a lot if their ship had some very scarth some scarth parking lots and for them so but some are and some are not i think that's a big key here what car brands are actually being affected by this and who is not. well the only being affected is the top of the line you know vehicles you know for instance like. you see nice and b.m.w. having meet your problems because a lot of their cars meet come with seats that move like 18 to 24 different ways and they're just not being able to produce them because they don't have the chips so you know that's one of the problem right now is that they can't get the chip supply to get some of the features so a lot of the cars are going to come in a little bit more stripped down and that's what i think we're going to see you know in the beginning at the end of this year they're going in next year when. the supply you know will come back hopefully in the next 6 to 9 months which that does

a political ok and i understand that here in america we're all americans obviously we all for most for they are familiar with the issue but i do have some concern about putting that on who were. world stage when you have many many countries each of them having their own issues are trying to deal with do they feel like why did the i.o.c. say you know what we're going to go want to do this now we're going to preempt it and we're going to just say here's a roll of what you can and can't do were they afraid that this was going to actually make it become the story of the olympics it's why you know why whenever you take a strong stance in today's culture is the story the fact that you believe that you have a right to draw boundaries people get upset about that people don't like to be told what's right from wrong they don't want to hear that their political statement isn't important in terms of the olympics so that's the i.o.c. job is to draw their boundary they are expecting players to come in to be fashionable and to represent their country not their movement and not themselves so

how has a black was not a responded here in america to these new rules have they put out anything or how any public response. well i think they're from people on the left making comments about how you know it's taking away speech rights and things like that but i think that should totally be ignored if you understand the point of the island thinks this is america versus the rest of the world this is a time for us to unify around or this is not political this is supposed to be competitive and the end of the day we want to let this to be fun and i'm glad the i.o.c. took a strong stance was interesting because let's move it back here to home because it seems like the i.o.c. can take a stand to keep politics out of sports yet domestically here in america our own aesthetic organizations can't seem to avoid it why is that and is that a good thing for that the sports business selves. well there is that or fortunate

downturn has happened in sports where even sportscasters are constantly throwing around little hole statements you have people calling on george or calling it you know slave laws when they passed laws tightening their election in sports has become political but the reason why i think a lot of people want to be social justice warriors a lot of people want to you know quite frankly they want to get attention for themselves they're building their own brand and it's a peer pressure thing if you want needle at the game from the other players will call you out it's unfortunate the way that our culture has gone sports is supposed to be about unity it's supposed to be about team or you're supposed to be being a good example to young people and you're supposed to be being professional this is your job this is not the place for you to be making political statements and protesting now the n.b.a. allows it and that's their prerogative but i agree with the i.o.c. the olympics is not the place for this kid that home well and that's i think it has

happened before you know over 50 years ago there were 2 olympians tommy smith and john carlos actually lost their medals because they raise a fist during the u.s. national anthem at the 1968 olympics in mexico city they were protesting the same thing racial injustice so these bans are actually nothing new you know i have to ask why did the backlash writer think that they would be the exception when this president this rule had already been been set up long for decades. right well keep in mind i can't wear and i love jesus pin i you know as much as i am i think that's important i can speak out against you know the slave labor that's going on in china like none of these things is the point of the olympics and they've been clear about that for a long time i think that's why they've been able to be so strong about this when you have a clear standard that applies to everyone no one should expect to be above that not even black lives matter although here in the u.s.

it's become kind of a right to snitch if you're a social justice anti-racist warrior and you walk around with a black live matter hat as if that doing anything to help black people which black flags matter is not so the olympics is not the place for him to be political stances supporting movements that are getting billions of dollars and doing nothing for black people and we need to keep force as force force is not the you know it's not protesting on the streets it's not even really honestly what has it really done to improve things for everyday black people so let's just let's just simplify this and i wish we could do something like this in the united states well it will be interesting to see if there are still other ways obviously for people to have a freedom of expression and i'm sure everybody always finds a way whether it's on their own social media or in their own private life a.j. thank you for joining us today thank you for having me it's a pleasure. well republicans have gone and done it and actually they did something

some sort of tie to the republican party at this point. well i think that you're right that they really shouldn't be looking to alienate anybody and as far as whether it's a smart move i think that from their perspective it's a smart move in the short term i don't however think it's a sure move in the long term because as we've seen trump is a very polarizing figure whether you agree with him or not i think you can agree that he's whole arising and they've said that cheney is a distraction but i would argue continuing to talk about child who is no longer in office is arguably more of a distraction than anything that was cheney was saying but dee as a democrat looking at this is there any doubt the republicans still have donald trump is the leader of this party i mean there's no other may name that has been able to come out of focus in the past even just few months trump is still this is still trump's party so if taking a listen out of office does that actually help or hurt republicans when they're trying to form an i did he post from or is this just saying guess what he's still

as a republican look at everything that's going on right now in the country rory i mean gas prices with the turmoil in the middle east this would been a great day right now for the republicans to take focus on all the things and put the blame on the biden maceration instead we're talking about what just happened the republicans once again that i'm a sabotaged this new cycle to make sure they're still the ones that are being put in that quit put in the spotlight that being said republicans they're putting her under credibility they put marjorie green underneath the category but they're not actually holding the people who possibly could have done illegal actions within their own party neither to mcgrath's why is it that they're going after oddly enough females within the republican party for words that they said not necessarily the males and i'm going to 1st back to you dee as well why are we going after the men who have possibly committed criminal actions they still have their titles and their leadership positions within both parties what is it is it just a simple it's just because words are more powerful than action. well while i agree

generally that actions speak louder than words i think that you get to an important point here which is that unfortunately sexism runs deep and we're seeing that play out right now with these examples that you just mentioned with liz cheney and marjorie taylor green as well as some of the men that you mentioned as well that are being investigated for more serious crimes i think we clearly see a double standard and as you know that's a double standard that exists with both parties as well as outside the political spectrum i think as a society we have a lot of work to do before we really are treating men and women as equals and it's disappointing to see that it's consistently women being singled out for clearly illegal behavior whereas men are continuously given a pass for doing more agree just actions when they hold a position of power in politics andy i imagine you kind of believe in that kind of agree with that so let me ask you why are the democrats when we look at some of the things that are happening and i'm referring to representative that was actually having

a relationship which we now with the chinese spy all of these things are going what are the democrats doing to hold their house accountable or is it a perfectly clean house. well 1st i have to have problems even in my own personal house but what i can say is the democratic party has been the big team i mean we are always going to be gentle with sexism and racism and classism until a whole group of people probably die and go to the other side and hopefully we will be able to educate this next generation of young people to eradicate all of the isms exists here in america let me be very clear women even democratic women we run for office and when we serve we always get criticized for my hair our clothing where we're going to eat who we are in a relationship where what and so it's somewhat all the women around the world to rise up at some point because i honestly believe that the world would be a better place if women ran the entire well he might see that they had to have that
