now well i hope there is a money a lot of your stimulus check because you're actually might going to need it especially if you're planning on driving somewhere soon a national emergency declaration has been declared as a cyber attack has shut down the u.s.a.'s largest pipeline causing already high gas prices to soar even more now some say possibly as high as $1.00 within the next few days we're going to discuss the political fallout with our expert and if you were going to go to your house chances are you are wishing you started sooner as a lumber prices have caused new home construction to be on average $38000.00 more today than it was just 3 months ago guess who the blame is being put on well the rising cost of lumber that's an easy $1.00 blame the trees but to use that really

accurate mortgage broker specialist debbie boyd is going to join us with her analysis and a divorce is rarely easy especially if it involves a mega fortune but the drama around bill and melinda gates just took a turn for the nasty as melinda is publicly revealing she sought the advice of attorneys back in 2019 regarding her husband's ties to jeffrey epstein so could we finally be able to find out the details regarding the relationship between the 2 men and what else could be revealed and finally the people of colombia have taken to the streets they are angry as political promises have failed and the government has struggled to handle the pandemic causing much frustration at the lack of services for the people we're going to bring you the latest as well as what might be the best opportunity to bring stability back to the economy and the country i'm going to now he's in all of these stories plus my take on today's news right here on our to america.

you know it's never a good day for a politician when they hear. prices are going up on everyday household consumer goods and it's even a really bad day when they find out it's because of a cyber attack on friday colonial pipeline based out of georgia and responsible for 45 percent a huge chunk of the oil and states ranging all the way from texas to new jersey found itself the target of ransomware now the f.b.i. has confirmed the culprit is a strain of ransomware called darkseid which is operated by it is a little debatable right now if it's a russian cyber game or a former soviet state but they all have the same name so for the political implications both domestic and global we bring informal naval intelligence officer john jordan john thank you so much for joining me on this you know president biden did they do office press conference they talking about the cloning of pipeline attack and on his way out he was able to be grabbed by one reporter and asked this

question. using. the room we presume. so 4 of yours know if you speak more until this is people that russia is involved although they're just used to the actors reaching were rushed to some responsibility you know with his side and that right there it's all comes down to the details right there and i'll be honest i even had to change my opening and it's because it's been saying russia russia russia are the ones and now our fight is actually more of these former soviet states is actually some of those different states in there that are sometimes hard to pronounce so i guess our for the hard question john a lot of people are questioning you know considering this involves a cyber crime group at least around that russia around that area would it be a good idea for the u.s. government to reach out to the russian government for help in capturing and prosecuting members of this darkside criminal group because this is not the 1st
6:04 pm
time this group has actually attacked a major organization here in the u.s. . absolutely and i'm sure those discussions are ongoing and it's in the russian's interest to cooperate to an extent because they're also really not going to want to be blamed if something else happens down the road which is far more catastrophic far more dangerous and far more volatile than this i mean this is a few days interruption of the supply of diesel gasoline and jet fuel to a. dozen or so states and inconvenience a price spike but nobody died now these types of cyber attacks these this this is an industry that's just beginning and you know as you alluded to earlier sky the stories of valving by the hour and it looks right now like this dark side group didn't really intend to have this level of consequence all they wanted to do was make some money get in get out and apparently they're claiming now that they sell their software to other parties and they're expressing regret that it caused this much damage and then when you're in the business of making money you don't really
6:05 pm
want the russian foreign intelligence services the american intelligence services the f.b.i. everybody after you so it looks like they're trying to quiet this down for the good of their so called industry well sorry i don't have much sympathy for them i know you don't either john in this case and they're even saying they're going to donate partial of it to charity which is quite our veronica all but you're right the last thing you want to do is have both the u.s. intelligence and russian intelligence going after you but this is where i think good diplomatic relations between these countries would be good for the phone could be picked up because i don't know who could actually withstand being found out even if it is on this thing called the dark web that is manufacturing this but that's very a back here to home because cloning had been more and more all times over the years this could happen and so why wasn't this ever followed up on and should the government involve itself in these kind of non-governmental entities because it is so much of a relevance to many states as we're finding that are impacted when something like this happens. well this is the downside to
6:06 pm
a free and open market economy you have so many individual private sector players scotty playing very important roles in the movement of water oil fuel electricity you know the internet all different types of of nodes and connections and things that move from place to place run by so many different you know state level entities municipal level enemies federal entities and private sector ones and the level of their ability to deal with this or defend themselves is very spotty uneven and you have these groups out there an entire industry as we're finding out this week looking for the chinks in the armor so it's going to be very very difficult for the governments in western countries at least to to really get out from this so this may be a problem we have to deal with by making the cost so high to those that did it that it really does make you believe so to speak that this type of crime just doesn't pay but terms of actually physically blocking them and and getting out front of
6:07 pm
