tv   Cross Talk  RT  November 11, 2022 7:00pm-7:31pm EST

7:00 pm
ah, what would be the name on that noun? that would be what am in matching assess. laura doesn't want that extra mom, but i know it's up a minute or ah, hello and welcome to cross talk. we're all things are considered. i'm peter lavelle . technically speaking, the g o. p can claim victory in the mid term elections, but that victory is humiliating. traditionally the party out of power performance much better, particularly since now the economy is in such a poor state and bitin is unpopular. these elections proved the country is as
7:01 pm
divided as ever. ah cross sucking after the mid terms. i'm joined by my guess, jennifer braden and milwaukee. she's an attorney in cleveland. we have dentist, goosenich. he is a former presidential candidate and a former congressman and in las vegas we cross the craig pos, the jar duleigh. he is intellectual integrity expert and co host of am, wake up and the combo couch across stock rules. and the fact that means he can jump any time he want, and i always appreciate when you go to dennis 1st, where can reconvening we were altogether a week ago. i could just start out by saying all the conservative poll posters got it all wrong. what would they got right in 2016 has been wiped away. they are in the, in the, in the wilderness with all the other posters, i think. but then it's, you've, you've been in politics. what happened? because i tend to think of the republicans that had done nothing they might have done even better. but they didn't. what happened with these midterms?
7:02 pm
i think that's a pretty court decision. may have motivated some voters to turn out. but i just want to say you, when you, when the period of the republicans are definitely one control the house, the senate is up for grabs. they may win the senate. but if they have control one house, that's a major factor in governing in the united states. so, you know, we're, we're still going to have a country that is divided. i pointed out, politically, but, you know, i, i mean there's it, the media and in the us it's casting as says, republicans last, know they want. every. yeah, they want. i said the very 1st sentence. ok. they bade their winners. but let me turn to jennifer. i mean, but what is this victory tell us because, you know, if we look at the quality of the candidates, i mean, i, my 1st reflection was,
7:03 pm
you know, did the democrats vote for the party and the republicans vote for candidates? i mean, john federal min. i mean, this is a very weird election for me. go ahead jennifer. well, sentiment is a great example of what would be considered a weird election. i do completely agree that the republicans did when, i mean this is a huge win for, for, well, now i think for the house, but there's still a couple that are in the air that we're waiting for. but i mean, veteran as an example, i mean, here he was up against dr. eyes, who is a celebrity, who's been on oprah, who's kind of been this moderate player, pennsylvania has seen it seem to be kind of this purple state. and so i think this is very concerning and it raises those concerns. i think that frankly many people had in 2020 were, which is, you know, are there any anomalies here? what's, what, why would people do this? i mean, surely the democrats cannot be dat blind, that they are seen that this man can barely put together. and you know,
7:04 pm
dispense deal is usually seems to have some, some, some health issues. and so we look at, you know, being able to form sentences together. it's, this is something that i think that i think is really a big deal that we need to start looking at the people america our needs before before. just don't party do not care, do not pay attention everything. i. i agree with that jennifer in craig. i mean, i guess it's just party affiliation and not the quality and caliber of candidates because i think, you know, and i'm a conservative, i'm not, i'm not for the g o p. i don't get involved in party politics. but as a conservative, there was some really interesting, conservative republican candidates out there. i'm not all of them on some did j d bad to was one of my heroes. i really like j. d. but again, it gets now this tells us how polarized our politics are. it's just what the party is, or are we still voting for against donald trump? go ahead, craig. well, peter is, and we're fishing in the waters,
7:05 pm
the wrong waters. that is, when we start talking about these candidates, because this is not about the candidates this particular election, this is about the system itself. we're here doing a post election wrap up when we don't have post election results that are saying around all the ballots. maybe in 6 weeks and all the bouts, ma'am, in the mail, and we'll find out what's going on. no, this is a referendum on the system itself. and just like we have to understand what happened in 2014 in ukraine to understand what's happening today. we have to do the same thing with elections. we have to go back to 2002 and look at the hub act. another one from george w bush, including the patriarch, any iraq war. this act thrusted upon all these independent privately own private equity companies that have proprietary software and public elections. now combine that with all the cobra protocols that are now permanently in place. lead states like arizona and nevada, where we still don't have results. we don't know who the governor is. we don't know, have the secretary of state. we have a bar, we have a shim, we have
