hesitate, actions will fill you in. i'm see balls burg in for scotty now use on today's edition of news views use right here on our t america. ah, i want to be clear to folks in this region who are thinking about making that dangerous track for the united states. mexico border do not come. do not come. i, vice president campbell, harrison, guatemala, telling citizens they are not to come to the us. and in the process, she's angered a lot of democrats, including a oh, see, let's bring in our panel, political commentator, ivan garcia, who does go and jo collins, who is that navy vet, and it's currently seeking to unseat congresswoman maxine waters in the state of california. all right, let's start with that you, joe,
1:31 am
this position expressed by harris's and about face from what you said in the past, back in 2019. and it seems that that, that a go through the biden administration's position was this trip of a disappointment disaster because there were reports that a lot of people within the white house don't understand what she was doing. i don't even think she understands what she was doing, but i will say that the trip was a disaster. her obligation was not to go to guatemala and dictate that country what they can they can do. her obligation should have been going to the us mexico border so they can develop a policy to slow down immigration, our creative policy to improve the, the immigration process that we have with united states right now. and that's what he should have been doing. but i mean, you know, her rhetoric was, is really different from what she said while she was reading for president. and was a disappointment. and i think it was an embarrassment to the united states. yeah,
1:32 am
i've been how would you rate what she said there to the people of guatemala and rate her 1st foreign trip overall? wow, it's steve. first of all, thanks for having me. back on the show, the trip was a disaster. it was a complete disaster. everybody knows that the, the mexicans guatemalans under salvador and everybody told him all, heirs, that the reason there is a crisis of the more is because of the bite in harris policies. that wasn't a crisis before when we had the present, when we had president trump and the policies that worked, it was a complete disaster. we saw her mock. this interview said, i haven't been to the mortar, but i haven't been to europe either. we've you know, from face univision, reporters, i mean, look, you know, this thing gets solved very, very easily. and all they have to do is go back to the trump policies at work and
1:33 am
it remain in mexico. and it's over, it's done. but you know, saying now don't come, don't come over when you have been campaigning for 18 months, saying that trump is a racist, that the 1st thing they're going to do is unite families up that everybody welcome . nobody should be turned away. i don't know, i mean it's not going to work. i why don't want to play well, i'm sorry to interrupt. i do want to play what you were alluding to so people could see. you know what she said to lester hall. i mean, as if what we've already heard from harris wasn't problematic enough. watch this, this whole thing about the board. we've been to the border. we've been to the board . you haven't been to the border and i haven't been to europe. and i, i felt like i don't understand the point that you're making. okay. joe, she doesn't understand why she's being called out for not having gone to the border
1:34 am
as the person in charge of border issues. what does she mean? she doesn't understand. yeah, yeah, exactly. you know, normally she can laugh and category her way out a certain situation, but, but not the time that you know, went down to left their home and putting on a thought like that. you know, president bush used to say, you repeat the lie, plenty of time, then you will start to believe it. and you see, during the interview she tried to say we've been to the border, we've been to the border, but he says, you haven't been to blur. and i'm trying to figure out who we is. because as far as i know, nobody's on the binding ministration has went to the board and she got put in charge of the border, you know, maybe 70 days ago. and hadn't the interview about the board or hasn't meant to the board or haven't created any policy. and she goes, why marla? and try and tell them not to come in and say that the issue with climate change? i don't get it. i'm really confused right now. what going on with the bible ministration? okay, i've been, i've never been to europe that,
1:35 am
that just shows either a complete lack of understanding of what the point is to the question asked by by the nbc anchor less to hold or that she think she's smarter than everybody. and she could laugh for way out of this. well, you know what, what is really proven here. steve, is that she doesn't really know enough about anything to be talking about any real issues. she was supposed bizarre, where the mortar, she hasn't been able to resolve anything. she's been last that mark that and every single country in central america she's been to. she is an absolute embarrassment and a joke. every single country she went to daughter, your face by the way, that the crisis was created by them by biding by harris and what she knew. she was sad as she mock santa says she hasn't been the europe. i guess it's not important to be the warders are and not go to the border. but what she's referring to is that
1:36 am