them you know looking at all the it's playing whack a mole times a 1000 how and the question that we have to ask me how does he is actually the one i supposed to be investigating you know capturing him prosecuting his you know our f.b.i. or g.i.g.a. cia all of these guys have been kind of busy lately basically kind of becoming so politicized i think so woken distracted could this kind of be a result that is happening because they've been too busy being dealing with things that you know make headlines maybe on the national news rather than actually focusing on critical security plans we are needed here in the u.s. to prevent attacks like this. well that's the problem with these types of big bureaucracies you have the cia and so much of the american intelligence community this become so politicized whether it's going after americans in the previous administration or now apparently in trying to satisfy the woak police one really wonders how much of their attention really is focused on america's threats now i
6:08 pm
have to believe that they're you know there's a lot of professionals out there working very hard day in and day out but it's hard to know where the leadership of the top of these intelligence services are and where their heads where their priorities maybe and lately it certainly does seem to be a satisfying the woke ists and going after or creating narratives about you know as we all found out with the mueller of the russian hoax and all of the political loser and all of that that they're not. at best they're just structured well and that's it and that's what i have to wonder you know this is sort of a little gentle reminder because like you said nobody has died at this point for definitely hurt our pocketbooks in the south for a little bit but this is a good reminder that there are real enemies in this world they can do major damage and maybe that's where we should be focused on with our intelligence agencies preventing them rather than maybe some of the other things that have kind of kept them busy these past years john jordan always thanks for talking for great to talk with you. thanks guy. now
6:09 pm
we know the pandemic has been very tough on a governments around the world and there's actually no manual on how to handle a virus which has crippled almost every economy however the people of colombia are past the boiling point as a key government services are being denied and they're putting the blame on the newly elected president who promised to fix all of these various problems when he ran now to give us some insight into what is going on and what the solution could be we invite on economists want to go the c.e.o. of a energy group thank you so much for joining us on. very nice to meet you using a word you know i'm doing could back to tell you i'm kind of dismayed that what is going on in colombia is not getting more attention here in america because obviously it i think it's a little bit more dire than what people are saying or at least from what from what i've looked into as we've got ready for the sort you know kwame has experienced was 2 weeks of this and rest in the clashes that started to trade unions and the police but what started i think as a protest against a tax reform has escalated besides just taxes and other indigenous groups have
6:10 pm
joined the protest you know president to pay a cancel the tax reform proposal so why are these protests still going on do you feel like you see many things happen to get lost either years old prices came down dramatically old prices came down or were really migrants are going to say look into. the labor market. why don't you gave them a crisis well no one will do it on trees that has been their worst. year was a contraction of almost 7 percent. so that we told those things coming together 20 percent. lower via skyrocketed almost 40 percent of the people are in there already levels sold out together has created very folksy climb well and a lot of that sounds like you know kind of mirroring what's going on here in the united states and so i think a lot of residents in the u.s. could be very sympathetic as you mentioned you've had your borders have been
6:11 pm
definitely traded in your have to deal with an immigrant crisis there the obviously low employment you know and you're having the same argument that we're having here in the u.s. the target of a lot of these protests have been towards a law enforcement you know i've seen lots of images of police stations and fire and flooded with social media so what has made people so angry at the police and made them a target. colombia has very little police for every 100 people and that's a huge burden on police has to try to keep only colder when you have some organized groups that really want to reduce civility in colombia as you clearly know there's a lot of money from drug dealing. all economy has had some horrible years drug related business has an amazingly well so those people gain a lot by creating stability and so all those groups are the land and it's members that didn't became part of that process so how do you then with a lot of cash it and use these you know to
6:12 pm
a great instability of the police and all get started while there are very few police compared to the number of protesters so that it is a very imbalanced relationship that and that's what this whole thing it's under these a lot of money behind the fortune well and i have to ask if they're bringing on the ground who are the people that are out there protesting or sometimes they say in the united states sometimes you have people that come in and they feel very passion about it sometimes you do see i said the pay protesters there's money behind it you know does the average columbian and are they involved in what is going on or are they kind of still living trying to at least live their daily lives as best as possible with a crippled economy. i was going to say i mean simply 5 percent are going well you can put out a lot of people that are suffering a lot but if you are going. to use knowledge it's almost 35 percent of the blame so they out on the streets protesting with very legitimate arguments and they're very frustration why they don't all the people on the site that are there want to create these that are able to create a climate of violence
6:13 pm
a crisis that is not what is happening all over the old hysteria is areas particularly. where collies and what not include are they maim or kill another would be a business huge region and that there are 3 for many years so you how will that be it makes these very complex is not happening all over the country it's a very specific areas and i just as you can imagine most of the people are are positive this is they are unit for legitimate and it was from the government but it's only a few powerful interest groups with a lot of money out of creating quite a bit of disorder and that's definitely creating what i think you're saying in the street the frustration of the people you know this week there's going to be a route of talks between president decay and the protest leaders and the united nations representatives and the government is actually asking for protesters to cease any blockades so that the economy can get reactivated in food reaches cities like how they colombia you know what is the end goal do you think for each party and are we going to be able to see peace.