7:06 pm
a circus of election, and we need to fix this 1st. okay, well craig, who won the iowa caucuses in 2020, does anybody know, does anybody know who won? i don't think we do. i don't think we still did is they won the coin flip one a dennis is is what the idea of a wave um victory way for either party possible anymore because it seems to me it is so polarized right now because it's as you know, and then on top of the biden thinks this is a victory for him personally, which is another kind of weird element of this post election outcome. go ahead dennis. i 1st of all, i'd like to respond to the comments about senator elect betterment. i don't know him, but what impressed me wasn't, you know, it's a choice of words or it's inability to be able to or it's difficult to communicate . but this man has a quality of heart,
7:07 pm
which is extraordinary. and i think that's what kept him not only check them run it, but i think that people connected with that. you know, sometimes elections are not just about, you know, the, the issues that are in front of sometimes people make choices based on this, where others may say, well, well, but then that is to be fair. i mean, he only debated at the very last moment here there was early voting ok. i mean, i think one could make a logical case that a lot of voters didn't know who they were voting for in the early stages. but let me go to jennifer. i'm sorry, i have to keep the bar. hi. i mean you have to be able to 3 sentences together. ok . i, you know, this able ism argument is this nonsense. ok. some people are able to communicate well and you have to be able to do that in politics to succeed jennifer. and i think the concern is not, you know, are they well broken or polish?
7:08 pm
i don't think the concern is not being polish. i think that's fine. you could not be polished and still be able to cognitively deal with your constituents, deal with the american people and the needs of america. i think there are serious issues when there is a stroke or a heart attack or when there is aging issues. and those are things that we need to care about, the person i mean parading somebody like that might actually need care. just because we need a body to fill in a seat to, to, to tell them you know how to vote it. yeah. go ahead, dennis, jump in, go ahead. you know, i don't disagree with the got it, but the one thing that you have to keep in mind, you know this peter, us to begin to show how does this happen? how does this election happen? and one of the things is that people, and i think confederates case, people saw something in him that 2 people voted for. i'm saw that is amazing quoting heart, i think that's what i want. now know what else to say now,
7:09 pm
it's my opinion. okay. ok. all right. ok, craig, let's, let's talk about the republicans here. i mean, again, we can all agree that they won. ok. i think we can model give a modifier for that big tree, but you know, look at mcconnell and be the lead of the republican party. they will, they actively worked against the candidates, the one primaries. i mean, what is this? so i'm a, i'm kind of moving in your direction about how the, the establishment kind of controls these, the actual events here. ok. and it was very theatrical in that sense. go ahead, greg. well, i mean that is what is there the say it's, it's the unit party over here right now. you know, obviously i think these, these people have been in congress wait too long in the mechanism to get rid of them and get some civil service says it's completely obliterated. it's just a food hazy act. it's fake. i mean, to the federal point, really quickly, just digressing back if died, if it was all about a good heart. and that's why the federal one. why didn't the same thing happen for
7:10 pm
herschel walker in atlanta, when it was all read down the ticket, except that he is now facing a run off? it's not a mystery that the 6 hotspots in the last election happened to be states like pennsylvania, where fed up in one where there's a lot of questions involved and in georgia, where now herschel walker is going to run off. so i mean, i don't know, i don't care if it's red or blue when you put name your, they cheat the primaries, they cheat the general and that's what we're left with. a bunch of people who are selected, not elected. go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. something to that, but you know, you go back to the president by me. i find it difficult to think i would find it difficult to claim victory if i lost the house and maybe the senate, you know, there's, there's a reality check that has to go on. and the house in particular,
7:11 pm
