. let's talk a little bit about what's behind what looks like, you know, spontaneous protests that have her up in cuba. i mean, we've seen people in the u. s. say that it's the result of bad cuban government decisions. the cuban government, you know, pointed that forces in the united states, what do you think is behind did this outbreak of rallies? well, honestly, it's probably a bit of both, but, but i think what's, what's fascinating about this is the opening of the internet and social media and the communication that people can have with one another, both within cuban and outside through advanced internet technologies has really changed the way that people are communicating and, and i think complicating again who is actually doing the communication. certainly it's not outside of past experience of us involvement in stirring up some of these

some of these activities that then become a bit of spectacle. but i also think we shouldn't just sit back and think that this is the united states having people doing it, it's bidding for them. so there are some real challenges there. but as one of the above being interviewed said, we're going to address those challenges and we're going to address them a bit differently. and i think that that's what cuban folk are asking for and have been asking for the ability, the agency that they have to address social, economic, and cultural differences between the united states and cuba in the ways that they wished to. and that's never really tasted nice to the us government. well, let's talk a little bit about joe, us present joe biden's earlier promise to reverse what he called. you know, the trump administration's harsh policies on her vantage. would you say that this, this event was marking a, basically a breaking of this promise? well, i think, you know, joe biden likes to surround himself with
