we do this following the pandemic. our workers in the united states actually more trying to correct the ills from pre pandemic. or did they come back to probably what some are saying, a more hostile work environment are they? we came back to a combination of everything when it comes to not just the john employees, we're back to the school bus drivers. my mother is a school bus driver for years. the school bus drivers are actually a member of the teachers union, not like the u. a w or the teamsters union, there are a member of the actual m e a, sorry, wrong. and i apologize, but the bus drivers are members of the me a so they're not really representing bus drivers. and when it comes into the john deere union, you gotta realize some of the unions are fighting, are standing up for these people, civil liberties as they come into work and they're not really pushing for the wage increases. and that wage increases is happening without striking all the way around, john deere, there's a lot of private, non union organizations that are, you know, where he just right now because the labor. so it's just something where the