it's going to be problematic because it's quite likely that the republicans will conduct a series of investigation to 100 brighton. and it's going to be very uncomfortable for the white house. so i don't know that i pop my head above the box and weight play. on the other hand, what is remarkable is that president biden has shown a great resilience. he is, he's been under a lot of acts and he appears to be ready to continue the fight. but jennifer, he doesn't know the difference between ukraine in fallujah. i mean, that doesn't bode well for a competence that people have to have in the presidency. go ahead, jennifer, before we go to the brain, what exactly, and what's the flight? what's this? you know, that's what i would say. what's the fight that job i? and despite that, he's up against because it seems that the only thing he actually is aware cognitively aware that he's fighting is just anybody who supports america. anybody who supports american politics, any, any conservative,
7:12 pm
that's who he's fighting against. and if he's up for that, again, we're not looking at more unification. we're looking at more division and more chaos. right? yeah. well that's right. then you have to remember they had that the white house, they had the senate and they had the house and they didn't go fulfilled their promises. here we're going to jump in here. we're going to go to a short break. and after that short break, we'll continue our discussion after the midterms. ah ah ah ah, i think you really have construction we've she and we've been in week 6 i was showing a little who has recently merchandise to move center of chicago and also the move
7:13 pm
quickly putting out the so please the semester ashley with his line you do yes, do shit and he's all for yeah, you know, showing that on the bus with on some of them is jose from see. yeah, i was just supposed to set it up. no, but i learned a doily new job will can yes. and then yes, question on when you had done my review, my auto bought. yeah. which in that usually a score to us? no, we do get questioning. oh no. oh oh
7:14 pm
oh no. when i was shooting ra, a out the scene to come to an engagement equals the trail. when so many find themselves well to part, we choose to look for common ground. ah, which and it was of my in control if i give but i need the store in this. shakira shorter went in and i'm not understanding i forgot ain scare now when i went back with such a church i spell session on
7:15 pm
a fine. it's national z and this is shiny york is when you buy on it. when you sit down with the buy mia? ah. welcome back across stock were all things are considered. i'm peter le belcher manager. we're discussing after the midterms. ah . okay, let's go back to craig last, a las vegas here. no bout, you know, when you're talking about high politics in united states, you still can't get away from talking about donald trump. what did he have a good night or a bad night? a net wayner. net lose. well, i mean, it depends on how you look at it, his mac or so. yeah. yeah, i mean, it depends really, i mean, from what i see, i'm an election integrity activist. so i go to a lot of electron integrity meetings. this is just going to motivate his base right
7:16 pm
now. to continue to learn more about the system, continue to fight to get the election straight. i gotta tell you, peter, i am so impressed with the america 1st crowd when it comes to their election. integrity movement. 2020 really stung them and they're being proactive. it, it's much more i can say that about the progressives in 2016 that just walked away . when bernie sanders caught completely got cheated. so i think he did when in a sense that he still going to keep people was fire going, they're going to still continue to learn the system to get a still continue to understand the system. and hopefully by 2024 it will be a lot better than what we just witnessed this tuesday because this was a sham, but hopefully in 2024. donald trump's base will be activated to keep fighting for election laws. so we can get some form of transparency and decency and our elections. yeah, but dennis, can you be for exactly what craig said there and still and, but instead of supporting donald trump support someone like ron de santis can you to because 2016 was a, was a,
7:17 pm
an important moment in american politics. and trump is always associated with that, but that trump effect doesn't necessarily have to mean the man himself going forward. denise, go ahead. well, 1st of all, i'm not a republican, so i know i know. i know. i know i got to watch net prime, but i mean, i didn't say everybody has an opinion about donald trump, so it doesn't matter what party or and go ahead that's true. and i checked my opinions pretty much do i so now continue to do that. but i will say this that i feel that the, one of the mistakes that the democrats make is to be obsessed with donald trump. and as a result, they have failed to the party and the party has failed to address the economic issues. so people really care about now maybe some will say, well then, then it shouldn't been republican, should've done better. well then you could argue that, but you know, the underlying issues which will still be very much alive in 2024 inflation cost
7:18 pm
