ah, the russia u. s. fox in geneva, we're highly anticipated, but expectations of a positive outcome were low, very low. russia's chief negotiator says americans, under estimate the gravity of the situation, these are ominous words. what will be the cost of this failure? with reaction of republicans in georgia chose the wrong way. they are democratic way

that too many people have already in a democracy is a problem. bigger than 2020. now 22 going into that election that makes it illegal. bring your neighbors, your fellow voters, food or water, or they went line to vote for bell about the numbers and food and water. that's why this makes focus as president bided, and the democrats is this voting rights initiative. and where better should the president go to talk about voters oppression in this state where he broke all voting records back in 2020. thank you. it's not that he's giving me well, guess what? we're going to be the latest as well as why keith civil rights group, and that leader will not be in attendance for the president and the vice president

rally today. dot failed shame. the idea that a government official like yourself would claim, unilaterally to represent science, that any criticism of you would be considered a criticism of science itself is quite dangerous. there was another round of heated or exchange between doctor anthony voucher incident or rand paul, which resulted in little answers actually being given from the man in charge of handling this virus viewer. confused about the mixed messages lately from dr. valgy and dr. will lensky regarding the numbers and the lack of testing available? it was obvious that were the senators were gonna bring you the highlights from the hearing. let's try to get some clarification from our expert panel. plus, there has been a debate regarding if the corona virus was going to be the catalyst for socialized medicine in the united states. well, one day it looks as though they are going to try the government run and deliver system all while at the same time proposing tax. we're going to see how the math

lower on sky. now he is in need of the stories we are going to cover on today's news is use right here on our t america blue . thanks for joining us here on tuesday, president joe biden headed down south georgia with a vice president come or harris all to push for change to the cent filibuster rules to pass voting right now. stacy abrams well known george and is among many of those that are not there as well as many activists who even boycotted the president speech in protest of the lack of action. so from where we bring in our to correspond paxton boy paxton, scotty, president biden spent tuesday afternoon in georgia, pushing for a change in senate rules to pass voter rights legislation. setting up a showdown with republicans. president joe biden, using a speech and george on tuesday to endorse changing senate filibuster rules that

have stalled voting rights legislation. the president saying now was the time to choose democracy over autocracy. this was defining moment relief people on the judge were they before, were they after the vote? they got a judge that got the question. biden voicing support for changing the senate, filibuster rules only to ensure the right to vote is defended as it stands. now, filibuster rules requires 60 boats to advance most legislation. a mark, senate democrats can't meet on the road with a thin 5050 senate majority republicans unanimously opposing voting rights measures . while not all democrats are on board either. senator joe mansion of west virginia being one of them, calling the rules, change a heavy lift more so ongoing conversations as far as on voting. because i think the bedrock of democracy is making sure that you're able to cast a vote, as you're talking about those things before a speech on tuesday, president biden visiting atlanta's ebenezer baptist church and placing

a wreath that the crypt of doctor martin luther king junior and his wife coretta scott king paying tribute to civil rights battles of the past. senate majority leader, chuck schumer, setting up martin luther king junior day as the deadline to either pass voting legislation or consider revising the rules. some civil rights groups choosing not to attend and protest of what they call administration and action. clip albright co founder of black voters matter saying we don't need even more photo ops. we need action. democratic gubernatorial candidate, stacy abrams, known for her voting rights work. also skipping the event president biden downplaying her absence on tuesday. i spoke with stacy 40 for good relationship. we got our scheduling mixed up on. i thought that earlier this morning, all the same page and the fine president biden, a former long time center, or who largely stands by existing roles is facing political pressure from democrats

to come up with a breakthrough. and scotty voting rights advocates on stand by waiting to see what will happen and 2022 and beyond. after republican push was made it harder to vote after president donald trump's loss in the 2020 election and his subsequent efforts to overturn the results of that election. scottie, now there's lots of discuss from facts since package. and so let's talk about the president's trip. going down to georgia and bringing the best subjects to discuss new dock and tegler, a former georgia state representative. emily kept dual, who is a conservative, common, or both of you? francis show. thanks for joining me. thanks. got a good day. okay, let's start with your a john d. i don't think anyone needs an excuse to visit the peach state. but what another state actually like arizona have been a better choice. i think you think it depends on the say. i think we need to hear this message. we've heard that message from a predator bon, over and over, and we need for him to deliver. so today he doubled now and now i want to see
