328000 convicted drug offenders which is 18 percent of the prison population well we shouldn't have those people locked up because drug problems are a health issue not a crime issue if people are harming themselves with drugs well then they don't need to be punished because they're already being punished they are harmed. you don't need to harm them some more it's like walking up to somebody who's a cutter and going that's terrible to teach you a lesson i'm going to spray lemon juice on you this is when some people yell bug drug users they are others do they steal and they write stuff well even if that were true those activities are illegal it's illegal to steal so arrest them for the stealing you don't need to double arrest them put handcuffs on top of handcuffs and if they aren't committing other crimes then you shouldn't arrest them for

900000 prisoners left now we get to the 256000 prisons for public order of crimes public order crimes are actions that do not conform to society's general idea of normal social behavior and moral values nowadays most public order crimes other than drug use are prostitution pornography crimes and and public drunkenness people are publicly drunk all the time and only becomes criminal when they do something bad but then that's the crime if they beat someone up or stab guys that's a crime not the drunkenness so you can get rid of public drunkenness that was out prostitution is a deal between 2 consenting adults legalize it make sure it's not abusive and then everyone benefits i'm not saying you got to like have it readily available on the middle of a public jungle gym on

and rapists in the prisons we don't we have 16 percent of the original $2300000.00 the next step is to decrease sentences so even violent criminals are rehabilitated after a few years rather than being kept locked up for 60 years pretty soon we'd have the same number of prisoners is like other countries countries like a rom in egypt rather than having tanned times more than them and we would need large scale penitentiaries because let's say we had 800000 prisoners last well we have $20000.00 settlers in america so that's 5 prisoners per cent in one little house little house each town that's it it's a little house with a few murderers and a couple of them would probably kill each other so then you only have 2 murders and a rapist little tiny house in the city. present abolition is not