my york, as you know, the secretary has been to the more a couple other people have been. but that doesn't mean that she has. she's a person in charge, you know what? see, you've got to go make a pizza, you know, but you're not going to go step in the kitchen and grab the ingredients or make the beach you're going to go send somebody else and go and do it inside the same thing . she's mocking the us, she's mocking, you know, the president and the citizens, all these other countries. now you sending messages, right? because that's really what's really at stake right now, is a risk that these people go through drac, on 1000 kilometers from their countries to the water going through coyote, he's going through cartels women and girls having, having to be forced to take birth control because they're going to get ranked in the process, men are horrible. yeah, yeah. to men who can i can now if they get sucked into
1:37 am
joke for the car, it's a nightmare. joe. you know the fact that the white house is reported to be disappointed. i mean, this woman to me, in my opinion, joe biden will not finish out his term. he will retire resigned, whatever within a year or 2, i felt that all along i could be wrong, and then she's going to be the president. i mean, how, how disconcerting is it after watching her and actually i, i mean watching or the debate watching a drop out of the primaries watching her lap or way through through questions, over and over and over again. and now this a trip that, that, that had some grabbing touch to it, she was awful. yeah, she was simply awful. this is so this shows that she doesn't have anybody. ready support or she doesn't have anybody helping her make it through the thing where you have the entire meeting democratic party pushing her angel biden. do that, raise the president, trump, and you know, if she lost a lot of said what a lot of people know how she got to her position that she's that right now. and it
1:38 am
wasn't from being a great attorney general. it wasn't from being a great senator, we know how she got that position and now where are you in a position where. ready you actually have to show action, you can do it and if, and it's making them look bad, you know, look at the look bad or not if a policy and look bad on what everything went on with it. you could think of, i mean, commonly her job by failure. and i agree, joe biden, shit retire especially after everything that's happening. what is done with the, with the shady? well, that's that's, that's a whole nother issue. that's a whole nother that gentlemen, i'm going to give you 30 seconds each on this story. it's a recent ruling by the u. s. supreme court, a unanimous decision. and they decided that immigrants allowed to stay in the united states temporarily for humanitarian reasons, cannot apply for green cards if they had entered the country on lawfully jo. sounds right to me. 30 seconds. yeah, i love it. you know, well, we got to stop listening via the illegal immigrants coming over here. breaking our
1:39 am
law. we break the law we get punished, or if they break our la quinta for to the shouldn't be rewarded for breaking off period. i've been, i was kind of shocked that this, this decision was, was unanimous. and i was glad, and i think it's so it's right on 100 percent. it's 100 percent right on. it shouldn't be unanimous and look, the cheaper gps means temporary. this was a status given to people back in 2001 that was 20 years ago. how much more temporary can it be? listen. this problem has been kicked by every administration, but trump administration tried bought a solution to it. unfortunately, it wasn't and signed me on this problem gets resolved. the people they got here illegally should never be bryce with us citizenship or, or a green card. they have to go back. it's that simple. it's that cut and dry well done by the supreme court. all right, gentlemen will end on that. no, thank you very much for being here. i'd appreciate it. we'll see you again now that
1:40 am
you me all right. that since 1989, that's a long time the state of california has prohibited the sale of so called assault weapons. and in 2019 a lawsuit was filed challenging that law. on friday, a federal judge in california overturned that ban. and now one of the plaintiffs in that suit, california resident james miller, he was instrumental of getting it all done. he joined us right now. james, thank you so much for being with us and congratulations. well, thank you for having me on and thank you with a big well, yes. so, so let's start at the beginning here. what made you get involved with the suit back in 2019 and did you think you actually had a shot at winning this case? well, you know, i'm a local got owner. i shoot, i grown up in the firearms industry. i know my parents shot. it was just something that we grew up with. right. i want to be able to have and operate the same firearm
1:41 am
as anybody else across the country which we can't do in california. so the opportunity to get to become involved. but my name to the, to the case, it made a lot of sense. i'm a lawyer by trade, i'm not afraid of going to court. so i was happy to be able to jump in. ok, well as the, as a lawyer, you see you certainly can look at this opinion and realize that some of the, the gravity of some of the things that the judge said judge of roger t. benita has a striking down the law. he said that this was a failed experiment. he called it on constitutional, of course, and he wrote that the weapons that were not bazookas or how it says or what machine guns, but rather quite quote unquote, fairly ordinarily, popular modern rifles and quote. now isn't that a major problem, really all over the country, this miss labeling of many firearms as assault weapons usually by the media and
1:42 am
