this is just. this is it. if they don't do a proper investigation then it could happen again. when sheriff lombardo holds his final news conference and a handful of very. small. team went from being the casualty event of the year to being a small news conference said that even. today we will release our final criminal investigative report on the 1 october mass shooting. and believe. there was only one suspect. who killed 58 people injured hundreds more. consider this investigation complete i hope that the conclusion of this investigation provide some answers and some closure but we have been able to answer

says in part quote years of drawn out litigation and hearings are not in the best interest of the victims the community and those still healing those the big use that is why i've ever heard if you make the public think they have your suing people or their families who are dead or seriously injured to me that so p.r. disaster as an attorney try to look at the m.g.m. lawsuit and emotionally so i have a little bit of a different perspective. maybe a lot of victims to him legal strategy is heavily relied upon a federal act that was passed really after $911.00 it's called the safety act and the safety. states that if a terrorist happens that private company is not liable for what happens at the terrorist attack as long as they have hired