6:14 pm
ok and that's and that's the thing right now when you look at who are doing live t.v. one ad is some really good insight of what was going on we're going to continue to follow this story because i don't think it's getting enough attention here it's not the same frustrations that we're facing here in the u.s. that we can also learn from and to see whether or not other countries find a solution might be able to help us you know we're going to break an average we're going to show you our friend is going to join us to take it show us his take on what the link will reveal regarding her soon to be ex-husband friendship with abstaining so was this a loose thread which could cause the whole story to unravel you're not going to want to miss this conversation i promise you all i know is even hotter than usual on this issue.

our culture is awash in lives dominated by streams of never ending electronic hallucinations that emerged fiction until they are indistinguishable we have become the most elusive society on politics as a species of endless and needless political theater politicians have more than just celebrities are to ruling parties are in reality one party corporate and those who attempt to puncture this. breathless universe of the news designed to push through the t.v. and exploitation the little are pushed so far to the margins of society including by a public broadcasting system that has sold and sold for corporate money that we might as well be mice squeaking against an avalanche but squeak we must.

well the car is paid to make has that made a lasting impact on the economy and so many aspects and now after saw mills closed during the shutdown the cost of a lumber is soaring well so they say our ticker is prime attash 3 it has more on the struggles facing of the housing industry. housing prices were already high before the pen demick and low interest rates paved the way for some home prices to close for even higher than the asking price but now a lumber sure it has caused some home prices to skyrocket even higher after sawmill shut down during the pens emic now there is not enough lumber to go around there's currently a shortage of construction for new homes that were in the planning stages to be built not to mention lumber needed for renovations to existing properties now according to an analysis by the national association of home builders the cost of a new single family home is a whopping $36000.00 more as
6:18 pm
a result of the lumber shortage industry leaders saying prices are hitting a 7 fold game compared to the low in april of 2020 the median sale price of existing homes increased to a record of over 17 percent in march to $329000.00 and that's the most since the national association of realtors started tracking prices back in 1909 the shocking part is people continue to buy and even with the prices on the rise there is still more demand than there is supply but some say this trend can only last for so long some companies are even calling on the biden administration to temporarily ease the one percent tariff on k.v.a. lumber as lumber increases in demand some builders even reporting it being stolen from their construction sites as sawmills are unable to keep up with demand there is some good news in the making experts say that lumber prices are expected to fall within the next 2 months reporting for news viewers who used to talk to sweets r.t. . i love to talk about following in the next 18 months that is not good news
6:19 pm
because we have seen them go for so dramatically in the last 3 months joining us now to discuss is more mortgage broker specialist debbie lloyd who is the c.e.o. of a deal be mortgage real estate and risk management debbie i know you know my thanks rationed on this one as my amazing amazing director just put in my ears like somebody is making money on this i mean is there really a shortage of 10 bird is it those sawmills or is it like home depot but somebody has got to be making money on this because people are still wanting to build at least the desire is still there. yes no i don't think people are making money on it but if we have a shortage right now to fold so the lumber mills whenever they were producing last year if anyone tested positive for coated they should down the mills and that would keep the mill shut down they would disinfect everything in starting back so that slowed things down my sources also tell me that suv of course the cedar the pine
6:20 pm
and some of the production wood is a problem because of wildfires i don't know west coast so nobody's making money there either i think it's a shortage all around and then of course you add in the low interest rates that we have so many people are now wanting to get into a new home because they may be stuffed in an apartment or a smaller home and now they really want their own home is just skyrocketing demand and nobody was ready for this i don't think anybody thought this would be what would happen after a year of kobe when people were afraid of germs and letting people into see their homes so really there is a lumber shortage all the way around the supply chain well and that's it and i think that it has or what happened in the past you know obviously about here delaying everything and there was a shutdown but i think you have a little bit more that we need to be focused on those are actually the numbers are right people we're right now want to take advantage of these low interest rates and so they're buying up where they're trying to buy but as
6:21 pm