2:37 am
actually, so i will click was actually bring him out. i will see actually if you want to see how to ship president vine service not to stay for a long time. you know how to go with that. so the next photo right, was inner city bring that up because at the same time when president by to went down to georgia, the leak. how do you read, you know, stacy, as a scheduling mix up, i mean, the president at the united states and other civil rights that are saying they were protesting that obviously they think there should be action. do you think this has anything to do with more importantly in a, in a state like georgia that the latest national poll numbers have both the president and com layers, the vice president at their lowest levels yet going into this very important election year? i think it's a mixture of both, but at the end of the day, you know, as, as the saying go, you could put lipstick on a pin. but at the end of the day, it's still a period. and what we're finding with the administration is really simple. what it's straight at what the same thing that we saw during the campaign. of course,
2:38 am
they'd realize that the polling is bad on this, but because, but i did a campaign, chose to really push this notion that you know, that we are voting rights are under attack and make no mistake about it. it is a snow, stacy, a bruce with one of the most popular politicians in georgia, if not the most popular one. she snub joe by now personally, i think it's very disrespectful. i think she should've went ahead and met with joe biden because at the end of the day, the issue isn't with joe biden. the issue is with concrete and it's intellectually dishonest for these politicians to really keep this on jo, bite it. and of course, i would love to do that as a conservative, but at the end of the day, congress is responsible for this, not job by. what's your members of congress to do it? if you really want to do something, when it's interesting, you bring that up more because to get this, these rules change in the senate. where regarding the filibuster, you gotta, you can't just be democrats. there's going to be,
2:39 am
have to be some republicans that cross over. so was it smart? this is the 1st time that president bite has come out and endorse this idea of changing the roles in the senate. would have been better for the present, just stayed out of it and let the, the senate politics take a hold because once the president get involved, republicans are not going to hand the president a win regardless if they like the bill or not. there are a lot of people who assume things about how government hurts. it doesn't really work that way. so a lot of this cost or nature mosquito bought joe biden, for reasons that you can't any, don't do it. the campaign make no mistake about it. joe biden. campaign that he would be able, with his all goals 15 years, a washington experienced be able to actually move the country and work on the other side of the aisle that has not happened in large part because congress in the way it doesn't matter if it's a republican or democrat in the white house, this is how our system was. just so don't blame joe by forge blame the members of congress because they are the ones who are not getting these things done well. and
2:40 am
i want to switch gears a little bit because of one of the reasons why he did go to jordan was obviously we're about a week away from the holiday that makes us remember dr. king, in the service that he did to this country de. however, one thing about dr. king is that is something that today regards of political party lines, everybody should unify behind his message because that's what dr. king was about, obviously. but when, when the president was there, 1st of all, should he have waited till actually martin luther king day and taken the time out on that day to go down and hit these play and go to these places, visit these places and lay the read on actual martin luther king day, but also does it not make the legacy of doctor king more politicized? is that actually good for the long term message with doctor keenan needed to resonate across party lines. so 1st of all, it doesn't matter what day he would have come because it all goes together. we celebrate keen birthday in georgia for a week or 2. and so i just, i'm glad you actually came down to georgia. i don't know what to say. i don't think it was no president buying, you know, she had a discussion book, boise, or not,
2:41 am
but she probably had some type of conflict. now, in regards to the messaging, i think we have to work on messaging, especially for our president, buys, because there are some things that he really can't do it. and so it's a key concern. he push promoting, right, you know, he was a stalwart. * for both that's why many of us know because of the civil war her time, we have a conversation, especially in georgia, how many people such as i got the job lowery, john kinsman, john lewis. so many civil rights me, this is georgia, is the heart of the voting movie for america to watch. some people like to say it's not about what is ga ga. it is richie, so i'm glad you came down to the peach state to do when. well lake and all right, mulligan day, are we interesting to see where it goes and if this helps actually bite and getting
2:42 am
