so let's start at the beginning here. what made you get involved with the suit back in 2019 and did you think you actually had a shot at winning this case? well, you know, i'm a law who got an owner. i shoot, i grown up in the firearms industry. i know my parents shot, it was just something that we grew up with, right. i want to be able to have and operate the same firearm as anybody else across the country which we can't do in california. so the opportunity to get to become involved. but my name to the, to the case, it made a lot of sense. i'm a lawyer by trade. i'm not afraid of going to court. so i was happy to be able to jump in. ok, well as a, as a lawyer, you see, you certainly can now look at this opinion and realize some of the, the gravity of some of the things that the judge said judge a roger t beneath has a striking down the law. he said that this was a failed experiment. he called it on constitutional, of course,
