well, look, i, i agree with your instinct on this. i mean, you know, the reporting on. it sounds terrible and as you say they had, i had an alert that it was actually going to be right at the abbe gate and they seem to have decided to keep it open. but i may make a couple of observations. one is, i don't think we'll ever have a war again where we don't have this kind of spotlight on the situation, you know, and i think it's worth saluting joe biden. and donald trump both for getting us out . most politicians actually don't do the hard thing. i think trump put biden in a position where he had to, but at least we're getting out. now having said that, i think what we've seen is joe biden, his administration has been so incompetent on this. and i have to say the question i want answered. now is who's making the decisions because it doesn't seem like it's biden. i mean, i usually when you say that, you know, you say like who's making decisions and you're sort of trying to cause a political 5 doesn't seem like biden's in charge. doesn't seem like you're making smart decisions, i don't know who's doing it. we got to get to the bottom of it. and at this point,

these kids, but that the state welfare agencies that they were not. but he said that's what concerns him is that the kids, biological family had a home. they had basically raised 2 other kids before and there weren't any other issues. and they seem to have a stable income to their question was, why as the day try to give us these children, when they have family that are actually related to them, that could take care of them. they was riding in for advice, should i go through the process and, and by the way, the advice columnist said yes, you should go through the process because at least you care enough to ask these questions and they're going to get adopted out regardless. but like you said, it's an interesting, it's an interesting question all the way around. what is happening to these kids is incarcerated here? well, and there's lots of reason why kids are in the foster care system. but how common the thing is, this issue of children of incarcerated parents being taken away unfairly? we know it's interesting. i started digging into that when, when your topic that it's fascinating. the marshal project actually did an investigative report on this a few years ago. and they examined some 3000000 cases and they found that children

placed in foster care or their, when their parents are incarcerated, they're more likely to have their parental rights terminated than parents to physically or actually sexually assaulted their kid. so that was the result of analyzing some 3000000 cases. as i said. and these were parents that weren't even accused of child glass abuse, endangerment. some of them didn't even have drug or alcohol used female prisoners, of course, because they are mothers, 5 times more likely than their male counterparts of inmates to end up have their kids end up in foster care to have their parental rights terminated again half the time they don't even have abuse charges to get them. that's just for the sole purpose that they were incarcerated. and then when i wonder if they have the right to appeal, that if they even know what's happening in the 1st place that their rights are being take away. you know, molly, i wonder why turn terminate parental rights if they aren't facing charges related anything that was specifically in danger, a child, or if they weren't to a lifelong sentence, real quick of an answer for i want to get this in. yeah, absolutely. well, basically it has to do with how long they're in jail. and there's