those on the left who would like to see you lose the right to have a gun? well, think about it. term assault. well, and didn't even exist until about 985 and it came up in the california assembly built and it was made exactly as you just stated, it's made to make people be afraid. right. you know, regular guns, millions are sold, millions are use. very few are using crime. very few, which is one of the big findings. when we came in the end of the decision. so just because a gun looks like something a military weapon does not make it a military weapon. insurance that is routinely use the propaganda by the far left the anti gun groups and unfortunately parroted by the media. i would like to think that the media is not doing the purpose of media is doing it out of ignorance . but at some point they need to educate themselves when they're talking about just how important this issue is. not mislabeled something to scare people and that's
1:43 am
exactly what has been going on. yeah, now the judge and the criticise for comparing the a ar 15 to a swiss army knife and he call that a perfect home defense weapon. what do you say to those who want to not only scare us with the assault weapon label, but tell us how much self defense or what kind of self defense is enough for you and for me and others to have in our home and elsewhere. think about that, right? so the a r 15 platform did exactly that. if modular you want to take it hunting, you take it hunting, you want to use it for sport, use it for sport. there are shooting competitions worldwide between us firearm. if you want use it for home defense, you can structure it for home defense. what about people that live in the rural areas, on ranches and forms it perfect weapon for that? so it can be multifaceted, be converted to a swiss army knife,
1:44 am
i think was fantastic. now i can see where people who want to be offended or offended. right. but it really is a good apps comparison. the criminal breaking into your home. nobody's telling him what gun he can or cannot use to assault you. attack your that tell us what we can and cannot, you know, appropriate. it's unconstitutional. that's. that's the problem. the bad guy will always get the weapons. this only affects the law abiding citizens. these laws now the judge put a 30 day, stay on this ruling, and there will be an appeal, de expect this to be overturned at the next level. i. i think it's almost a fait accompli and will it go all the way to the supreme court? do you think that they will ever hear this and bring you ultimate victory in the end? well, i look at it a couple different ways than that. so one, if i'm a state of california, of course they're going to appeal, but there's
1:45 am
a whole lot of safe that this really does not affect. and i would not be surprised if those days were contacting the attorney general's office right now and saying, hey, do not appeal this because if you appeal it now is gonna affect our state, especially if it goes up to the supreme court. but knowing california in the arrogance of news, i'm in the sacramento group and accept the appeal. so your question next step 3 panel member of the 9th circuit. because the way president trump has kind of restructured the 9 circus, i think we may have very well when they're got it. usually we, when they're that point. yeah, that's a good point. good point. let me let me quit and something that's something that's always bothered me. and i know in new york to try to do this, holding gun makers responsible for someone who misuses a weapon and kill somebody. is that constitution? i mean, if someone drives drunk in a car, we don't hold the car manufacturer responsible. so how could they,
1:46 am
these people say, well, get ahold, gun manufacturers responsible for someone who purposely breaks the law by using a gun? yeah, we got about a minute left. well, a little bit above my pay grade and what i do well, tell you right now that it makes no sense, right? all it is politically driven. if they can take away the manufacturers, intent or desire to manufacture weapons, then the general populace no access to weapons. this is one other way to try to dry up. the pool is like the ammunition shortage. if the taxes on ammo, if you can't order an online in california, every little thing that they do is to try to prohibit out the 2nd amendment right. size period. yeah. anyway, anyway. anyway, they can, they will, they will try to go to get around the 2nd amendment. thank you so much and congratulations and good luck, the rest of the way. thank you very much. if it goes to supreme court,
1:47 am
i'm very confident. okay, sounds good. thank you. hi folks. when we come back, we're going to talk about a treatment for alzheimer's. but there's some trepidation that goes along with the good news about that treatment. natasha will be here to fill it in. don't go away. one of the worst ever mess. shootings in america was in las vegas in 2017. the tragedy a close a little live in real life. vega, where many say elected officials are controlled by christina learners. the vegas shooting revealed what? the l v m p d really is. and now it's part of the stand machine to the american public barely remembers that happened, but just shows you the power of money and las vegas. the powerful showed that true colors when the pen demick heard the most contagious contagion that we've seen in decades. and then you have a mayor who doesn't care. so here's caroline goodman, offering the lives of the vegas residence. to be the control group,
1:48 am