involved in this actually helps or hurt concerning. this is an issue that if they do want to pass this voter rights, legislation is going to require some help from republicans. it doesn't look right now by making it political. that's going to happen. thank you both for joining me. now when we return, had the havoc reeked by the quote, a virus on our nation's help actually given credibility tween nationalized health care system. well, we're going to discuss after the break. ah, join me every thursday on the alex salmon show. and i'll be speaking to guess in the world, the politics sport, business. i'm show business. i'll see you then me july, an annual festival in st. petersburg, dedicated to dostoevsky. ah,
2:43 am
the great writer, a thinker and psychologist, people often turn to his work to understand russia and russians, perhaps even themselves. think what they sing on moody, it would be it brought the matting vehicle, anita, why do you need that changing a reader? transforming them as they read that? does i ask, is unique ability to stay ascii wants to tell us you can better yourself. he makes you face your true self or we could man beyond conventions, rules of schemes, beyond boundaries and time. dostoevsky is a global brand whose classics, as everyone knows, i'm never out of style with them. oh, oh, emotions, medieval institutions. and then i go to like technology and the combination
2:44 am
of the screen very, you could say historically distinct seeks fixes within our psycho physical makeup. i have rendered us pretty dangerous to ourselves, to the, to the planet with the reagan tactics and drawing on emergency funds in 2020, in anticipation of a post pandemic economic nosedive, california officials were delighted to see much of the extra revenue wasn't needed after all, a california governor gavin newsome has taken the opportunity to go full speed ahead with his progressive agenda. his as even include health coverage for the a state undocumented population at taxpayer expense. now the move would provide
2:45 am
health insurance to 700000 previously uninsured. people never aggressive, nationwide or cheering newton's proposal. but critics wonder how california plans to keep on providing health care for all when the time comes that there isn't so much money for the state to throw around. julius, now to discuss his attorney and a candidate for congress in california 26 district. rhonda kennedy. thanks for having me. okay. stay for the health care for undocumented migrants aren't even paying to the tax payer system completely all the time. dream come true for democrats. who but this is also gavin newsome's dream, who can put the brakes on newsome's vision for california. i mean, is it a one party state in this? what he says goes, this is jacqueline one party. i mean, the republican state legislator is going to stay at home because democrats can pass bills without republicans both. that's how bad one. yes, we are one state and democrats are ruining the state yet. so many you supposedly,
2:46 am
according to the budget, there's actually a surplus ride, hence why you cannot use this money to spend on so many. but i keep wondering that is so many people continue to move out of demand out of california into other states isn't. is newsome using this spending spree? do you think to put democrats permanently in control of the state? and what does that mean going forward? yeah, bottom line a california has the 2nd highest gas in the country. that is why and we actually produce gas here in california. yeah, and you some doesn't care about the everyday average citizens of this state. he cares about. this is just a ploy for the democrats to get what most because here in california there's no vote protection. everybody goes in california, even if you're not legally eligible to vote in california because you're not a citizen. people vote here and i think this is just another boy, a california for democrats to, to get down to stay in power and get books. okay,
2:47 am
so the recall last year did not work for him at the same time. do you think it had any effect on his governing style? yes, if you can call it governing and you have any, some, you know, he doesn't have, you know, 1000 dollar dinners. he says he keeps his friends businesses open, but yet he tells the entire state and other small businesses they need to close. this is more of a dictatorship here in california, rather than than a governorship, gavin newsom and nancy pelosi, they do whatever they want to. whenever they want to, they don't care about the voters, they don't care about the people of california. so gavin newsom sits on his throne in sacramento and just you know, gives out free stuff. everybody. when you look at the crime rate is so high here a california, particularly los angeles and the los angeles look like gotham city. it's so bad with crying, you look like you're walking into a 3rd world country when you go to downtown l a. and yet gavin newsom wants to get health care to illegals, and he will continue to get reelected. you know, get
2:48 am
a new, it's not all bad news over cal for a tax players because guess what? he's going to give them and tax cuts. but how do you square? i'm trying to add at the math here. you cut tax a taxes for those that are actually paying them, but you're going to fork out a lot of those that really aren't necessarily paying into it. how does the math work out? and is he being over optimistic about the future of his state by proposing this why no, i think avenue of math and everybody else's math is different because, you know, after all, democrat, the math races. but i don't the only the only thing that he can continue to do is to re pass on the middle class. i mean we, we pay it, we may not the higher income practice, but we pay when it comes to the sales tax gap there. they pack everything and that's how it's being paid for to be paid by, by the middle class here in california. well, and we'll just see how long they'll actually handle it. wonderful. talk with you. and we're going to see how this all turns out. because like i said, whatever happens in california, it will more than likely be watched by several other blue states in