of gas. the cost of food, and these are all things that an interest rate, what we're mortgage cause that what the rate is, americans are still grappling with this. they're dealing with the basic bread and butter issues and, and the democrats have not resolve those issues. we'll see if the republicans can control the house and maybe the senate, but that's up in the air. so if it all becomes about donald trump, that it just a personality test. this is, this is better than one person. although again, the democrats, i think unwisely made donald trump the issue over and over and over and have washed and connect them to the grassroots that talks about delivering under basic economic issues. yeah. but jennifer, it seems to me, i mean dennis actually made a good commercial for the g o. p. bread and butter issues. ok. but it didn't work
7:19 pm
that it didn't work. and why didn't it work? i mean, i was a follow enough of the candidates in the g o p, but that's exactly what they were talking about. bread and butter issues here. but the rip, the democrats, would be, look at, you know, the cnn m. s. m, b, c, hollywood. you know, everything, you know, it was scare mongering, they scared the electorate and they, they would succeeded to a large degree. i would say, jennifer, they scared the lecture. you're right. and you know, the truth is that there is an underpinning going on. you can call it america 1st. you can call it the patriots. you can call it, did it, does anything you want. but the truth is that there are people now who are rising up blue collar workers of people all across america. republicans and democrats were old school republicans and democrats, who really didn't care her, maybe a better for the party. and i think this group and this includes latino, this includes is includes african americans. this includes minorities and these people are rising together. and a problem is because of the fear mongering from the mainstream media,
7:20 pm
they don't realize how much they haven't come and they don't actually realize how massive their numbers are. and that is why i do believe there are anomalies. i do believe that there has been fraud once again in elections that is not going to be dealt with and, and be pushed under the rug. and, and because people are seen it now, it's not just maybe 12 people. we saw it in 2020 and now far more people were looking again wait, this isn't right. why is this happening and why is it a need? zack? same places and, and i think i think this group of people that is coming together from all walks of life as actually a much stronger voice. but they are not allowed to realize it because we're either being a demonized cancelled attacked targeted. and, and this is going to be something important to look at because the establishment of both sides, the establishment of their friends, and i'm in the mainstream media and all of that are trying to silence that are trying to continue dividing. and i don't think it's working anymore and i don't think it's winter got what craig, 100 percent agree with jennifer. because you know, i identify as a conservative in
7:21 pm
a lot of conservatives, of rary, uncomfortable talking about class. but it's all about class. okay. it's not about identity, it's about class, and the more the republicans are accept that and embrace it, the more powerful they will be, but they always glow themselves to be distracted by all. this woke nonsense. okay. it's a, it's clearly a class issue with $7.10 people believe the countries on the wrong track. but we're again 5050. we have, you know, we have all of the media. you have hollywood, you have universities, you know, all of that. and they're still 50 percent resistance. it's amazing to me, the resistance level that is there, go ahead greg. yeah, and, and peter, i just hate to, you know, keep it in the same drum, but when you have a 23 percent approval rate by congress, but yet they have a 90 percent competency retention rate that is going to tell you that something's wrong over here. once again, we're doing an analysis of candidates that a lot of us don't even believe are truly the elected candidates. and you know,
7:22 pm
the republicans, they got their own malarky in their own primaries, a lot of grassroots candidates. they cheated as well because it seems to me that they rather have an establishment. democrats take the reins than a grass roots republican. and when you have situations and since the systems in place where it's automatic voter registration, but everybody gets an absentee ballot on a male and. and then there's bow it harvesting. you have a recipe for a just broad across the board and i'm not talking bona fraud. i'm talking election fraud dentist. yeah. jump in. jump in dennis. i'm glad this is brought up about after the balloting and harvesting of bugs. because i think that what, what has been pinpointed here is one of the underlying reasons for the surprise and the results of the 2022 election. and that is, a democrats have really perfected this absentee ballot
7:23 pm
opportunity and have votes and prior to the actual day of the election called harvesting. but the fact that matter is they've been very successful at getting that action to vote in before the 1st voters cash the election day. and i just want to point out, if you're doing an analysis, you'll see that when the early returns came in, democrats had, in some cases, extraordinary margins. ok. but then the votes came in on election day. and republicans may have turned out primarily an election day as opposed to the early and the republicans came back and in some cases, 11 election said that the early media reports would indicate maybe they're going to lose. so here, so it has to be looked at. we'd have to look at the processes of early voting and see and make sure there's integrity there. we also have to say that if there is