to the shiny facades conceal of deep indifference to the people vice gonna say that they have to take an action. absolutely, keep the registering and keep the slot machines doing. this is a money machine is a huge cash register that is ran by people who don't care about people's lives being lost here with our annual summer solution where we know not on the problem. but on the solution the one of the persian gulf, the wealthiest country is, has spend billions of dollars on state of the art stadiums. well, look at this, the stadium is really taking shape. you can see the bowl and most of the stands now, when we were or a little bit over a year ago, at the same construction site,
1:49 am
it was just the foundation in a few metal structures. so it seems that time why this idea to use shipping containers as building blocks has definitely paid off. i mean, they're easy to assemble and easy to dismantle, just like playing with lego. for the 1st time in a world history, the stadium will be billed from shipping, compares and what's more, it will be completely dismantled after the tournament. these are the 4 people who pull the trigger. i survive something and survive football. one of the hardest things that i had the face was not having a face adult by patient life accepted, accept the fact that i made that appointment. we have no fears. del change pretty

fast for shots. different stories behind the bullets. the alzheimer's disease effects about 6000000 people in this country, so it's no surprise. many families celebrated the news that the f d a approved a drug for the brain wasting condition 1st time in nearly 2 decades. however, as our correspondent natasha suite reports some in the scientific community are concerned, the drug was released prematurely. as some 30000000 people globally suffer from all timers for searchers expect the problem to only worse than doubling by 2050 drugs that were approved 20 years ago. only booth brain chemicals within patients failing to tackle the underlying disease. but a new drug just approved by the f d. a with designed to help clear amyloid protein from the brain. but some are questioning if this drug is as really as good as it sounds slight,
1:51 am
it created the drug add, you can, you may have for old timers, treatment the 1st and 20 years. the food and drug administration said it granted approval to the drug from its make a biogen based on results, but it seemed reasonably likely to benefit patients. the approval disregard of warning from its own independent advisors at the treatment hasn't been shown to slow the brain wasting disease. it's the only drug that us regulators have said can likely treat the underlying disease as opposed to only finding the symptoms such as inviting and insomnia. but some believe the sta jumped the gun so much that a member of the expert panel actually resides over the approval of the all timers, drug $10.11 panelists from the advisory committee found there was not adequate evidence to prove the drug could slow cognitive decline the 11th voted and certain the 58th and biogen would have to run another trial to confirm the benefit. however, those results could reportedly take another 10 years. emily alan struggles with her
1:52 am
mother having all timers diagnosed 11 years ago at the age of 60. alan says patients like her mother or should be allowed to try drugs even if they are still under experimental testing. when you're talking about, you know, being cautious with the stroke, i don't think perhaps they're looking at the wider picture enough because i think you're, you're talking about, you know, the whole family that has to go through this last summer. searchers admit this drug may not be the answer. it could be a step closer to manufacturing the right drug. and we've seen this in stroke. we've seen this in multiple sclerosis. the 1st drug gets license or not, is really the best. they're not the ones that will get used ultimately, but they are a major to ongoing investment. the drug is been marketed, so people diagnose very early in the progression of the disease. one of the biggest obstacles medical rational face is being able to diagnose it accurately. now why
1:53 am
and you can still sell the old timers drunk, while trials are being conducted. side effects include brain swelling, treatment costs as up to roughly $56000.00 a year, reporting for new hughes and pasha suite r t. ok. former president brock obama is added again. he has this habit, and it's become more and more evident when he was evident when he was in the white house. he likes to attack conservative media outlets. it has gotten progressively worse since he left the white house this week. he couldn't help himself during an interview with cnn's anderson cooper. there are certain right wing media venues, for example, that monetize and capitalize on stoking the fear and resentment of a white population that is witnessing a changing america and seeing demographic changes and, and do every thing they can to give people
1:54 am
a sense that their way of life is threatened. so these evil conservative outlets are playing on the fears of white people. sounds like he's spewing a variation of just what he's accusing conservative media of doing. and so does this as he speaks about former president trump. that's a problem if we have a president who's saying that neil not 3 is marching and charlotte mail there are good people on both sides of that. that's a little bit beyond the pale playing on racial fears perhaps, and is why don't bomb a claims even true? let's take a look back to august of 2017 to see what president trump actually said. this was at a press conference. it was 3 days after the incident at charlottesville group, but you also had people that were very find people on both sides.