a key point i have people you know you might sell and get a great price but you're not going to be able to buy what you have unless you decide that here are you going to go and that's the question as to how much of an impact does this have on the economy moving forward i mean 18 months they're saying we might get really we can't hold on for this for 18 months. well i think people have to change their ideas what they're looking for and what their options are you know we used to have last year we had a huge so 5 houses they were on compared to now and people were being very picky they didn't want the entryway they wanted bigger closets now they just want to house so i think buyers are having to read negotiate with themselves on what they're willing to accept they have to move out further they're not going to be in the cities and now the people that are living in homes have a great opportunity to sell that at a high price but again they have to have a plan where they're going to go if they want to downsize now is a great time to do it when when they sell but they're going to pay a higher price when they are i well so it all of you know where you're at in that
6:22 pm
chain well and that's the food chain really has to go i have to as difficult homebuilders are close to a point that they're actually going to stop production because the cost ability is actually out pricing perspective buyers expression they have as small to middle class the lower middle class right now that a $30000.00 more on average is a big chunk that's a 3rd of their house. a lot of money yes so the big production builders the builders that build hundreds of homes instead divisions yes they are going to have to put a lid on and we've already seen it here in dallas where i live they can only build so much and they're out of room they're out of lumber and they're just take it you orders a month that's not going to satisfy anybody but the custom home builders are still going to be able to custom build because they do cost less which means they get a percentage of whatever the overall fees are of that house so if lumber prices just $36000.00 then they're going to get their part of that $36000.00 increase now the people building custom homes may have to go less of this or if it or it may not
6:23 pm
have pretty have finished out maybe high quality astonish outs and sort of $20.00 a square foot child or flooring maybe double down to 12 so everything will shift but those customised people that want to be a custom home they're still going to keep building it's just going to change a little yeah i doubt they would wait to gain building they're usually not you know patient i have found debbie thank you so much for your insight into this thank you . for those of you have been following the jeffrey have seen cases over the years frustration at the lack of coverage details in prosecution is very evident there is so much we still do not know and details which seem to be buried forever because it involves the most powerful and wealthiest in the world and this is why melinda gates the latest disclosure of her singing advice from attorneys in 2019 regarding her very powerful husband and jeffrey have since relationship gets me actually
6:24 pm
a small feeling of hope we might get a little bit more answer to the truth so discuss what we could find out and if we will ever really will we were in line know of it line no media lytle come on please tell me before we even get to whether or not you have hope whether you this is actually you know a beacon in this world of darkness that continue to go down what do we know already about the ties between bill gates and jeffrey have seen. nothing if he was a frequent guest steeper on planes and boats and islands as was virtually 90 percent of the telegenic and that can you shouldn't be in the beautiful people i want to bring you a couple of things that we're not talking about. this is been going on listen it was before 21000 scotty you can't look at these people using any idea of marriage and divorce that you might think would be available the idea of him

6:26 pm
this is going to absolutely destroy his inter-national opinion that people have of him regarding vaccine dispensation seriously look at how people look at him now he was always weird for scott he was like eccentric i remember one thing there was a time when people who had in maine an immense wealth from the gilded age you know the more unions and the and did they get these in the ross chiles and you know the the newport these people are flannel wearing do we who have no personality no idea and you're going to see not so much a disclosure as to what bill gates knew regarding epstein but you're going to see the collapse of an image let me throw this one thing in because i know time is of the u.s. president. the marital privilege she's got to be careful what she says if all his own people of the or you are now spilled the beans regarding abstain well if she does what were you doing also the marital privilege in court would prevent
6:27 pm
or would allow bill gates from saying. what happened is this occurred during a time when we were married and i as a spouse were no we're getting a divorce now have the right to claim my privilege and prevent you from testify but it's not going to get there you're not going to need model and strange gauge to spill the beans i'm going to throw the last and let me ask you a question because i've hog this i'm sorry but at least my face hasn't frozen just good do you think there was any chance that this woman was just hurt and one ter own once your own name her own image tired of being bill and melinda gates but she was of the most linda french gates is it possible that she was just irked by what we're here learning about him right his dalliances allegedly right so the question is is this damage control or his leverage for
6:28 pm