7:24 pm
going to be early voting, maybe republicans can take a cue from democrats and, and get more people involved prior to the election. my personal charge is, you know, i wish more people would vote on the day of the election always said go back to paper. ballad said that it worked her to hundreds of years. okay. i this is non and yeah, everyone, everyone has an id. ok. i did. this is ridiculous, but dead, but it's hard to pay on it. dennis is right. that's the trend here. but jennifer? jennifer about collection. i ran it years ago a day. let me go to jennifer here in milwaukee. jennifer, i mean it's easy to count. i guess it's easy to count. democrat votes really quickly, but it's hard to count republican votes. it takes a lot longer. how can you explain it? i've been wanting to have been how does that happen go? it was 2022 and you know, and again this was, this is 2022. this is what we, we saw this year as opposed to 2015,
7:25 pm
2020. all the democrat ballads got counted after donald trump was a clear winner under every statistical analysis for the last 40 years, a based on a drops coming in from certain county. so when we saw in 2020 that that was happening then at 3 am in the middle, the night when all of the election workers were forced to go home by 1 am at 3 and that's in the democrat ballots were counted and magically. oh, my goodness. oh that, that was wonderful. the democrat bells for joe biden, most of which didn't have any down. ballad voting, just right. came in. so in 2022, what we saw was these, these numbers, they were poles, you know, all over the states. and yes, and the democrat ballots were counted 1st. but what we saw was in credit here is and i can, i can see for wisconsin and not as i can speak for every other state. but in wisconsin, what happened was the most, the most heavily, no democrat for employee areas, which would be dan county at madison, in the walkie. we're all the job i and those came in right away, just happened to line out with how absentee are or democrats that normally vote
7:26 pm
minus the down valid or anything like that. those all come in with 3 percent reserves or 3 percent reserved. and they reserve, i mention more jobs come in for more places that could be tossed up. and so those 3 percent, they just stay on until the very ends and they'll drop them. and that's, that's what we're seeing at least here. so yeah, they come in 1st, but then they reserve, i got one minute, i want to give it to craig so you can finish out the program. are you worried that people are going to continue to lose confidence in the process? not just the policies of your head go. yeah. for sure. and then you know, just for the whole thing when it comes to mail and balance and 2014 jimmy carter and james baker had a joint good session. and we said that the area most right for fraud is the male and ballots. i go to international elections, i in nicaragua, honduras peru, columbia, brazil. they have one day of voting one day. there are no drop box is
7:27 pm
a 1000000 ballots. you have to show up in your designated spot with id, public voting. it takes 5 minutes to vote and the results. guess what, peter? we get them in that night. we shouldn't be encouraging more early voting in the drop box. and this ballad issue we have, we should be eliminated. it's time for us to get our books and straight election integrity matters. and we could call it election day one day. all right, there's that fascinating discussion so much more to talk about. but that will get, have to leave it there. many thanks may get to milwaukee, cleveland and in las vegas and thanks to our viewers for watching us here at r t c. you next time. remember, ross like rules? hey, i've actually found saved in the braces. naziism is a joke. all of a sudden you're placed in a position where i can defend myself. now, i don't have to be afraid anymore. on one hand,
7:28 pm
i'm terrified that they're going to find out, i'm sure. but on the other, i think it's so far away. i distinctly remember my mom sitting me down one night and they're saying john, they're going to hurt one guy, punch me. hi my, here are somebody shot now, and the rest of the punch is just started. flying in, somebody shouted out, died, you boy died. and at that point i knew i remember, had an indian doctor. they came in and looked and said, there's no medical reason why you should be alive. can you to find something to believe? john story is a story of how the story of victory and whatever i can do to help him i, with you. ah .
7:29 pm
pohden is the aggressor today? i'm authorizing the additional strong sanctions today. russia is the country with the most sanctions imposed against it. a number that's constantly growing. i figure which of list of course sure. as we speak, i'm believe senior mostly mind the or will ship. we're banding all imports of russian oil and gas, new g. i know they franky with info, let me know. where are you gonna go to joe? by imposing these sanctions on russia. jo has destroyed the american economy,
7:30 pm