2:49 am
a country to possibly spread. and if it works great, but history has shown it usually doesn't go too well. thanks for joining me for having me. and you keep coming back to personal attacks on me that have absolutely no relevance to reality. ok, so while we're on the subject of health care, the leading doctors in america charge with handling the corona virus appeared once again in front of a senate committee. all to answer questions regarding where america stands in the fight centers for disease control and prevention director, dr. rachelle and sky, as well as the white house chief medical advisor, dr. anthony valgy, were joined by the acting food and drug administration commission. dr. janet woodcock and they were all asked various questions regarding the multiple mixed messages previous made by previous comments made regarding the numbers of victims and the quarantine time. but the way this ministration rolled out boosters was
2:50 am
a disaster. you created skepticism and mass confusion. i have heard from so many people who find the latest, c, d. c. isolation in quarantine, gains confusing. well, they're not the only ones, but once again, there is really only one senator who really push back on the panel and of course, like always directed dr. file sheet. do you think words like conspiracy theory should be an a scientific paper? senator, i never use that word when i was referring to it. you're distorting virtually everything you communicate with the 5 scientists who wrote the opinion piece in nature where they were describing. oh, this is no way this could add on for was on the web me what i need you to talk with any of those behind is like i believe that you keep to still do the truth is you don't know how you do talk to the ongoing saga, maybe they'll be good friends by the end of this, but until then we're going to continue cities here discussion. i would actually
2:51 am
discuss what the doctor said and bring him to rick meta, who is a former f. t official, georgetown university health law professor and current us house candidate. thank you so much for joining me gentlemen. why are we just now being turned one of the messages that has actually been kind of changed or not change is kind of evolved. has vendor just now being told by the cdc director that 75 percent of coven 19 death, had 4 or more co morbidities to it? isn't that a major detail? and should we be looking at the individuals with these co morbidities separately than without at this stage? absolutely, the cdc cannot keep their stories straight and their narrative continues to unravel . you know, you saw that dr. lucky was challenged when asked even by c n n, a mainstream media about whether or not people that were hospitalized with coven infections, where they there because of cove or with cove it. and then she finally squirmed and answered, well, they happened to test positive with coping, so they weren't necessarily hospitalized because of the coven. and so i think the
2:52 am
american public is now waking up to see that the narrative is being skewed in order to create government overreach. control and fear monitoring should we be looking at antibodies and should that start to beat play a factor more and our policy decisions is obviously there's been some major decisions made about society and where people can go, what they can do, based off of one thing should we start considering antibodies, the entire totality of the armamentarium of options to jacqueline cove. it should be looked at not just beans or mandatory vaccines, but antibodies and other treatment protease inhibitors, and other treatment options coming down to like one of the administration is that i'm like, trump administration there know operation works beat to make treatment options available. so yes, of course, i don't, we should be looking at creating access to monoclonal antibodies. they're effective looking at treatment options coming down the pike to make them very well. but also look at more specialized testing. cindy about anybody testing for those that have
2:53 am
been exposed to coven and have developed antibodies? not just this one size fits all, testing to say that you're positive and then create fear. because you're on the positive until we change our language, our epidemiological jargon around this, and stop calling it a pen, demick call an endemic and admit the fact that many americans will be exposed to oma on over the period of time and start looking at that. and it's due to ality only dead. are we going to finally get past this big coven narrative that's being pushed by the see who can't even keep up with their talk points? well, that's in a kind of all over the place, but i think you actually are seeing a lot of harm been done. because as for a society that we've worked so hard and that message has been unity and everybody inclusiveness and let everybody be creative, will be treated fairly, you know, dr. lensky today actually said that that exposure, guidance is the same for vaccinated and unvaccinated at the current time. therefore, do you feel like that would be, it is unvaccinated, the on back to actually deserve the targeting, that they were entreated, right?