1:55 am
all right, so a bomb is looking pretty good at this point, right. but just 48 seconds later, donald trump added this and you had people and i'm not talking about the neo nazis and the white nationalist because they should be condemned. totally. but you had many people in that group other than neo nazis and white nationalists. ok. of course, anderson cooper was only too happy to let obama perpetuate the big lie. dare i say that the left in the liberal media have been spewing for nearly 4 years. shame on both cooper and obama, but they're in this together and they know no shame now onto the topic of us pose. the former president was asked by ezra klein of the new york times on klein's podcast. to assume that we know that there are other beings out there in space. so under that assumption, he said, how would that change your politics?
1:56 am
my politics has always been premised on the notion that the differences we have on this planet are real. they are profound and they cause enormous tragedy, as well as joy. but we're just a bunch of humans would doubts and confusion. we do the best we can and the best thing we can do is treat each other better. because we're all we got. and i would hope that the knowledge that there were aliens out there would solidify people's sense that what we have in common is a little more important. ah, but he's very skeptical of humanity. but no doubt there would be immediate arguments about like, well, you know, we need to spend a lot more money on weapon systems to defend ourselves, which and those new religions would pop up and who knows what kind of arguments we get into. we were good at manufacturing arguments for each other. no religious.
1:57 am
i mean only time will tell, but why don't they ask brock obama care? what do you know? are there other beings out there? tell us, tell us new religions. it sounds like he knows something, but he's not telling us. all right, that's it for now, folks. i want to thank you for joining me. send out a news news use it. you can catch more of me on the press. it is right here in the america fridays at 6 30 pm eastern. thanks for watching. ah . as a korean professionals board is much tougher on some than others. she was hero my by everybody. so why would somebody believe me? i was just a little girl. the price paid to, to, to achieve really was was how to read in the paper this morning,
1:58 am
usa swimming coach, arrested, allegedly had sex with a 12 year old girls. this happens almost every week. we get calls at the office. i get informed about one of my greatest fears is someone's going to start linking all this together. there's going to be a 60 minute documentary about youth coaches in sports like gymnastics swimming. is that documentary? i see it on our team here with our annual summer solution where we know not no problem. what the solution the who's

ah, the, i don't know. i mean, there's some steps in there were rescuing the food that they were not scabbing or were rescuing resources that are still good. this is best by march 21st, which is in today's all these potatoes, paula pianos, onions, all of these came from waste brown sources. this is great for me because i'm always looking for a way to give things away. dr. because the tax laws, you know, definitely do benefit the wealthier people and our society. so that makes sense for them to throw it out right off rather than give it to somebody who could use it.
2:00 am
and then that person is not going to buy it. ah, thing investigation revealed to the host of america's riches billionaires actually avoiding tax spike getting richer. the us revenue service seems more concerned with finding out the late, the phone person and putin, rails, again, nato expansion in the mistreatment of russia and ukraine in a comprehensive interview. even if it's something with job by university students remove an image of queen elizabeth the 2nd from that college is common room. so i think it's linked to the colonial purse. the move has been condemned by the countries education minister as absurd. we put the issue up for debate the queen is the head of our country. so i think it's a great, really, really great shame to come to this and they haven't being disrespectful mcqueen
