce for giving college debt reins in the middle wage and doing the economic steps necessary to stimulate the economy in african-american community to create perodua for the groups ok but rather i very much an answer you just said raising the minimum wage to get a lot of these companies are having to go to automation of robots because they can't afford to have employed because the minimum wage is already going to they're predicting it will be raised so to that point might have been a keystone pipeline but talking about what the effect this is going to have when

they do raise the minimum wage on those hourly workers that right now i can hardly get good jobs. well the keystone pipeline is an example of a systemic problem in terms of bureaucrats in washington cancelling jobs in terms of the minimum wage it's not just that that's the problem it's the federal bureaucracy this is the difference between my friend robert nigh he says government through stimulus should get jobs and guess what gives jobs private businesses give jobs if you take the restrictions are private businesses if you didn't think we would have things such is so typical of needs requirements are for private businesses the economy i mean will be stimulated why do i know this because we just experienced it for 4 years this isn't rocket science here i'm not inventing i'm not i mean with you robert i just say the jobs don't need to come from government they

can come from private business as far as oil and gas is concerned this this notion that we're going to somehow magically go to green energy and it can provide all these jobs is fantasy led green energy protests a pain in the free market and when it taxes up like tesla for example without a government subsidy when it touches up it won't compete i say don't agree energy i'm just saying i don't know maybe your planes your trucks your hamburgers and everything else that requires guess what fossil fuels is where the jobs are so let's people let people weren't ready jobs are all that's all i'm saying when we get word green we get one great ok robert walk a couple points and let all of her brought up the concept of the trump pets cuts what stimulated the economy that was a direct economic stimulus brought to you by the government it unfunded tax cut because we never actually did in the austerity or in spending cuts are also $1.00 trillion dollars in debt we rate military steuben $1.00 trillion dollars in

response to what a $780000000000.00 defense authorization bill to continue federal spending which was a keynesian economic. direct injection of capital into the system but they injected it at the top of the system. to the millionaire the billionaire class to stimulate the economy that it's absolutely no difference in stimulating the bottom of the economy but somebody else stimulus. chris to be earning competitive secondarily on this issue of the green new deal i'm glad you brought up tesla the only reason that tesla progressed as a company well because rock obama put in new environmental standards 12 years ago when he got into office which allowed for green energy companies you know foothold in taking away some of the oil companies the reason that spending can since rockets into space all the time right now isn't because of the private market because they got a $3000000000.00 contract with nasa when it was still in the falcon one which allowed them to develop develop the falcon 9 out of starship and also the super heavy lifter so this idea that somehow big business is just looked at install so by their own bootstraps is not borne out by any economic model and in fact we have

unfettered capitalism in the way of evidence melting in the wealth of nations it always leads to serfdom that always leads to people sites for some reason we always say what we pay the worker more money we got we're going to go out of business we never say well maybe we should just pay the c.e.o. and the board of directors less money and invest that into our workforce and we have workers that are more productive when they can have a living wage instead of having the taxpayer subsidized old workers who are making $725.00 an hour it's a minimum wage have the test player so i don't do welfare and other public benefits because that's what we're really doing right now the payers are sub so the unfair labor practices and the low employment wages of workers i mean it is corporations great conversation i'd have rather we could continue it but i think in the end we can all agree we need jobs my question is what happened it might be government pumping money right now what happens when they stop writing those checks are they going to be able to survive on their own thanks for joining me thank you.
