it should be. so just to be clear here and hear me when i say this, no employer has the right to force you to get any of these cobra 1900 vaccines. they do not have that, right. i'll explain why in a 2nd. but let me just set this up. so a 117 of the employees at this houston hospital. nurses and staff have filed a lawsuit basically saying they've been told that if they do not get back to me by june 7th, they were going to be terminated. they were out of a job. so they filed a lawsuit saying, you can't force us to take this vaccine by the way, maryland, and there are 60 hospitals that are represented under the the maryland hospital association is now requiring all of their nurses and employees as well as in the dc area. they're requiring the so it is happening across the country. now here's the sticking point is that an employer does not have the right to force you to get vaccinated because with these vaccines, because they were issued under an emergency use authorization and e, u, a emergency use authorizations where the f, b, a k promot turn out for pfizer, for johnson and johnson, in order to have these vaccines out,

the law is very clear about this health and human services. essentially said, when this was done, that you cannot be forced, you can not be compelled to take these vaccines because they have not been studied . that has been said by helping human services. doctor cohen and health and human services testified before congress. october 22nd of 2020 and said in that testimony, no one will be forced to take these, including hospitals and organizations cannot mandate it because it was issued under an e. u. a very important distinction because stevens, you know, so many of the folks who make the claim that, oh yeah, employers can do this. they're citing the supreme court ruling from 19 o 5 that says that the army can force soldiers to get vaccinated. that has no bearing on the ways which 1st came into place in 2004. while i'm anxious to see, i'm not doubting your word, i'm anxious to see the outcome of they are their fleet to the court to stop what's going on there at the used in hospital. what about the argument legal basis or not

that in the case of health care workers, they owe it to the patients that they treat to have the shot. well, i would disagree with that for a couple of reasons. for one thing, there's a lot of things we don't know about these vaccines, and that's argument that's made here in the lawsuits of a law suit. the nurses are saying this, they're saying we're not guinea pigs, right. and so you can't force us to take this vaccination, we're not saying we won't get it in the future. we're saying we don't know what the effects will be. so until it studied, we want to reserve the right to not take it legally. they have a point there, and by the way, i believe this will probably go to the supreme court. it needs to go to the supreme court because there is a huge distinction here between an emergency use authorization, meaning we don't know what's in the vaccine or we don't know the effects it'll have versus something the f, the as approved. but to your point about being a nurse, the bottom line is, if phil's nurses have had coven in the past, based on what we know now, we know that the antibodies you get from actually contracting cobit according to

multiple reports now and studies last longer. last a lifetime and are more effective than getting the vaccine. so why are these hospitals giving antibody test and nurses to the employees to determine whether or not they have that instead of brushing straight to the vaccine? all right, so now these nurses and i agree with you. i mean, i would love to see this go to the supreme court, but we'll take a long time. so to, to what i was going to, to just address you, these nurses have been suspended for 2 weeks. and if they don't get the shot they, their employer says they'll be fired. i mean, they may be reinstated down the line. if this goes right, supreme court, even expedited, it would take a long while. so you know what happens to the workers and, and again, this is all over the country at medical facilities and i wish the media would make the public aware of this. they're not, but that's another issue. go ahead. that's right, they're not. and you're right. here's what i think the answer to it is that if you are an especially a nurse and you're being told this one, if you, if it goes against your conscience in your believes to be vaccinated,