2:54 am
and the treatment like 2nd class, that it is that we're seeing the demon ization of and back say like we're saying not only by government but trickling all down there within our school system for kids that are under 18, have not been vaccinated yet. to k. americans against each other is just despicable and sickening. the truth is, you know, when you look at the new treatment options, you see the advisors, new product back of it, 90 percent effective, to keep people out of the hosp whole or developing serious infections even vaccinated. and unvaccinated, so again, they're pushing a narrative to try to coerce and force people to become vaccinated despite the ability for them to talk to their doctors and assess the benefit risks for themselves. it's government overreach, it's government manipulation, their narrative is crumbling. and it's that exactly the kind of harm they've already done to the american public. more importantly, they've created a significant amount of distrust in our administrative health agencies,
2:55 am
of which many americans use the old and very high regard. exactly, and it's interesting to see that people that are actually following along with it just lock. and stephanie, wonder what their agenda is, what they're trying to do. but this latest one has come out is this idea that everybody and we're, we're hard to having to deal with it here. everybody's trying to get tested. they're having to go find tests. i have to tell you, it's a lot like hunger games out there these days trying to find tests, whether you're going to buy them. i had somebody in my building selling them for a 100 dollars a piece, and yet people can't go into work sometimes without getting a test, even with no symptoms. why does the cdc characterize as possible exposure? i want the technical definition and with the shortage of testing right now, how smart i don't want to say socially responsible for either at this point to be forcing people with no sense to get tested when they actually need some people actually need to be tested because they're showing symptoms and they actually need to know if they have the corona virus or the flu. big difference. yeah. well look, when you start to treat all americans the same,
2:56 am
and you basically erase individuality and individual liberties. and this is what you get. you get chaos, you get confusion. rather we should talk about how we're stratifying those that are at high risk from the virus. and there are those that have co morbidities or other health conditions, obese and the elderly. rather than talking about that, all americans the same enforce them into the same. what i call chinese thing across dr. boundary has us and the chinese speaker cups where you don't, you want to go to work, but maybe asymptomatic. you've tested positive. now you have the warranty and instead of 10 days, maybe it's 5 days, and they say it's based on science. and then here it's based on economic considerations. and then you have to get tested to get out of warranty. and you can't find what is the average american supposed to do? how can they go to work with food on the table and live their life to normalcy again? and you can't because of this mixed messaging that everyone is being commandeered. that's why biden himself admitted that there is no federal solution,
2:57 am
let the states handle it and we got to move away from cdc and these top down bureaucrats that are not accountable to the political process and start working at a state level to get people back to work and back to normal. and you said you think people are finally waking up to at the same time. once again, we even heard this week about the whole mask, about how math these cloth mask that we've all been wearing around for 2 years or, or the blue mask. those are point within yet. the mask mandates are still in place . what is it going to take it? are we going to have to have more people from the medical community stayed up and just even use common sense and say, this is what works. and this is what that even if that goes up against the cdc saying real quick, 22nd. well, i think more doctors are finally stepping up. you know, i'll tell you how professionals there are more scared of not complying to the rules than they are of the virus. when they start to look at that and do their hippocratic oath to take care of their patients. we're going to see more more physicians and epidemiologist stepping up and saying the right thing. thank you rick. you know, that is all for today show, but i want to continue this conversation. let's do it on twitter. the question i
2:58 am
have for you after 2 years, who share your opinion about the virus, the doctors on the hill, or what you have observed on your own, your neighborhoods with your own family. to me your answer at scottie and use and use the hash tag team in vh. and for all the diverse programming here at r t america, make sure you download the portable that the app is free on your apple or android device. and most importantly, until we see each other again, i need to say happy fe, healthy, stay informed. blue. ah . while our officers are facing an increasingly dangerous environment, we are seeing a growing debate about so called warrior cops. the term that i've heard in the militarization of police. this is an amber vehicle we acquired through the 1033 program, very free program with the government program that funnels military property that is no longer use to local law enforcement. with building an army over here,
2:59 am
and i can't believe if people aren't seeing a need because this again, a feeling that hey, you have to deal with our practice. who are you putting in uniform cover beds. if the problem is from tab has like money in play, tricks and people mind they think they go bad know is what is out the door. very bad trends are coming. good news. you have job security because the world desperately needs. but you have to join me every thursday on the alex simon, sure. and i'll be speaking to guess what the world politics, sport business, i'm show business, i'll see you then. ah

ah, headlining this out from moscow, his eyes turned to the next round of moscow security talks with the west brushes, washington and boy warns that us officials remarks are trying to derail the negotiations. cuddle your pet to do star jumps if you want to stay warm this winter . a major british energy company feels the heat for its advice, while fuel costs to rocket. i think i've completely lost the floor on that i have to put when she pays really freezing our in house because we're trying to get the costs down. you just thing i what else i said today we speak to a b, b. c presented who's left off the 46 years, blaming too much woke agenda being pumped into his network radio show.
