i grown up in the firearms industry. i, you know, my parents shot, it was just something that we grew up with, right. i want to be able to have and operate the same firearm as anybody else across the country which we can't do in california. so the opportunity to get to become involved. but my name to the, to the case, it made a lot of sense. i'm a lawyer by trade. i'm not afraid of going to court. so i was happy to be able to jump in. okay, well as a, as a lawyer, you see, you certainly can now look at this opinion and realize some of the, the gravity of some of the things that the judge said judge of roger t. benita has a striking down the law. he said that this was a failed experiment. he called it on constitutional, of course, and he wrote that the weapons band were not a bazookas or how it says or what machine guns, but rather quite corner quote, fairly ordinarily, popular modern rifles and quote. now isn't that a major problem,

really all over the country, this miss labeling of many firearms as assault weapons usually by the media and those on the left who would like to see you lose the right to have a gun? well think about the term assault weapon didn't even exist until about $985.00 and it came up in the california assembly bill and it was made exactly as you just stated, it's made to make people be afraid. like, you know, regular guns, millions are sold, millions are use. very few are using crime. very few, which is one of the big findings. when we came in the end of the decision. so just because a gun looks like something a military weapon does not make it a military weapon. nervous that is routinely use this propaganda by the far left, the anti gun groups and unfortunately parroted by the media. i would like to think that the media is not doing the purpose of media is doing it out of ignorance. but

at some point they need to educate themselves when they're talking about just how important this issue is. you cannot miss label something to scare people and that's exactly what has been going on. yeah, now the judge and the criticise for comparing the a r 15 to a swiss army knife and he call that a perfect home defense weapon. what do you say to those who want to not only scare us with the assault weapon label, but tell us how much self defense or what kind of self defense is enough for you and for me and others to have in our home and elsewhere. think about that, right? so the a r 15 platform is exactly that. if modular, you want to take it hunting, you take it hunting, you wanna use it for sport, use it for sport. there are shooting competitions worldwide between us firearm. if you want use it for home the best you can structure it for home defense. what about

people that live in the rural areas, on ranches and forms it perfect weapon for that? so it can be multifaceted, be converted to a swiss army knife, i think was fantastic. now i can see where people who want to be offended or offended. right. but it really is a good apps comparison. the criminal breaking into your home. nobody's telling him what gun he can or cannot use to assault you. attack your that tell us what we can and cannot, you know, appropriate. it's unconstitutional. that's. that's the problem. the bad guy will always get the weapons. it's only effects, law abiding citizens. these laws now the judge put a 30 day, stay on this ruling, and there will be an appeal. d expect this to be overturned at the next level. i. i think it's almost a fait accompli and will it go all the way to the supreme court? do you think that they will ever hear this and bring you ultimate victory in the end? well, i look at it a couple different ways than that. so one,

if i'm a state of california, of course they're going to appeal, but there's a whole lot of safe that this really does not affect. and i would not be surprised if those days were contacting the attorney general's office right now and saying, hey, do not appeal this because if you appeal it now, it's gonna affect our state. especially if it goes up to the supreme court. but knowing california in the arrogance of news, i'm in the sacramento group and accept the appeal. so your question next step 3 panel member of the 9th circuit. because the way president trump has kind of restructured the 9 circus, i think we may have very well when there constitutionally we, when there's that point. yeah, that's a good point. good point. let me, let me look at something that's something that's always bothered me and i know in new york, they're trying to do this, holding gun makers responsible for someone who misuses
